Couldn t have better service! Not pushy, allowed us to test ride, kind, and helped us load even giving us some tie downs! I ll be recommending them to my friends and family. We are already enjoying our new e-bikes and glad we cancelled our online order. Already assembled, offer same discounts as Aventon online, and honored military discount! I m glad we were able to take a test spin on them since we ended up with a different model than we originally bought from the vendor. There guys are awesome awesome awesome! Thanks Nick!!

The customer service department at Highway 101 Motorsports is awesome. Got my Aventon Adventure 2 serviced and I m back on my adventure with a smile on my face. I recommend them to anyone looking for a e-bike or accessory s. Coming from a satisfied customer who feels like a bud to this awesome company of awesome people and awesome inventory.

I brought my new side-by-side here for the first oil change. I was quoted $125 on the phone and when I picked it up it was $191 and on top of that there was grease all over it from them greasing it that I never asked for and they test drove it and peeled out on my brand new tires that I just put on and folded the tread back on them

Fantastic pleasant service we had! We are traveling from Iowa, toured Idaho, Oregon, headed up to Washington state, needed an oil change. From our 1st call, a few days in advance of our arriving Coos Bay to arrange an appointment, to every person we spoke with when there, we were treated with kindness, seeming excited to be glad to be of service to us. 5stars to each person!!!!

The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. He gave me pin-point accurate information and was extremely helpful in his advice for my 2003 Harley...... Also gave me free o-rings for my oil changeThanks guys appreciate it keep it up!Zulu

Could not be more disappointed in this place. I've owned a Maverick X3 for years, but having to deal with this dealership is pushing me to sell and get a Polaris so I can work with better people.The sales team is an absolute joke. Painfully unhelpful in every regard, and do literally nothing. What a waste of time and effort every time I try to work with these people.Heavily HEAVILY suggest avoiding this garbage can

Have liked all the staff I have enteracted with. The service department went above and beyond to help me with my bike. Especially important as a new rider to develop a trusting partnership with mechanics. They even showed me how to kick start my bike and delivered it to my home after working on it. (for a small fee). These guys still have various males of bikes come through. It s kinda sad it s no longer a Harley Store however if you are into recreational sports I m sure you are stoked. Prices are right up there in the pricey range. But good customer service goes a long way!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Shaun (or Sean) in the service department.Thank you for taking such good care of my ride. She is running great!!!And more, you never made me feel like I was bothering you when I called for updates. You repaired her quickly and it didn t cost me an arm and a leg.When I picked her up, you showed me exactly the parts that went bad and explained what was wrong.Being a female rider, I am grateful for your professionalism and camaraderie you have shown.Hopefully I won t have to come back for major issues, but I will definitely be back for servicing.Terry POnce again took my trike in. This time just routine maintenance for the summer season. I love this place. Treated with respect, and professionalism. Even installed a couple things I brought with me. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the service. I ll keep coming back here.

I am sooo impressed with the customer service I received here !!!I was looking to get some Motorcycle Tires mounted and balanced, I went all over Town with no success.When I stopped by at 101 Can-am I was helped right away.My Tires were mounted and balanced in no time.They also have a impressive inventory of Can-am of cause .Go here ,to be treated with courtesy and respect.Thank you Guys so much for your service, you are a Dying breed.Tina G.

Awesome people and service! They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers! They do their best to keep parts and accessories on the shelf and it really shows. Good honest people. Can't say enough good things about Highway 101 Motorsports. Absolutely love our new Rockford Fosgate gen 3 stage 6 they just installed! Sounds like you're sitting front stage at a concert!

Drop my X3 off for 1st service, Shawn the service manager is 100% a very awesome person.POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND TAKES THE TIME TO HELP YOU.To top it off I dropped it off at 12pm and it was ready at 5pm same day!Thanks Shawn and the rest of the great people down at 101 Motorsports.They all rock.

I am currently on a cross-country roast tip to ride the PCH. I got a flat, the second one in three days and was stressed about having to fix another tire.I called the dealership to verify they had the tube and got a call back as soon as they opened. Very responsive and professional!Everyone I met and interacted with at the dealership were very friendly and polite. Even so I have to give a special thanks to Lincoln and Devin, the service manger and tech respectively. They went above and beyond to ensure I got back on the road.Not only did Devin change the tube quickly but was able to notice I was low on oil. He kindly pointed it out and rectified it.Lincoln also provided some great advice which I much appreciated. The two of them were able to make a stressful situation easy and painless. Huge kudos to them! I hope they get the recognition they both deserve.

