Overnight stay, driving thruWas recommended to stay here based on location to the bay. We unfortunately did not get in early enough to catch the sunset, but we did get to see a lovely night sky full of beautiful stars & constellations. We were able to walk to the bay in the morning before heading out. Beautiful location, good bathhouse, hot showers, great water pressure. We were exhausted and didn't utilize any other amenities. If we stayed in the area, it would be a favorite place to visit!

We have loved coming to this place for years and just brought our new behemoth trailer and have no problem navigating the park. Also the best dog friendly park we've been to. The staff are friendly as well and have lots of knowledge about all the great places and things to do in the area. They also continue to do upgrades to the park which is really nice from the 1st time we visited.

We've been coming here for many years, and next year will be the first year that we've decided to look elsewhere due to the outrageous cost. The cost for a TENT SITE, after all the fees, and paying a ridiculous "lock fee" (which guarantees that they won't bump you to a different/worse site than the one you booked) is now over $100/night! It's more than doubled since we began making this our annual spot. Pass.

This was our first family camping trip and the first beach experience for our kids. We enjoyed it soo much! Driving through Southern Oregon was beautiful, and then we arrived at this breathtaking beach. Staff was friendly and even recommended the best tent site. The view was spectacular. The water was a little cold but not enough to stop our kids from swimming. The tide pools are a must-see. Sunsets did not disappoint, and waking up and falling asleep to the waves crashing made us want to stay even longer. We will be back for sure

We initially booked this spot because we needed a place to get some shipments delivered - it had a beach, looked like an OK place to kill some time. And then we arrived, and we enjoyed it so much we ended up staying longer. The park is cozy. Plenty of sites, but well spread out so it doesn't feel crowded. The freshly upgraded water hook-ups were a nice touch! The grounds were very well landscaped, and very well kept. Was nice to see (and chat with) the friendly staff looking after the yard. They clearly enjoy their jobs & take a lot of pride in them - it shows! And then there's the beach. Wow. It was a very short walk from our site. Nice sand, big waves - saw a few people surfing, was a bit cold for us though.Overall, we loved our stay here. I don't have anything negative to say.

The service couldn't have been better! Thank you, Virgil! We stayed with our truck and pop-up tent in early November and stayed just one night to visit a friend nearby. I thought the price of $52 was very fair. It felt safe and secure as the facility buildings had a coded lock. The gem is the beach access. Wow! Even in fall, it was so beautiful. The waves were big and powerful. The coast line is just natural beauty of sand and trees. The indoor and outdoor facilities were very clean and orderly. There are some lovely tent sites with a view of the beach. Every site was well-equipped with water, fire pit, and plug-ins. The sites are very close together so I wouldn't expect much privacy. The showers were private and very clean with no shortage of hot water. A shelf and a light in the shower would have made the experience quicker as I had to leave everything on the ground. There is a light in the room, but the shower curtain blocks it.

My friends and I stayed here on our road trip and we wish we could have stayed longer! We were in an oceanfront tent site which was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful beach and lovely amenities which were very clean. One of the best campground showers I've used. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy some of the other amenities they have to offer but I'd love to come back someday!

Stopped for one night on our road trip with an RV, campsite is super clean and every site is large and spacious. Very easy access to a beautiful beach. The campsite has many cute cabins, public bathrooms and showers. It has a cooking crab station, a gathering/party room and a fitness center. We loved it here. Definitely will be back.

I can't say enough nice things about this place! We had an ocean view tent space that was roomy and felt private enough. The staff is super friendly and all public areas are clean and comfortable. The beach is clean and not super busy. There is a rocky point with easy access to walk up and see tne tide pools and sea critters. I'm not an RV camper so I can't speak to that experience, but tent camping on the beach, though a little pricey, was phenomenal.

We have 32" Class C, but used their shower and were pleasantly surprised. Nice, roomy, and clean. The only thing they lacked was a place to put your shower supplies. Whole Campground and staff were so pleasant. Staying again in July.Walkability: Right on the beach and you can ride your bikes to town.

Our experience was great. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Located on a private beach with a nice cove. They offer crab traps and you can get your shellfish license at the local fishery. The tent camping site was small and a bit crowded but we were lucky to have amazing families around us.

We stayed here on April 8 for one week. We had a traumatic day. Our RV was struck in a hit and run accident. I was not sure we would make it. I spoke Erin on the phone. She was so sorry and sympathetic to us. She held our reservation till we could decide if we were to make it. We did and it was a very nice relaxing end to the day. The park is right on the ocean which calmed us after the accident. The staff was so understanding and accommodating when I asked to stay longer. The sites are clean and easy to park. Thank you to everyone who works there for understanding and helping us. Very peaceful and quiet here. I will be back someday.

