After visiting 11 other local autobody shops, Springer was only 1 of 2 places that went out of their way to discuss my situation and write up a quote for the repair. Carr autobody in Beaverton also wrote up a similar quote, but they appeared to have a large amount of cars waiting to be worked on. I decided to go with Springer Autobody & Paint since they were closer and knew what I wanted done. Amy and her crew did AWESOME WORK!! These are GREAT PEOPLE with decades of experience! Aimee and the ENTIRE Springer crew were nothing but professional, accommodating and did their very best to make sure my car was fixed and returned to me looking brand spanking new! Aimee was quick to get back to me with any questions I had and in all honesty, went above and beyond 110%. Hopefully I don't need to get a car fixed again but if I do, Springer will be getting my business!!

First time ever writing a review and it s because this place truly deserves 5 Stars!My car got hit at a parking lot. Brought it to Springer & they took amazing care of me! My car looks amazing and my paint is better than pre-accident! Additionally they fully detailed the interior of my car and exterior i was impressed!

Amy and Andy, and the entire Springer team are wonderful. They are fair, honest, they do a great job, and use high quality paint materials. I've never been disappointed, and refer them all the time. I trust them 100%

We found Springer Body & Paint via referral from another business. Went in with two non-functioning electic windows on our Ford Expedition and were treated with friendliness, courtesy and efficiency. The owner Aimee ended up saved us money by re-using parts of the assembly that were still good. A pleasant experience, start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough.Service: Body & Trim

I don't think I'll ever take my car anywhere else again (but I hope I don't need to)!!! Everyone at Springer in Cornelius was great. They were extremely communicative and kept me in the loop multiple times each week, they finished my car ahead of schedule, and it looks brand new/even better than when I dropped it off! They had to do A LOT of repairs after a car accident I was in and I have a beautiful 2018 Toyota 4Runner. I couldn't be more happy with Springer Body & Paint! I've told all my friends and family about them!

Amazing, I called just ask a quick question and everyone was so welcoming on the phone. I stopped by to get an appraisal done and they went above and beyond on getting some items fix that a prior shop fail to fix.

I unfortunately got in a car accident called multiple shops to try to get me in asap Springer auto body said i could come that day of for them to look at it they informed me after they saw my vehicle and the damage that was done that it wasn t safe for me to take it back on the road i dropped it off that day they stayed in consistent contact with me and my insurance company they communicated with them amazingly and got most of everything figured out for me AND prioritized my situation because i only had my rental car for a certain amount of days they finished it at a quick speed and it looks as good as new DEFINITELY recommend this shop and thank you so much to Amy who helped with everything and was very thorough with all the details and phone calls made to me and my insurance company!Thank you guys all!!Service: Body & Trim

This shop restored my wife s recently purchased (newer) used car to pristine condition requiring both body work and special paint. Not only was the work and professionalism first class, get this: they did for free an unrelated accessory repair weeks later for no charge! Who does something like that in today s world? Cindy really looked after us and made sure I got the best quality even when insurance tried other wise... mechanics made the front of the car (was crashed) better than before.
