AMAZING business!!I had a stove door for my parents that the glass broke. They were told they needed to get a whole new wood stove-which was absurd. I called Martin Glass and the person answering the phone was courteous and provided accurate information. Since my parents live on the coast I had to go pick up the door, get it repaired, and then drive it back down. It was a tall order to ask them to have it repaired by Friday when I dropped it off on Monday afternoon... But, they did it!!!!! I appreciate them SO MUCH! It was a blessing to have it back to my parents so quickly since it is their only source of heat. I have been here a couple of times before and they are always affordable and fair. I highly recommend them!!!

I had 3 windows in my home with broken seals. I contacted Glass People, Tualatin Valley Glass, and Martin Glass. Martin Glass was not only the most reasonably priced, but they were also weeks quicker in getting the glass ordered and installed. They were very professional in coming to measure and in the installation. The new windows are beautiful. I will never use anyone but Martin Glass. They showed that they cared about having me as a customer.

Update: After my last review, I was contacted by Martin Glass and offered an explanation on the owners behavior and an apology. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and got my glass installed this morning. It was about a week for the glass to get in, and total time having someone in the house (measuring and intalling) was less than 15 minutes. Aside from the initial experience with the company, this was definitely a five star experience. The man who did the measure and install was very kind.____________Original review:Called Martin Glass on the direction of Parr Lumber to get new glass for a broken window. The initial woman I spoke with was kind and helpful in getting a measuring appointment set up. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. I called many times over an hour after the appointment, hoping to get an ETA. When I finally got a call back from Martin himself, I asked if he was impacted by inclimate weather and needed to reschedule and he said "no I'm in the office I just completely forgot," okay...? So I asked if he could still come that day, to which he said "no today is completely off the table." Again, okay? So I ask if he can come the next morning and he initially agrees but when I ask what time he said "well I don't have my calendar in front of me so I will call you in the morning and let you know what works." Sure, let me put my whole day on hold, but I need new glass, so okay. The next day came and went, and I still have never been contacted.I'm not going to beg you to let me give you my business and money. Bizarre behavior for a business owner.

He forgot to order the glass on the day of my appt. Then told me it would be 6 more days before he could work on it.But he would have the glass the next day. So he can get the glass in one day.But didn t want to perform customer service on his screw up the same day.So he gets a 1. Then you ask if I wanted to reschedule. I ordered glass for cabinet doors got quote. Dropped off my doors next day went to get them owner was charging me way more than I was quoted. I told him what I was quoted and he lowered the price but still quite a bit more than they originally quoted me that's not a good business practice you unfortunately I won't ever go to Martin glass again.

Just no. Tried to ask about a windshield repair or replacement and was laughed at asking about a warranty. I was told that in all his years of business no one has ever asked about a warranty. Yeah no thank you. Sometimes Martin you ve got to deal with customers who don t replace glass everyday, imagine that.Went to another local business was taken care of when they received my windshield and will continue to avoid this business and tell others to avoid it as well.Btw reading all the poor reviews please stop with the canned apology it means nothing when there is no sympathy and you continue to have poor communication with customers.

I've used Martin Glass twice now. Brad & his crew are the nicest people to work with. His work is awesome and his prices are more than reasonable. I definitely recommend him!

Friendly and professional team. Martin Glass really has the customers best interest at heart. Brad replaced the glass in my wife s Toyota Celica and fixed a leak in my Toyota pickups windshield. He showed me the issues and was able to repair what was there rather than trying to sell me on more than I needed. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I got from Martin glass. I called on a Monday morning and they came out the same day to get measurements for a window replacement and some screens. They installed them by Friday of that same week just in time for our open house. The installation guys were very fast and clean. I will be using them again for our new house.

I called to get an estimate and it was like the person didn't want to do the job and was trying to talk me out of hiring him. He said he was busy and it might be a few weeks, and I asked if he wanted to put me in the schedule and he said he "can't make big promises about timeline". I said I still need to get the work done but if he's too busy, I can call around. He hung up on me. Don't bother. You aren't worth his time.

Brad was very nice and quick. He was actually very patient with me. I locked my keys in my car along with the window he needed to fix. I would recommend Martin Glass to all that need glass work!!

This place is not very customer-service focused. I scheduled work 4 weeks ago and they said they needed to order a part. After several follow up calls to find out the status, I called today and found out that it was never ordered. I appreciate construction businesses being busy in the spring, but I don't appreciate being mislead over such a long period. I canceled and found another company who is coming out tomorrow to take care of this.

Spoke to Tim Butler he was most helpful ordered the glass and got it in the next week went to get it and found out the replacement was broken and he had already ordered the replacement went back the following week and he put it in within an hour very satisfied would definitely recommend them

Tim from Martin Glass replaced my old sliding glass door with a new one. He was right on time and it took less than an hour. The price was reasonable . Now it looks like I have no door it is so clean !

Waited for 2 weeks to measure screen door never showed up. I call the owner Brad complete jerk . He said the job you want done is very small compared to what we do here. I said why have you not measured the door ? He says we'll you can take your business elsewhere. Not a very professional way to run a business.Service: General door repairService: General door repair

1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT POST THIS WITH ZERO STARS .A mirror had broken off of our medicine cabinet, my boyfriend called martin glass and after his call- let me know he didnt think the guy he spoke to knew what he was talking about but the guy was going to call a couple vendors to price check. So I called Martin Glass, started to discribe the situation and that he had spoken to my boyfriend a little bit ago. He interrupted me saying "adam already ordered it." I said "no, he was only price checking." The guy at Martin Glass told me never to call again and hung up on me!!! He hung up on a customer and told a customer never to call agian. Unprofessional, rude, and possible sexist?? Dont make the same mistake I did by calling them

In the spirit of using local vendors, we called Martin Glass to fabricate and install a glass shower panel. Their pricing is competitive, their folks are friendly, and the install was professional.

Just called Martin Glass to get an estimate for some window replacements. The individual I spoke to was incredibly rude and "didn't see anything in it for him, except a trip to Vernonia" since it wasn't a required repair. I will never contact them again for any work.

I am impressed, I broke out a window in my house and they fixed it next day and it looks better than it was before. So pleased with the service.
