Russell from tower showed us some vehicles after letting him know what we were looking for and he did not disappoint. He worked hard to find us a vehicle we could afford. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience I have had buying a new vehicle because Russell and his coworkers made it effortless on our end and explained everything so well. They made us feel like they truly cared about getting us into a vehicle that fit our need because they did. We will be buying our next vehicle through Russell at Tower Ford. i went in looking for a vehicle just checking everything out. I was approached by Russell . He was awesome . Great communication and very respectful to me and my family . We test drove multiple vehicles and he guided me to this awesome F150 . I didn t realize at the time but it was a one of a kind truck fully loaded .I purchased that truck being skeptical because I was never a ford guy . Honestly the best truck I could ever get .he made the process seamless . Very happy with the truck I got and the service of my sales rep . He worked with me and bought my older rig to help with my down payment. Even gave me a ride back to my house to pick it up . Russel and tower ford really went above and beyond to ensure it was a good experience.Highly recommend anyone thinking about getting a new vehicle . Ask for Russell badass salesman.

Just purchased a new truck. Dena was a great salesperson. Fast, friendly service with a big smile. She is not your typical high pressure salesperson. I highly recommend her! Everyone was friendly, respectful and entertaining. We will go back. Service dept is the best one we have ever used. Great experience with them as well.

We had a lovely experience at Ford dealership in coos bay! Dena our salesperson was so helpful while we were searching for a vehicle, she made the process smooth and easy!!! From when we first walked in she had a great attitude and was ready with any info that we needed, great experience!!

I side swipped a fence (like a dork!). Tower Body Shop handled the insurance and made the repairs as painless as possible! The staff were great! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

My car quit working so I had to get a new. Drove by tower Ford and saw a charger. Thought it was out of my price range but went in anyway. Talked with Dena and she got me into what I now own. A 2013 charger. Not only do I love my car, but Dena was amazing. If you need a new car go see her at tower Ford today.

I used Tower Ford's website appointment scheduler, and got a confirmation email, reminding me of my appointment. When I showed up, they had no record of my appointment, and had to re-book. When service was completed, the service rep told me there was no charge (because I have a pre-paid service plan). The cashier, from whom I was to get a printed copy of my service, wanted to charge me. It took as long to get that sorted out as it took for the service itself to be performed.The dealership also did not reset the oil monitor.They rotated my tires, which was great, EXCEPT that they did not fill the tires to the pressure specified on the tires, on the truck itself, and in the owner's manual!While the service itself was ok (not great), the overall experience was less positive, and disappointing.

We have 2017 FORD Econoline 450, we required a battery and charging system check after we found issues with the power shutting down the previous night. Not only did they fix our problem but gave us the best service ever. Top Notch service, if you break down along the 101 Hwy, take note.... this is the dealership... that looks after you when you have issues. Highly recommended.

Great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. Friendly staff to help with your selection. I love seeing the new Broncos when we pass and can't wait to see the Lightning in the show room. Their pre-owned selection normally includes several very nice Jeeps which are one of my personal favorites. Definitely worth a look if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
