They had what I needed, a new fuel filter for my VW was in stock, which was needed because Ron's Mobile on 42 in Coquille adds WATER to their gas so he can make $10,000,000 a year hurting all the vehicles in town or passing thru town. My Van died 14 times in 6 miles.

Golder's Napa has helpful, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of high quality products. Not being an especially handy person, I go there for the simple maintenance stuff, like motor oil, wiper blades, wiper fluid, brake fluid, steering fluid, gas additive, air filters, glass cleaner, headlight bulbs, etc. I leave the major repairs to my mechanic.It's the simple things that sets Golder's NAPA apart, like giving friendly advice, being helpful, not rude, to a customer that isn't especially handy, and installing my wiper blades.

These guys are always pretty nice to both the husband and I. Great service we use napa in multiple locations cause these guys have great communication amongst each other to find what you need.

I had charged up my batteries fully after a jump, so I knew my alternator was probably bad. Needed to go to Coos Bay though, and before I got to Coquille I noticed my instruments starting acting funny, so i knew batteries were going dead again because alternator was bad. Barely made it to Coquille Napa.Asked for a quote on Alternator, and also asked to test alternator. Clerk came out with tester, but told me "since the truck was running when i arrived, it cant be a bad alternator, and it has to be bad batteries." It turns out he is definitely wrong about this and a truck can just be running on batteries alone, but at the time i believed him and bought batteries as he suggested.That evening the truck lost power and I was towed to a service station where they replaced the bad alternator the next day.I then returned to this Coquille store where they were happy to sell me my old perfectly good batteries back for the core charge price, but refused to do anything about the batteries they tricked me into buying. I spoke with the owner, explaining that the clerk falsely claimed an expertise in something he clearly did not understand which led me to make an unnecessary batteries purchase. The owner effectively told me its a dog-eat-dog world when it comes to batteries and didnt offer any condolences or good faith gestures.I understand that times are tough for small local businesses, so i wasnt looking for much but some understanding would have been nice. But another side of me feels that batteries must be more profitable than alternator so its more likely that this is their racket. So I caution others about listening to the clerks advice and if possible just go with your gut instinct....and the parts store down the street.

Came in to get struts for my Jeep's liftgate and not only did I get a fair price, but he also offered to install them for me right in the parking lot! Places don't usually have the parts readily available, especially for mine, but NAPA in Coquille did and I would highly recommend coming here to anyone

This is the worst place to go for parts they sell you the wrong part and blame it on you even when you bring in the old part so they can match it up the bigger guy in their is dumb when it comes to auto parts this is not the first time this has happened but the last good luck to anyone that deals with them

I worked at both a NAPA and CarQuest in another town over the course of 7 years which included my college years. I have always been more of a fan of CarQuest for a number of reasons, and this NAPA is a perfect example of why. The staff at a NAPA often more underpaid because their inventory warehouses charge the stores more for stock than CarQuest warehouses charge their stores. Napa warehouses make tons of money off "the little guy", trying to own/operate their store. This attitude unfortunately trickles down into the staff at any given NAPA store, so the bosses are more up-tight, which makes the employees hate their job more. I have lived in this town for going on 4 years, and have yet to have ANY of the staff at this NAPA engage me in conversation, (even when I crack jokes and try to engage them in fun conversations). The staff remind me of what it's like in Germany.... VERY serious.... NO laughter... NO smiles! LOL When I go to CarQuest, I often get "stuck" in conversation with the super friendly staff here in Coquille. They ask me about me, my wife, my projects, my past working experience at said autoparts stores, my business. This NAPA store is the exact opposite. Most seem to be quite versed in the use of their computers, but don't often think out of the box like I use to have to regularly at my stores. I have had to provide them with part numbers a couple of times to get the correct part. On the plus side, with their stale/Germanic attitude, I often get waited on/helped very quickly at the counter since they are not engaged in continuous conversation. 5 stars for quick service, 0 stars on friendliness, 3 stars on accuracy, 3 stars on price as they are often much more expensive than CarQuest on nearly everything but tools and a few other things, but not by a huge amount. That's why I give them a solid 3 star rating (truly wish it was more).

We stopped at the broiler Eatery not Napa so I have no comment. I state that I have bought brand new Distributors from Napa send a past that didn't work
