Horrendous treatment. Service center refused to do repairs, Sent me to auto body portion of business who didn't call me back. Car broke down while driving same week I was refused service and treated horribly.

Made appointment and took vehicle in early for service and oil change. Staff was very friendly and helpful, service was done before appointment time and called to let me know vehicle was finished. Always very professional and great service.

I'm very happy with the service privided by the collision center. They delivered on schedule and I'm pleased with the work they have done. I would not hesitate to use them again. Greg Gannon is the person I worked with directly

What a great place, with great folks working there. Took my truck in to get trailer brake checked out. Turns out that it was operator error. I was not 100% sure of how to use it. They showed me, without making me feel stupid. So grateful.

No pressure car sales. Very informed on all aspects of vehicle and so helpful in instructions for car features. We have purchased two vehicles and always had a great experience. Service department is top notch too. Can't beat all around experience. Highly recommended.

My dad came home with a 2010 Ford Focus, over 100,000 miles on it, car was not detailed, cigarette burns in the seat, the dashboard around the heater is all messed up and a date to take the car in and have it worked on. $6,000! When he brought it home he realized he didn't know much about it, he wasn't comfortable with the purchase and he called to take it back the next day. He gets back to Coos Bay and they inform him he can trade it for a different car on the lot but he can't get out of the contract and have his trade in back which supposedly broke down on their test drive. I found out today that they wouldn't allow him to go through his credit union for the financing. Way to treat a senior citizen! I think you scammed him across the board!

We're so glad we took our F150 to Gregg at Tower Ford. He made sure the tailgate & other parts were correct. The tri coat pearl paint matches perfect. Awesome job, Thank you!!

An embarrassment of a dealership and "professional business". One of our customers purchased a Ford vehicle from us, and when an issue came up, he took it into Tower, who diagnosed the issue and did the repair. The customer had to take it in personally because employees were told they were not allowed to work on anything from our dealership. The repair did not fix the issue, but they told the customer to pick up his truck and pay the $223 bill anyway. We will be taking his vehicle to another Ford dealer for the actual repair, but buyer beware with this dealer. I can never imagine treating a customer like this.

I can't believe the lack of professionalism this place displayed. They won't honor your warranty. Hopefully anyone looking to buy a vehicle sees this and goes elsewhere. Not worth your time going here.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
