The ONLY place I take my Thor Tuscany pusher coach to from now on!... the shop crew are knowledgeable and professional. The cost was very reasonable. I'll use them for all of my maintenance, winterizing, and repairs! Five stars are not enough!

This shop is the ONLY SHOP that could actually FIX my diesel truck !!! I had been to 5 different repair shops in 2 different towns & none of them could get me in this year or tell me what the exact problem I needed repaired was. Staff is very knowledgeable & extremely attentive & reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend LTM for your diesel pick-up truck in need of repair services.

What a great place! James is THE GOAT and fixed us up when all of the Thor Dealers let us down and all the propane sales in Oregon wouldn't help us replace a 10 cent O ring! Thanks James, we will send you a Christmas card.

Updated: First off, let me say that I really dislike feeling like I have to change my review from 5 to 2 as I really like everyone who works there, and now I suspect that I won't be able to go there again. But if you are like me and really need every penny, then knowing this BEFORE you get the work done is crucial! The first two times I took my home there, they really worked with me to get it fixed at a price I could afford. This last time, they hit me with a bill that literally took all of my money, even though I had told them that I barely had the money for gas to get to my winter grounds. I'm a street performer so money is often very tight. In one 6 hour period, (fixing generator (new fuel pump), fridge (last minute addition to the list), windshield wiper motor, and supposedly my furnace,) I was charged (overall) over a thousand in labor; Parts were half as much on top of the labor! That took all but 87 dollars of what I had...not "what I had to spend", but all that I had. I wasn't given a heads-up that it was going to be so much. Now, nine days after I intended to be headed South (the delay isn't their fault, they just weren't able to do a much needed alignment) I found that the furnace only worked the first day. I was afraid to call them to fix it after being hit with such a large, unexpected bill but did 3 days ago. They swore 3 times that they would call by the end of business each day, but I haven't heard from them.I don't know what's happened on their end to go from being a great business to what they dropped to, but it is sad. Maybe it was because the big boss wasn't there, idk. I got so disgusted with the way they treated me regarding the furnace and hitting me so hard financially that I've figured out how to fix my own furnace. (Their new-found lack of professionalism has acted as a reverse incentive, which I suppose I can thank them for.)As some other reviewer mentioned, they are all very friendly and will answer your questions while they're working, but you may wind up paying through the nose for their friendliness, if they continue to follow the recent practice. Don't let liking the people blind you from getting a written estimate, especially if you are on a budget.(Old review:)If you have an RV that needs repair, this is THE place to go! In all honesty, I have not gone to any other repair place because these guys were the first to have an appointment. Bought a '96 Majestic 27 foot Class C. Needed both exhaust manifolds replaced. They let me stay in my camper each day night and charged a lot less than I expected. I had a tailpipe welded on and they got me in very fast. Highly recommend!

Very impressive. We received a late tow-in due to blown hydraulic line. The following morning I walked to the office filled out the work order and a mechanic (Doug), started right on the repair and had us back on the road in a matter of hours!

Highway Robbery! How ANY business owner can feel good about price gouging desperate people is beyond me. Read my reviews on Google, Yelp and others to see that I enjoy giving high ratings and always appreciate good service. Based on my experience, there is no way that I could recommend LTM.To make a long story short, suffice to say that a relatively simple trailer stabilzer jack replacement ended up costing me $1,000.00 (yes, one THOUSAND dollars).Overpriced would've been $400, but I actually would've paid that without complaint given that it was a mobile call-out and I genuinely appreciated James, the old school mechanic that responded to my call for help. He's an awesome old school dude that knows what he's doing and is friendly as heck. But watch out, that friendly talk with you, your neighbor and the parts people is all on the clock and it'll cost ya WAY beyond what is appropriate.Word of advice: Go Elsewhere

