I am a disabled veteran, and my truck was vandalized during the Veteran Stand Down Event, so I had it towed here. They found the cut wire going to my starter but missed several other problems. When I called them about the other problems that I had found, they said I should take it to another shop. I don't know if they could have caught the problem, but I was going over a pass a few weeks later, and the engine seized on my truck.In response to proven performance's comments. You noted the bad tire and that was why you didn't drive it. You didn't catch any of these other problems.I found the alternator unplugged, and the coil plug disconnected and sat loosely on the connection when the battery died later that day. Even the distributor was loose and moving. That is when I called and you told me to take it somewhere else.

While traveling through the area I had an issue with my diesel truck. A local general auto repair shop recommended Proven Performance to me. The guys at Proven Performance got me in and were able to diagnose the issue the next day. The local dealer and another shop were not so helpful. Although it took over an hour to get to the diagnosis because of the location of the failure they didn t charge me for the effort. They recommended some things to help me get back home with the issue. The issue is something that may be covered by the factory warranty. Thanks to the Proven Performance team for helping a stranded traveler out with a challenging issue!

Brian gave me a great waterpump quote over for phone for my F250HD, I let him know I wasn't completely sure that was the problem, we gave me a quote for the pump replacement anyway and scheduled an appointment, he said they would be sure to identify the problem before starting the job (was not charged extra for the diagnostic). It was the problem and they had it back to me the same day and almost a 100.00 under the original quote... Very Professional, Very Honest, and Great Work - Thank you! We needed a Great Mechanic Shop in the area (as we are new in town), we found a great one... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely fantastic customer service and very thorough. They actually listened to me and communicated with me the whole time. I went to 3 other places for the same problem with no improvement and 2 of those 3 shops were either very short with me or very rude. I Finally found this place and they did a great job on the bus and were super patient and accomodating with my needs. Got a little bit out of town and had a separate issue occur than what they were working on. I called them and they told me to come right back and got to working on it right away.

Wish I could say something negative so they were not so busy all the time . Proven always takes care of my diesel needs and is hands down the best shop in the area. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else .

Sometimes you have to realized your outmatched, I went to Proven Performance with a special project. Please Mount my pressure washer so it is safely installed but can be removed for service. Of course Proven Performance knocked it out of the park if you need a special project done for your truck there the people to see thanks Randall,Brian and all the guys at Proven Performance . This fabrication is rocksolid

They installed a clutch fan that I provided. Part wasn't correct so instead of telling me they went ahead and installed it anyways. They ended up using plastic zip ties through a metal radiator. I'll never use this shop againService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

These guys brought my 2000 f350 powerstroke back to its happy place. New brakes, starter and glowplug relay plus a general all over service cured all the issues. Comprehensive service, friendly, professional.

Hell yes these guys are awesome excellent quality mechanical service and a great price , spent thousands at two different GM dealerships they fixed what the problem caused . Proven Performance fixed the problems for a few hundred dollars trucks never run so good !! Andy