Update: 6/10/21- we had some questions about the new tent sites. Jessica in the office was super professional and helpful!Amazing! Great tent camping experience. The beach here is beautiful!! This is the nicest RV park we have stayed at, in over 4 states. We try and stay at least 6x a year. The fellow campers are friendly which is a big plus. Staff is amazing. And it's super clean.

Beautiful!! My parents stay there often and took me with on their birthdays. Happy to say I was pleased with my stay. Anytime we needed anything or had any questions we were able to go up to the office and our needs were answered and they were the sweetest people, even the security that drove around would say hi as we were sitting outside. And the entire place is so well kept up and maintained, it was beautiful. I loved the clean bathrooms and showers too! Definitely going to choose there for us to stay whenever I go to the coast, highly recommended

Beautiful place, very short stroll to the beach, sites with fire pits. 2 of the 4 showers are working & 1 of the 2 washing machines. Sites are kind of small but grassy & clean. Lots of happy kids running around. Nice beach. Unsure if fires on the beach are allowed.

Recently stayed 2 nights in campsite #1 instead of 3 nights the site is a horrible design and not accommodating for hookups because of the setup. We were unable to utilize the hookups. It made camping very hard for us. We also tried using the showers and the water pressure is a mister and was freezing cold water. The bathrooms were clean but scary at night being in the back of building and the inside lights being on a timer, I was left in the dark using a stall trying to find my way out in the pitch dark. Not a very enjoyable time. The only thing that was nice about your place was the crab pots, we enjoyed that.

For the last couple years we had been going to this rv park. Always experienced hiccups but nothing bad and chalked it up to constant change in front office staff. Last year our family rented 4 cabins and two rv sites. This year we went in person to rent a spot for this Thanksgiving. We only live down the road, but wanted to ensure we got the spot we wanted so we went into the office. Talked with staff and pickked our spot for thanksgiving weekend. We thought all was good. Checked in Thanksgiving only to be told it was for 2023 not this year. We said "we had to pay extra to reserve the spot and now its not open until 2023 there must be a mistake"Instead of the front office person going I am sorry lets see what we can do, it turned into a total blame game of you got an email you should have read it! After the fifth time of the rude customer service, I said enough what can we do.We got a less than average spot but made the best of it. Our dog never left our side as he is from a long line of service dogs and well behaved as many dogs were roaming freely between sites - it did not matter as he is trained not to care.We were in our RV by 10 pm (3 adults). The next morning we wanted to extend our stay only to be told there was a block on our account. I said what does that mean? "You were noisy and your dog was off the leash". No one ever said a word and after 5 times staying there in the past couple years with the same dog we now have a block on our account? Our big family will no longer be staying there and all the friends who come to visit us in Charleston will no longer get a recommendation to stay there either. The corporate chain has lost its small town friendliness. It felt punitative after we brought up the mistake. As I left the office I counted six dogs roamly freely being well behaved and amongst their camp but our account was blocked......hmmmmm

This is our last night of a 5 night stay. The park is clean and well maintained. Restroom facilities are cleaned regularly. Staff was very friendly from the minute we pulled in the entrance. Asked office staff for recommendations for fish and chips and they gave us a great place to go near the boardwalk. Thank you for a wonder stay!

We absolutely love the park, however our last experience was horrible. We stay there 4-5 times a year. We called a month earlier for reservations they said the had one spot left and we could have it. No mention of a fee to hold it as it was the last spot. We drive 3 1/2 hours and when we show up they have moved us into a spot that wouldn t even house our 35ft trailer. Then they said sorry we have nothing for you. We were stranded in the middle of summer with nowhere to go. Extremely disappointed

Stayed there for a few nights with an oceanside camping site. Very nice resort. Friendly staff with general store conveniently located in the office. Clean and well maintained restroom and shower room. Wonderful private beach but not crowded. Best crabing space nearby. My two kids all love this resort and our stay there. We will revist it in the future.

My husband and I stayed here in March of last year during our honeymoon, and it was wonderful. We camped in a sandy spot practically on the beach, and we were the only people tent camping at the time, so it was very private and relaxing. Although it rained heavily for a couple of the days we were there, we really enjoyed our time. The staff was also very kind, and when they heard about our tent flooding in the rain, they offered us plenty of towels to help dry our situation out a bit. The camping was amazing for the price. The beach is private and beautiful, with some tide pools and a cave to explore, and there's plenty of beach to comb. We loved our stay, and would love to return one day. Although we didn't stay in the cabins, they look very inviting and cozy, so perhaps we'll try them out whenever we're back in the area.
