My father is in hospice and my car was supposed to be fixed a week ago. All I need is a new fusebox, a couple hundred or so and im being charged almost $700. I really don't feel good about this, the part should have been shipped already???

I cannot say enough good things about the staff! They are helpful every time I go in the shop. They are always willing to help me even when they know I will be doing the work myself at home. They almost every time have the parts I need and if not they are fast to get it in stock.

The staff here are amazing! From the moment you walk in, you are treated like a long time customer. With open and friendly smiles, and a willingness to help that goes above and beyond! Jolten sold us a fantastic HRV and was super helpful during the process! Beth in the title office has been fantastic in helping navigate confusion with DEQ! I live in Hillsboro and they have all made this purchase and paperwork so easy, would recommend to friends, family, and everyone else. I have not had such a stress free and seamless experience with any other dealership.

Wow! Everyone inside was so friendly! The two gentleman at the parts desk next to the cashier were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast.they helped us get the new handlebars and even gave "old school" tips on getting the grips on and to stay with no slide. The cashier was also super friendly and was fast service. Just so happened she had fudge brownies too so that was a plus! Great job everyone there! This is a good reference of what a shop should be!

We cannot say enough good things about our car-buying experience. The manager met with us promptly, showed us the car we were interested in, gave us a great price on it and made us a reasonable offer on our trade-in vehicle. We were given all the time we needed to have our questions answered completely. Paperwork was prepared and completed in record time. Throughout the experience, we were treated with respect. Driving the Oregon coast, and had the engine light start flashing and a lot of stuttering on acceleration. Honda World Service diagnosed and fixed the car in one day, getting us back on the road! Thanks!

I drove from Roseburg to Coos Bay to buy from these guys. The salesman, Paul, was straight forward and no nonsense. I showed up, knew the car I wanted, what I could pay & what my trade in Was worth. Paul looked at it, told me no problem and made it happen.I was happy to do business with such an honest and accommodating place.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I live in Florence but I still take my vehicle to Coos Bay Powersports, the whole staff is friendly, helpful and professional, and the parts and service department gets it done ASAP, and it's done right the first time. Their mechanics are the finest. Thanks again you guys, its nice to be out in the middle of nowhere knowing that "if it won't start...that's because it's outta gas!!!"

Did trip down from Canada. Last minute realized I needed rear pads on my bike that was only sold in Canada, never the US. Phoned on Friday since we would have been there on Saturday. The gentleman told me he would try and find an equivalent. Didn't expect to hear back from him. Later Phoned to let me know he has equivalent parts that should work on the bench. Showed up the next day and they invited me to use a portion of their shop instead of the parking lot as I was doing the work myself. The mechanic, Adam, was a great dude with advice and a helping hand. What a great dealership!!! I am so impressed with them. Great guys all Around!! Thanks again guys, wish I could support you more. Your friendly Canucks.

Had my first experience with the service department today. Live the fact that a car wash & vacuum are included with routine service/maintenance. In fact, I'm giddy about the friendliness, clean facilities & service compared to what I got at Ken Ware during 9 years of Buick ownership. The service department was the main reason i changed cars/dealerships. Keep up the high standards at Honda World.

We have always had the best service at Honda World. Every department has courteous help. This morning when we went to pay for the service we had done, the receptionist brought homemade Christmas cookies to hand out! Another reason we keep buying and servicing our vehicles at Honda World! We were traveling on the Coast Highway and had a service light come on near Coos Bay. The service manager checked the error code and told us we were safe to continue on our trip. He was kind and reassuring--wish we could clone him and take him to our local Honda dealer!

I cannot give enough praise to Honda World! They go above and beyond even after you purchase a vehicle from them. We recently had a situation where my 91 year old step dad got locked out of his vehicle while trying to get another key made (electric programming). Not to any fault of Honda World or the locksmith, but Christine stepped in and helped us, which made the whole ordeal more manageable. Awesome, awesome customer service. (and btw Jeff and Dan in sales were also wonderful to work with) After going through this type of situation, our family was so impressed with the level of outstanding service, that we will definitely choose Honda World when we need a new car or service! Thank you so much....!!!

I was working with Beau on a car. I asked him to help me get it to a local garage for a full inspection, as there were no maintenance records of any kind available. He was very helpful and we made a plan. That was on Thursday, the inspection was for Monday. On Friday they sold the car without giving any preference to me. He said I was supposed to of given a deposit to hold it, although this was never discussed with me. I cannot say that Beau sold the car, but I feel their policies are unjust especially if they have not been discussed with the customer. Just beware.

Purchased a car 99% online and picked up when i landed in town. Everything handled quickly, professionally and thoroughly. The man who made it so is, Bo Vorster. Once I got in town the hole thing took 15 minutes. This is the way to buy a car and Bo is the man to make it happen.

This is a review just for HONDA FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA to warn people buying offroad vehicles from Honda Dealerships. I bought mine from Honda World in Coos Bay and they were great, but they put the wrong address on the financing paperwork and I never received a payment book and missed my first payment! When Honda Finance tried to call, they would not leave a message so I just thought it was a robocall. And they say they emailed me too, but I've looked through my spam folder and can't find any emails from them except the ones for setting up my profile on the website so I could just finally pay it off, as planned. Now, reading through other reviews, I am seeing that they are HORRIBLE at sending the title to customers and won't send it with a tracking number. I didn't even really need to finance the measly $1500 and totally regret it now given the hassle of the finance company.

I took my HRV in to Honda World for an oil change. I didn t expect them to wash and vacuum my car, but it has never looked better! Sand was embedded in the carpet. I don t know how they did it! A great bunch of folks! Thank you!

My experience at Honda world was great. I was looking for a certain Honda generator that no one else had, I called Derek, he had it I drove there and bought it I'm a happy camper. Really a great shopping experience.

Great service and very friendly staff. Checked out new cars while getting our service done and the salesman was very helpful with no pressure at all. Even got a free car wash with the oil change. A+ service.