We had an electrical plug go bad in the front area of our Jayco Class C motorhome. No blown fuses or curcuits blown. We had to check out of Sunset Bay State Park that same day. I figured that I would call and see if someone could work us in to look at the problem on our way to the next campground. While breaking down to leave I found out that the front slideout was on the same circuit. So I called LTM. Charlie answered and said that he would check and see if there was someone not busy that could come out. He called back 5 minutes later and said that he was the only one there. He said that he would come straight out to the park. He arrived in about twenty minutes. Found a burnt spot on the plug wire. Checked all the fuses and found a bad relay switch. Went and got one. He came back and he found a fried circuit board. He worked for almost 3 hours at my site. We decided to bring in the slideout manually and I drove it to the shop. They had a great electrical mechanic there named Mark. They didn't have a replacement circuit board so he repaired the one that was bad. They had us on the road in about a hour at the shop.Charlie was one heck of a mechanic. He found the problem. Even though they were extra busy at the shop they went right to work on our motorhome and got us back on the road.Charlie worked for almost three hours at our campsite. And they worked another hour at the shop. Would definitely recommend LTM Truck & RV Repair for any of your rv repairs. I would definitely use them again.Thank you Charlie and Mark for taking great care of us.

Was not happy with service, knowledge of techs or price! One tech actually admitted he had never worked on a MH before, he only had experience with small cars?? WTH? I actually had to point out that a tire they rotated to the front had no air in it? Could not access 3 valve stems after rotation? They actually lowered my MH back to ground with a tech under it and he became stuck!? Had to raise it again so he could get out! Wow!? Thoroughly unimpressed all around and then got the bill. That was impressive but not in a good way! I will never trust this establishment ever again for their quality of work, time it took, or price! I feel I was charged 150 to 200 bucks too much! And to boot they don't support Veteran discounts! Sad place! This was May of 2022....so maybe they figured it out since then....but I have my doubts??Services: Tires, Oil change

We got stranded on Saturday and their mechanic said he had a lot of customers, he was booked up and he was the only one there..but he understood our situation fixed our truck within hours and we are back on the road enjoying our vacation. I really appreciate the guy working on my dads vehicle. Thank you so much!

Please be cautious if considering doing business with LTM. Request an estimate prior to any work. I would not recommend them. They have customer sign blank contract prior to itemizing and I am still waiting for an invoice. Last time I make that mistake. Replaced a switch and upgrade on some insulators? Cost over $1200.

Lonnie and Oily at LTM Truck and RV Repair are top notch! Their honest and fair, and they provided an excellent service for me on my Allegro Bus. I was on the road traveling up to Oregon when one of my rear air bags blew out. The folks at LTM were able to assess my needs one day and have the parts delivered and installed the next day. I was back on the road and headed to my vacation! The bill and pricing was absolutely fair and I would trust this shop with anything. I'm totally impressed with these guys! Thanks for everything Lonnie and Oily, I'll be back if ever I need your help again!

I was incredibly fortunate to be in proximity to LTM when I started experiencing a scary noise from the engine in my diesel motorhome. Mike was super friendly, was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and the repair was completed within 2 days including the sourcing of parts. I'd absolutely do business with LTM again. Thought for sure this was going to require an adjustment in my itinerary (work on RVs can be a challenge to coordinate for full-timers), but it didn't. I am sure luck was on my side but I'll give these folks all the credit. Thank you!

We were traveling down the coast when our RV stabilizers started intermittently working. We were able to get them up and get over to Lonie s. Lonie & his team were able to diagnose the first problem which required a new part. We camped locally until the part came in - they even offered to let us stay on property and provide water & electricity to us. They were communicative & very helpful & got us right in when the part arrived. After installing the part, stabilizers still would not come down. It took a couple more hours of diagnostics for Lonie & Philip to locate the loose wire deep within the hydraulics. Most repair shops would have written off this problem and said we needed a new computer board, but Lonie s tenacity drove him to dig deeper and find the loose wire. We were happy to be on our way and even happier that Lonie was able to fix the problem. Thank you, LTM!! Highly recommend coming here for any of your repair needs, they were AWESOME!!Service: Electrical

Everyone at LTM is friendly and helpful. We pulled over from 101 with a funny sound coming from our car. Oiley (James) took it for a ride and quickly diagnosed the problem. They made sure I had great WiFi while I waited. Very grateful. If we had to have a roadside emergency, this was the place to do it.

