Purchased our new camper from Porters. Josh was extremely helpful and patient, listening to what we wanted in a camper. Due to the large selection, it was in their inventory.8 months later, We had warranty work completed by them. This workmanship far superceded the Manufactures quality. What a Great Staff !!!Thank You Porters

We would recommend porters over the other local competitors anyday! They are honest they made sure we had a trailer that checked off all our boxes and more! They even made sure it was right for our truck to tow. We loved working with the Porters Team! We highly recommend them. Thanks again Porters!

Great service, great people. New to the RV scene, we bought new and love it. Already spent three months in our trailer. Terrific service, got us the right equipment and handled all warranty service easily. Very trustworthy and nice to deal with. Recommend highly!

The Porter family seems to run a pretty tight ship. Very friendly & helpful. Really good parts & accessories selection. I do wish they gave professional discounts but that's a minor issue. I highly recommend them & regularly refer my own customers to them when I can't get what they need right away. Excellent southern Oregon coast area dealer & service center.

Our beloved 94 Terry sprung a leak so we took it in to get looked at. Turns out the whole back wall was done for. We got a quote which was way over what the trailer would be worth. They didn't charge us for the time they spent looking at it and even let it sit inside their bay for an extended time while we figured what we were going to do. They didn't try selling us on doing the work and were straight with us. Great staff who were friendly and to the point.

Personal and professional service from the beginning to end of the process. Very apologetic for minor glitches from technology issues that were of no fault of theirs. A family run business who employs family people who treat customers like family. We will continue to do business with them.

We LOVE Porter's RV's! This is our second camping trailer bought from them. The sales staff was great - especially Mark! And because the service department is also terrific, we would never consider buying a new camper from anywhere else. They are great people with great products and service. Glad to be with them.

Visited for a warranty repair. Making appointment was easy with short wait for parts. Arrived early for my appointment and they were ready for me. First repair was done in less than 5 minutes, second one was for trailer brake wiring and it took less than 15 minutes. Back on the road in less 30 minutes. Great service from great workers.Update: back for more parts and they have them in stock. Love this place, just wish it was closer to home.

Everyone we had contact with here made us feel like they were working hard to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and getting exactly what we were looking for. We did not feel pressured by anyone to purchase anything additional than what we were wanting. From John in sales to service and parts and finance, each and everyone was very friendly and professional. We look forward to working with them in the future.Happy camper!!

Porters RV is the best place to go, their staff is awesome, I just bought a brand new RV and am so happy . Wesley is so knowledgeable and friendly. I have to say dealing with somebody that is so honest the company was honest and they bent over backwards to help, they're there for you every step of the way it was the best experience ever I would recommend Porters to anyone, if you have to travel far this is the place to go and it is worth it, they are local to Coos Bay and will answer any questions you have, they walk you through your new purchase, whatever you choose they teach you how to take care of it and thoroughly show you how everything works which is really important. They even delivered my new trailer. Thank you Porter's for giving me my new travel trailer!

We highly recommend Mark in sales. He was our salesman and was great. Not pushy just gave us the facts and answered all our questions. All The Porters were very kind especially Adam and willing to help out with anything. James was very knowledgeable in the showing us all the tips and goodies on our RV before we left even took extra time when we had questions. Enjoyed our experience this last week with the whole company and love our new RV!!!

Our experience with our salesman and the staff in general was very good. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. There was one glitch however and that was the water system diverter valve. It was open. It was after store hours so i called our sales man, Josh, he came right out, located it and closed it. Instant hot water. It's a small thing but all the angst could have been avoided had the dealership tech closed the valve or at least told us where and how to do it ourselves.

What a great place! I got an amazing deal on my RV. Josh, the salesperson was a no pressure kind of guy. Super nice, took care of everything. He really knows the product line. The shop technicians went over every inch of the RV with me, showed me how to do things and them took the extra time to let me make sure I could handle things. Everyone is cheerful and customer oriented. I'm sure they have answered the same questions a thousand times but were very patient with this rookie. I love that Porter's is local and truly a family business. They have been here a very long time because the treat their customers right.

Mark was great! He wasn't a pushy salesman. He showed us everything within our budget and requests for a trailer with some brochures and let us know if we decided on one to text him. Micky was very thorough with us when she gave us the class on our trailer.! Great service all around.!

Our experience was great, everyone was friendly and very helpful. When we arrived everything was completed just as Josh and I had agreed upon. Jason gave us a guided informational tour of our new trailer, the final paperwork took only about 10 minutes. It was well worth the drive to Porter's RV, we got the best price and the best service. Other dealers should take a look at the Porter model for doing business. Thank You to all the folks at Porter's RV. Thanks Tom H.
