2022/10/10 service by Luis and his crew in a timely manner. Wrapped my wheels with new Continentals and got my car aligned for the best price in town. Will always bring my cars for any wheel and tire needs to Onsite Tire pros - now in Hillsboro as wellEdit : 2023 - another 5 star job by Luis and his team in forest grove ! Thanks again as I don t trust anyone else with my vehicles ! Wheels wrapped in Continental DWS06 all season tires! Not only the Best prices in town, the best service too

Awesome service! They were able to fit me in last minute, YMMV, for a semi and trailer I was selling the next day. I ve used them before, and I ll definitely be using them again. Quick service, fair prices, knowledgeable staff. A+.

If you care about finding a place that treats your rims with respect DO NOT COME HERE. These reviews do not depict the sad reality of this business. I sent one freshly restored wheel here to mount and balance a tire and I got the wheel back scratched and damaged front and back. This video does not give you an accurate representation of the depth of this damage. Absolute garbage if there was a 0 star I would.

I took a flat tire to this shop to have a new tire placed on the rim of a tire that had a screw in it. After paying my invoice, I asked if I should stay or leave and come back while my tire was being placed on the rim. Unknown to me, it was already done and put back in the trunk of my car. This place is fantastic. Great fellas working there, awesome customer service! Will definitely be going back with my tire needs.

These guys are fantastic. Prices substantially cheaper than Les Schwab and they offer all the same services. They got me in and out literally with no appointment less than an hour. Great customer service would recommend them to anyone they re fantastic.

Fast, efficient and professional. Walking through the door, I felt welcomed and the lobby area was very clean which was very impressive. Luis and his crew are a pleasure to work with. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Thank you!

Thank you, Tire Pros!!!! I was driving on 26 on an 103 degree day and my tire burst when I was driving highway speeds. Terrifying! I managed to get to the left shoulder. First I prayed to Jesus, then I called my insurance's roadside assistance. Jesus got there first! Luis, a Tire Pros employee, pulled over and offered to put on my spare just because he could. He jacked up my car and expertly changed my tire on an incline in 100+ degree heat with cars racing by at 80 miles an hour in just a few minutes!! When I asked about where he worked, he even said that while he'd love to sell me new tires, he'd recommend I go to Les Schwab instead since I was driving on a spare and they were close. Luis asked nothing in return, a true angel! If this is what they do for free, I can't imagine how well they'll treat a paying customer. Definitely a new fan here!!

They don't charge if they can't fix it. Most places would still charge a diagnostic fee. This is a great service and attitude to have with a business like this. It will bring back customers like me.

Outstanding service! Our daughter goes to school locally there at Pacific University and we live in Idaho. Got a call this afternoon that her tire went flat and she was stranded. She wasn't sure what to do so she called me. I did a quick search and found On Site Tire Pros so I recommended she give them a call to see if they could help her. WIthin a few short minutes they sent out a truck to help. They filled the tire with air so she could get the car over to the shop. While there in the shop they found a leak and quickly had the tire repaired and the vehicle back on the road. As a service and parts director, I knew this day would come and for the first time, someone other than the automotive dealerships I represent would have to help my kid out while she is away from home. The team at On Site Tire Pros went out of their way to assist and made an unexpected, stressful situation easy to handle. Thank you!

Good humans! Stepping up where Les Schwab and the like are falling short. Taking care of customers. Emergency tire replacement on a trailer. In the rain on Friday at 5, 10 minutes. Fast and on target for price.

Simply outstanding. my truck has needed new shoes for a while. last week I was abruptly faced with a possible WA roadtrip & realized I needed tires pronto if I wanted make a safe trip. I called Louis & he was excellent at translating my babble into exactly what I wanted for those shoes. I got there 20min before close & he still took my truck back and he & his crew outfitted my baby.Best, most satisfying tire experience ever (& I've had 3 cars). the drive is so smooth & quiet. for the first time ever my ride whispers down the road rather than fighting my stereo for noise pollution dominance.

Rolled up the other day with a punctured tire and no appointment. Within 15 minutes, I was on my way. Excellent service and the price was a very welcome surprise! Bye bye Les Schwab.

Friendly service and decent price ($40 for a tire rotation on a sedan).But never again.Writing this review two weeks after the fact from the Les Schwab lobby in Hillsboro.Heard a scraping/rubbing noise after getting gas in town and went to the nearest tire place to get a quick diagnosis: three of five lug nuts loose on the right-front less than 400 miles after my visit to On Site.Les Schwab not only reset all four wheels free-of-charge, but also properly inflated the tires to 35psi.I didn't know it at the time, but On Site sent me down the road at 25 psi. Which means they*intentionally deflated* my tires during the rotation, as I check them frequently and keep them all at 32.Deflating tires to that pressure is borderline criminal.Never again. Never. Ever. Again.

I was referred to On Site Tire Pros by a friend of mine and I'm glad I chose to come here. Jose was very knowledgeable, Professional, and very friendly and he made my decision very easy. I already had a 2 inch leveling kit on my F150, so I purchased 20�10 Wheels and 33x12.5R20 Tires from Onsite Tire and they did an amazing job with some trimming and it turned out awesome. I couldn't be happier and I HIGHLY recommend On Site Tire Pros and ask for Jose.

We have had lots of problems with our new tires. Dom's garage a awesome (master mechanic) referred us to Onsite Tire Pro. They re-calibrated the valve stems, filled the tires, reset the tire senser light. In & out with in 15-20 minutes, & he didn't even charge us. We will be referring our friends & family to both Dom's Garage & Onsite Tire Pro. Thank you both so very much !!!!!