I had a situation with this hitch I had bought for a previous truck of mine, and it was kinda a custom fit for that year make and model of truck. I was wanting to get it custom fabricated onto a second vehicle, and they made that happen. They delivered as promised on the quality of the work and on that I don't have a single complaint. They had to custom mount some brackets onto my truck (I approved all the work) on he underside, as well as modify part of hitch I was having installed. I also added a brake box to be installed. My truck was there until the end of the second day, and my bill was about $1100. About $500 above the quoted $600 for JUST the hitch. So that's $500 for a low end brake box, installed. Not exactly what I was expecting, but I needed it and it's in there and the work is solid. But I looked up the brake box itself online, found it for $60-$85 on average for what they charged me like $115 if I recall. Maybe I paid for shipping or shopping/delivery or something. That's only a 40-60 dollar difference. They fit me in fast which is what I asked for. Just not sure if I got hosed on a $400 install of a $100 brake box. The price jump is the only reason I took a star off. other than that no complaints the work is stellar.

I am travelling home from Arizona to BC and discovered that the shackles or mounts for the rear axle on my fifth wheel had broken their welds causing the axle to become misaligned also resulting in tire wear it was literally hanging loose. I contacted this company on a Friday afternoon and described my problem and sent pictures. Darned if they didn t book me in Saturday morning .not a usual work day. A great young employee immediately went to work cleaned up everything and welded back in place in less than 2 hours. The bill was significantly less than I expected. Well and truly impressed. Thankyou very much.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The mechanic, James, was fantastic. Really knew his stuff. The tow truck driver, Mike, was terrific. He worked for about three hours to get our class A motorhome hooked up. Both James and Mike were friendly, helpful guys. Lonnie on the other hand (I don't know if he's the owner the manager), overcharged us on the tow. What should have been about $1500 (based on the their rate of $350/hr.) became $4000 because he knew that another place in town, Mast Bros. had quoted us $5400. When we asked him about it, all he said was "I beat Mast, didn't I?" He's a crook and a shyster. We will never go back and we'll never recommend them.

They are awesome! I called all the shops within a reasonable distance and only 1 other shop would even do the work needed on my RX-8 at 5 times what it cost at LTM. They do good work and go the distance. I'm very pleased.

We had the fuel pump in our motorhome quit on us at Bullard State Beach Park, and LTM sent a tow out to come pick us up promptly. It was already after hours by the time we arrived at the shop, so they ran an extension cord to our rig so we could camp outside and have power during the night. They got to work fast on it the following morning and by 1pm we were back on the road with a new fuel pump and spark plugs. The repair tech even took us for an extensive test drive just to double check that the rig was running fine before we left. Every single person we interacted with from their large staff was extremely courteous and professional, and you could tell that they really care about their customers and about doing high quality work. Prices were also reasonable, and they were completely transparent about diagnosis and repairs. If you want exceptional service, go to LTM! Thanks for everything, team!

First.... don't be fooled by the web page. Must have taken them days to clean the place and stage it for pictures... I do mean stage - like bringing in special furniture for real estate sales. When I saw it, I asked my husband, "Are you sure this is the place?" Repair work is done outside. No shop to speak of. The most frustrating experience. We were stuck. Failure of old welds of 5th wheel pin box of hitch made trailer unsafe to pull. Only other shop in town first appointment was over a month out. LTM quoted 2 weeks - maybe a month to fix. We had no choice but to leave trailer in Coos Bay and drive home. The trailer sat exposed (they removed nose cover) in their yard for a month before any repair work began. When they finally said it was done six weeks later, we drove back (six hour trip) to pick it up only to find the lights didn't work (they were cut and not reconnected), the brakes on trailer froze, no vapor barrier around pin box and more. It will take days to diagnose all the little things that are wrong and repair them ourselves. Cost? It was three times as much as our local repair shop said it should cost based on photos. If you have any choice... ANY choice...... do not take your RV there. I had tears and stress for weeks. Only positive...once work began, Eve, office manager, sent photos. Pray that what we can't see is done properly.

