After getting the run-around at another place for about two months I finally called Jeremy. He did a great job replacing the windshield in our brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. He got back to me immediately, ordered the windshield, had it within 3 days and installed it in about two hours. From the time of my first call until installation was exactly one week. I have taken several vehicles to Jeremy over the last few years. He always does an excellent job! As a former mechanic, I love to see his dedication to quality work and doing the job right the first time. There's nothing worse than paying to have repairs done and not having it done correctly. I'm sure Jeremy is not perfect, but watching him work it's obvious he's working to repair my vehicle as if he was doing it for a friend. I will bring any of my future car window needs to him. I would encourage others to do the same!

We got a big crack across the driver's side of our 2022 Maverick, found Proline on Google and took a chance on Jeremy. I am so glad we called him! He explained everything, ordered the windshield, scheduled the install and in a week from start to finish we had a new windshield. Jeremy came highly recommended and after having the windshield in my Subaru replaced by him I can understand why. He got me in promptly. He was fast and efficient and my windshield looks beautiful! And he s a super communicator. My windshield is one of those complicated types with all the bells and whistles and safety features and he explained everything he did in helpful layman s terms. Jeremy does quality work and on top of that he s friendly and easy to work with. He even gave me a ride into town while he worked on my car so I could shop! Pro line auto glass now has our business anytime we need windshield or any auto glass repair jobs done. Jeremy is an honest guy who stays in contact every step of the way. Jeremy @ Pro-Line Auto Glass was a pleasure to work with! He is very professional, has excellent communication skills, exhibited flexibility, and provided superior service. He gave me an estimate on the cost of replacement and the windshield delivery time. His estimate was accurate, within a couple days of ordering the windshield it was delivered and he had it replaced within a couple hours of vehicle drop off. The cost was exact compared to the estimate and it was a very reasonable cost too.Jeremy made our windshield replacement experience an excellent one, so much so that we are having him replace a windshield on another of our vehicles next week. I m traveling and had a rock crack my windshield right before I had to leave for a 2700 mile journey. Jeremy was responsive and got my windshield fixed! I m 2000 miles into the trip now and my new windshield is great.. (except for all the road bugs)

Jeremy went the extra mile for me repairing my leaky windshield. It had apparently been leaking for years before I noticed it, evidenced by the rust he discovered after he painstakingly peeled off a very brittle gasket. He repaired the rust damage and replaced my shield with a top quality new one. I highly recommend Jeremy at Pro Line Auto Glass. He was very professional, ordered the best windshield out there for my vehicle. Fixed a problem he stumbled upon at a reasonably fair price. Couldn't be happier, Jeremy took amazing care of us and our car. After a bad experience at Novus, Jeremy even fixed the poorly treated chip they didn't complete for us at no extra charge. I wouldn't take any vehicle anywhere else on the Oregon coast. Thanks again Jeremy.

Fantastic job replacing our windshield fixing rock chips. You can't beat his professionalism and service. Wish I had before and after pics of the rock chip repair. It went from being an eyesore, to nearly invisible.

Jeremy was very helpful and professional in replacing the windshield in our 2015 Ford F150. Called him on Wednesday afternoon after getting everything set with our insurance and he had the work done mid day on Thursday. My back window shattered a couple days before Memorial Day weekend. Called a couple places in town and none could do anything for me for a week to a week and a half. I called Jeremy and he had the window over nighted and installed the next day. No one else even suggested an overnight delivery. He did a fantastic job! Got a rock thrown at my windshield. Immediately looked up repair shops and found pro-line. He had just left his shop, but let us come out to his house for the repair! SO FAST, SUPER EASY, and AFFORDABLE! Extremely professional and now you can t even tell it ever had a crack! Wish I would have taken a before picture of it.
