We got our oil checked here, and new wipers put on. Very friendly, helpful, and polite service. I also noticed that they had the flags of the various branches of the US Military flying. It's great to see that kind of support for both serving personnel, and Veterans. No complaints from us, looking forward to return visits in the future for our oil changes.

I m a loyal Oil Changers customer and absolutely love their services. They re always so fast and friendly. The Coos Bay Store in particular has treated me very well, I ve never had any issues with my drain plug or oil filter. All in all great services.

Usually this is such a great place for a quick oil change but, unfortunately, Friday at 4 pm wasn't that day ( note to self never have an appointment anywhere at 4 pm on a Friday). The person in charge was at lunch and 2 new employees were left to their own devices. First, I had a coupon for a fuel additive being added at no charge but the person ( 1st week or day on the job) did not know how to do that.....second, I wanted to my pick up truck to go through the car wash ( conveniently attached to the oil changers) but the same person did not know how to give me a ticket for the car wash.....by that time, I figured we better just leave as soon as oil change was done which is what we did.Thank God there was a good driver out there who honked their horn repeatedly at us as we are driving down H101 because we were DRAGGING THE SKID PLATE WHICH HAD NOT BEENRE ATTACHED CORRECTLY so we turned at Fred Meyers & went back. I know there will be new employees wherever but, for their sake and ours, NOT UNSUPERVISED.

I didn't discover how bad Oil Changers is until I changed my oil the next time. The plastic rivets on the cover were gone and it was clear they just bend the cover instead of taking two screws out to remove it properly. The oil drain plug was barely tightened and leaking oil, but they made sure to overtighten the oil filter. The positive reviews seem to be people who never look to see how bad of a job Oil Changers does. Don't go here, they will mess your car up.

Great experience. Everyone at the Coos Bay branch was amazing and so helpful. Chris explained everything in a way I could understand. And Beau went above and beyond and had the best customer service

The fellas did a great job. They double checked when there was some minor confusion over the correct coolant to use after the flush. They probably don t get too many 86 GMC 2500 vans in the shop in 2023. Anyways, they confirmed that their assumptions were correct and things were very smooth and professional. I ll definitely be back for the next one.

My 4th time using Oil Changers, once out of state and the rest at our Coos Bay station. The first two visits were very impressive, quick, efficient, barking out each checkpoint. This time I drove up, doors open, no cars being serviced. I waited about a minute with no sign of workers. Then one worker noticed me came out, didn t say a word, guided me into the ramp, walked by me to the computer and then walked out of the stall without saying a word. He came back with 2 other workers, one of the other workers asked a couple questions and they started the service. My window was open all I heard was a conversation between them. I m pretty sure they changed the oil, I could see them pouring oil into my engine and another worker showed me the dipstick.My previous ratings would be a 5 stars. I m I might try again but probably at a different site.

Quick efficient service. Checked the vehicle over other than just the oil. Advised corrections where needed. Very satisfied customer, with a veterans discount on top of it all!

This was our first time here,We are on day 19 (of a 40 day road trip) and had already put on more than 4000 miles.We also had a "check tire" light that just came on so thought we'd better come on in for an oil change.Well, this was without a doubt, the most thorough oil change we had ever experienced.I'm talking....they checked all the filters and the wipers and the fluids and the tires and the lights (and more)...they were so friendly and down to earth (like your next door neighbour) but also so very professional.It was a great experience for us.For a complete oil change plus a new air filter (which they showed us all the filters, all the fluid colors on the dipsticks, everything was completely transparent and honest and up-front) we spent under $90 and under 30 minutes.5 stars and 100% recommend!Thanks guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Very honest people. I am over 80 and took my car there. The very kind man there informed me I did not need an oilChange. It turned out he was right. MyMileage indicator had not been reset.Very nice very kind. He reset it. I will come back.

Highly recommend this location because of store manager Chris B. Chris diagnosed my transmission issue, resolved it, and had me check in with him periodically him at no extra cost. He seemed genuinely concerned for my issue and happy that it was resolved.Chris saved me a lot of money and relieved me of a lot of stress, and is extremely friendly and professional. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! FIRST time I ve ever had anyone change my oil except ME!!We are traveling and oil was due to be changed!! ONLY surprise was the PRICE!!!! Holy Cow!! $66.00 dollars!!Worth it when I didn t have an option!!

They usually check my lights, have me do my blinkers, headlights with brights, and brakes.. they marked it was checked on my invoice but they didn t have me do it this time so I don t think it was actually checked. Still good service but it was definitely rushed through this time and I was the only customer there.

I was worried about my fluid levels and they checked them for me and reassured me that everything was fine. I ll go back when it s time to change my oil. Very friendly and efficient.
