They did a great job fixing our trucks and saved me money. Will go back if something else goes wrong with my truck or maybe just to buy another one of her cute gnomes she sales in the office

Been highly satisfied bringing my Toyotas since they opened their doors. All my friends have been pleased as well. A mechanic owner with excellent skill and integrity is a great resource in the neighborhood!!!

They were able to get me in quickly and got the part, installed it and got me back on the road. Great customer service and a black lab to pet while you're waiting. Definitely recommend.

Wanted to get a quote. Called and was greeted by one of the rudest ladies I have ever dealt with. Asked to talk to Samuel the mechanic because I was recommended to him by a friend of mine who is a reputable mechanic in town, I was then told Samuel is the mechanic and I m who you deal with what do you want . Instead of telling me he wasn t there she insisted on telling me she was in charge and didn t even offer for me to leave a message until I called her out for being rude. Decided I wasn t going to do business with someone who treats new customers like that. I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on my one and only interaction with someone who isn t even the mechanic I wanted to talk to.

I explained my problem with my old truck, and they were very kind and understanding to my situation. We set up an appointment but I was unable to keep it. However, the shop was very clean and busy. The office appeared to be maintained quite well. I was very impressed and knew my vehicle would be in good hands. Samuel's Automotive has an excellent reputation around town for quality work and honest business practices.

My car sat in the parking lot of a repair shop on Broadway in north bend for 21 days without being looked at they kept telling us we'll get to it tomorrow, my next door neighbor said take it to Samuel's so I had it towed to Samuel's, about 30 minutes after the car got to Samuel's they called me and told me that it only needed a new battery, That's what I call great service, and that's worth it's weight in gold in this town!!!

Called for an estimate this morning and receptionist told me to go to another shop. Attitude changed when mentioned older car. Guess my old nissan was too low class. Thanks for the poverty shaming. I dont have much but I always pay my debts. Hopefuly one day I will own a car nice enough to be repaired here.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

My car was behaving funny after an oil change and the company disregarded the issue. Thankfully a local referred me to Samuel Automotives who fit me in and addressed my concerns.They have a new customer. Thank you Samuel Auto!!

Our suburban was losing power and not shifting right. Took it in for a diagnosis and they got it fixed in an hour. Honest and quick! And not over priced! My husband's subaru was acting up, and since he drives a long commute to work every day we wanted to get it looked at ASAP. We've had bad experiences with other auto shops so we wanted to go somewhere new. We are SO glad we went to Samuels. They got us in fast, were friendly and professional, and diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly! I was so impressed I made an appointment for my Prius. I had several different places tell me different things regarding my brakes and just wanted an honest answer, which I got at Samuels. Brought my Toyota Tundra by for an oil change and run diagnostics. Very thorough, and talked with the technician on possible causes and response. We decided that the occasional miss of the engine needed more time to come with a good series of engine codes to further decide a solution. Loved the experience and no pressure to get things done just for the sake of it. I will be back once I have more information that they can analyze and find a long term solution. Thanks for the input, see you in a few months.

Had the transmission in my car go out and took to this place. They found a transmission and installed it quickly. The price was fair unlike the other shops I had been to. You do good work keep it.

Don't trust them to do engine work. It takes forever to get it back, they don't stand behind their work. I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had to in order to leave a review.

They do a GREAT job and won't charge an arm and a leg... Get it done right the first time! Awesome job guys!