I've been taking my Class C to Lonny and his crew for several years now. He has always treated me very fairly and the repairs to my rig have been done quickly and completely. Recently, my rig wouldn't start while in storage. They towed it in and discovered the fuel pump was shot. When I went to pick it up and hook up my car for the tow home, I couldn't get the right blinker on my car to work when hooked up to tow. Lonnie spent an hour on a Saturday morning diagnosing and repairing it for me and didn't charge me since I'd just paid a substantial repair bill. He said, "I know you'll be back." And he's quite right - his is the only shop I will take my rig to for repairs.

I took my first ever travel trailer in to get looked at as the back lights wern't working and had the absolute worst experience. The guy looking it over was lazy and would only address my husband even though it was my truck, my trailer, and i was the one paying. I basically paid $250 (they told me it'd be an hour of diagnostics) for less than 30 minutes of distracted half *ssed confused babble to my husband. He also stopped during our "session" to talk to a senile elderly man (who was making a young teenage girl in the lobby VERY uncomfortable attempting to flirt with her.) This fellow apparently stays on the property. The guy who "serviced us" could have written info down for us or looked more into it but instead at the end of 20 something distracted minutes he just gave me a potential price quote that ranged from 500 to several thousand to get my tail lights working again and charged $250 for what should have been an hour and we came away with 0 additional knowledge. I kept trying to talk to him to get him to address me since I was the owner of the trailer and the one diy working on the trailer and wanted to atleast get some info out of the session but he didn't want to talk to me, just my husband who had no interest in trailers and wasn't planning on working on the electric to begin with. He also left my tail light covers off. Very sloppy and unprofessional; the guy dresses like a mad scientist in a lab coat and acts like a backwoods hillbilly with no morals whatsoever. People like this shouldn't be selling services period. The little bits of info we came away with was stating the obvious "i think a rat got it' "lights arn't working" "flick your turn signals, nope not working" etc etc. His concluding statements was "how much you got? with a sparkle in his eye when i asked how long it'd take to rewire it. I can make it perfect if you got the budget"..this is the kind of guy that will blow your hours of paid service standing around wasting time.. There are genuine good people out there who service vehicles and trailers; this guy wasn't one of them.

Words cannot express my deep appreciation for the work and service Lonie and his crew provide me. I believe they saved my life. I came in to have my brake system flushed following another mechanic's advice after mybrakes had failed completely. Lonie took my RV for a drive and recommended taking a look at the brakes. They were cooked! Pieces crumbling off. The RV needed a full brake job. Also had a motor and transmission service air bags and sway bar bushings put in. It gave me my confidence back after being shaken by the NO brakes experience. I highly recommend this shop.Lonie and his mechanics are knowledgeable, honest and efficient. The bill came and it was more than reasonable.Thank you so much. I will never forget your kindness.

Went to this place with a front end problem on a 27 year old motorhome. I've had enough front end work done in my life to be expecting the worst. Instead they worked long and hard, charging less than expected. They have a genius of a mechanic, Mark, a wonderful analytical mind and very thorough. Seems the more complex the problem the better he likes it. Sure appreciated Mark, as well as Andy's hard work. Two Thumbs Up LTM!!! We will return with our future RV repairs. Thanks

Our first trip after repairs to our RV, we found that the repairs done by another shop were not properly completed. We could not continue our trip without fixing the problem. I called LTM and arrived a short time later. Mike took our RV immediately and fixed the problem. He even corrected issues overlooked by the other repair shop and the price was less than I had previously paid for the same work. Thank you LTM and a special thank you to Mike. It isn't often that you find quality work for a reasonable price, but LTM nailed it!

Our experience with LTM Truck and RV repair can be summed up as reliable, honest, fair, knowledgable, experienced, and satisfactory RV/Bus repair and Towing. We melted a piston about 50 miles south of Coos Bay. We googled "Bus Towing" and found LTM right away. Lonnie B took great care of our bus. He provided a few options for us after we realized our engine needed to be rebuilt or replaced. LTM not only found us a great used engine to replace ours with, but they also took the time to do a customized install on a very old restored bus. He met the deadline we needed the bus back home, he offered to drive it halfway to us (over 500 miles north of his shop), he threw in two fresh-caught tuna, and gave us a good deal on our engine/install & towing. Thanks to Lonnie and Oily and the rest of LTM crew we are going to have many more years on the road with our big Bus.
