We just purchased our second vehicle from Tino. We are very happy with Triple J Auto. Tino always treats us very kindly and makes the process very easy. The last car we just purchased had some issues that were pointed out to us before we purchased it. We knew what we had to fix and were very grateful for them to point everything out. We have since fixed everything minor and the car is awesome.

My husband and I bought a 2016 Kia from triple j. Fell in love with it. Until 2 weeks of owning it, it over heated in Eugene. Made it to kia and was told that we needed to replace the thermostat and water pump.Fast forward 2 months and 22 days later. We needed up spending over 12,000 for a new engine. When my husband went to talk to them he was told " you bought a used car it's on you. And their so called extended warranty SUCKS, it only paid 500.00 on a 12,000 bill

I was sold a vehicle for 8 grand 2 days ago. Was told that the vehicle was just serviced and checked by their mechanics. I bought the vehicle for me and my 3 kids and drove it off the lot the wheel shakes uncontrollably. I was not informed of the tire issues. I was informed the car ran beautifully and that there was no issues with the vehicle itself. Not cool.

Not only very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a vehicle but I just took it on its 1st road trip. Arizona and back. Not 1 issue.I am over all impressed with Triple J Auto.

Best experience buy a car ever! There was no pushing, answered all our questions, fast and easy financing with super great payments. We went back a week later and bought a truck

Bought a raptor from here make sure you check every single thing before you buy a vehicle from here and I mean everything all electronics listen for insecure sounds anything speakers air conditioning battery anything my battery and compressor both went bad just a few months after owning it. And the guys he has run through and make sure everything is in working order definitely don t. Again check everything before you buy a vehicle from here.
