I was between Myrtle Point and Coquille when my car decided to let loose of its front skid plate. Mast Brothers to the rescue! My hero was Kim Vanhooser, she was amazing. I was so impressed with her confidence and how nice she is. What a great employee you have!

Elliott Green was the best!!! He made me feel comfortable and less stressed out. He picked me up in Bandon and took me to coos bay. We had great conversation the whole way and I am so happy I had him for a driver 11/15/2023

Came quick with good equipment and a smart, knowledgeable, operator. Dimitri had a feel for my recovery and got it done exactly how it should. I wish the pricing from the office was a bit more predictable and/or transparent but it's the nature of the beast when dealing with recovery. Overall it was a good experience to rescue me from my own driving mistake.

The driver was awesome he made sure that I made it to the repair shop. I had two issues truck would not start and could not get my hood open. Driver showed up quicker than I expected, and he shared with me how to get my hood opened, as he said that it was a common issue with older Chevy pickups and just had to tap along the front of the hood. Once he got the hood opened, he checked the battery and said that he thought it was still good. I advised that the alternator a few months ago, so he said I should get it checked. He was able to get me started with a booster, and I was able to take it to my mechanic. They found that it was only corroded battery terminals and cable connections thankfully very minor repairs and minimum charge. Mast only changed me for the quoted tow call, which I was glad to pay. I will use Mast Brothers if the need arises without hesitation.Service: Battery

I had a very difficult week and at the end of a hard day, my vehicle wouldn t start. I felt stranded and really frustrated. I called many towing business that turned me away in one way or another then I called Mast Brothers.The voice at the other end of the line was sympathetic and dispatched a tow truck to my location right away..The driver of Mast Brothers was on time, very personable, and allowed me to bring my fur baby in the cab of the truck. I quickly felt taken care of. I will always choose Mast Brothers before any other towing company in the future. Service: Car towing

I worked in law enforcement for 30 years. Had lots of experience with the various tow companies around. Mast Brothers since has been my go-to call. Very professional, very careful. The best equipment for getting your car from where it is, to where it needs to be.

We called for help at about 2:15 PM. We contacted Mast Brothets several times and the gave us different times that they would be there. No show by 5:30PM so we called les Schwab and they came immediately to help us. We called Mast Brothers and the insurance claime line to cancel the request for help.