Would recommend Hwy 101 to anyone! My side by side was wrecked and needed a total frame swap among other issues. They were prompt, knowledgeable and even though shipped parts are taking longer then expected they kept me up to date on the progress. Very friendly service department! Will definitely use them again!

I recently had the Boom II stereo system added to my 14 Street Glide. I had it done at highway 101. These guys went the extra mile for me. The weather was not so great for riding it to the shop and Lincoln (service manager) was willing to pick up and drop off my bike. And the that's not the best part. They did a stellar job on the sound system and even washed my bike when done. The system looks awesome and sounds even better. Top Notch job 101!! Thanks for all the great work you do for my wife and I. Oh, and all our friends too! And to Al, thanks for the great deal on the system! I appreciate good service!

The people here are all very friendly and very knowledgeable will definitely be going back for all my bike needs. Have wanted a Harley for a very long time didnt think it was possible with my credit situation but after a lot of work they were able to get me on to a bike and i love it. Al went out of his way to help me even met me after hours so i could pick up my bike due to my work schedule will definitely be telling people where to go for all there motorcycle needs. I also never do reviews but they went above and beyond.

Talked to several other dealers. Wanted to keep my business local and Al really took care of me....I took a heck of a long time to make a final decision, but I am very glad I bought my bike here. Al and the rest of the staff are the best, friendliest and most helpful. I plan on doing all my service work here so it was important that I buy here....and Al made it a no-brainer decision. we bought our First Harley in 2006 from Danny and Barbara at Highway 101 Harley Davidson and have been loyal customers through three more Harleys and change in ownership to Al and Karen. Our experiences with the 101 owners and staff have always been and continue to be extremely positive, even uplifting. Our visits are as if we are seeing old friends again. Services have never been an issue and help is always available even when hundreds of miles away as the staff and owners go out of their way to answer and assist even by phone. The work done through the service department has always been impeccable and professional. The best Being on my '09 Ultra with Lincoln performing a "Screaming Eagle" upgrade that continues to impress me whenever I ride. We can leave 101 Harley after having our bike serviced, repaired, or just checked out with complete confidence that all work has been performed to the highest standards. We Consider Highway 101 Harley Davidson to be our home away from home.

Al, Although it has been a couple of years since I have been over there due to needed surgeries your parts and clothing department have always done their best to accommodate my wife wand I on what ever we were purchasing. We have purchased four motorcycles from Highway 101. They are always very competitive in pricing and excellent to deal with. The atmosphere is family oriented and always welcomed with a hug from the owners (Al and Karen). Thank you Al and Karen for being so kind through out the years!

My mother and father in-law gave me a grand tour during the the Light House Run 2015. I'm a disabled veteran and the owners were more than welcoming, on top of the regular 20-30% sale I was given an additional 10% off of a pair of HD Boots because of my service. So excellent doesn't even begin to describe my experience. My wife and I are saving so after she takes the Team Oregon course we're coming to 101 to purchase our first new HD just due because of your outstanding commitment to the customer. Thank you.

These guys are awesome! I did an inspection of the cam chain tensioners on my 2003 road king and discovered that they were severely worn. I called all over the valley and Bend to see if I could get it in for the hydraulic upgrade. long story short hwy 101 was several hundred dollars cheaper than anyone else even after trailering it from Eugene. They were able to work me in in a timely manner and the bike has never ran better. Thanks Dennis and Lincoln.

I have always been extremely pleased with the knowledge of the staff, and their willingness to provide me with all my motorcycle needs. Whether it is in the store at the time, or taking the time to search through the manuals. A great team of people, personal, professional, and 'the best at what they do' is an understatement!

Besides being friendly and courteous the staff has always made me feel like I was listened to. Like I had their complete attention. I've always got the right service parts in short order. There is a family atmosphere that exists here that is rare.

I bought my first Harley from Highway 101 in 2003, I was treated like a king and even when I asked stupid questions they treated me with respect always. Since then the owners have changed, but the service and treatment of the customers remains the same, they always are friendly and helpful, just a great shop!Thanks

Drove coast to coast driving trucks with my wife for years.Stopped at many Harley stores across the nation buying shirts coats leathersEtc.Some were very welcoming.This one when we visited there to buy clothes we felt extremely unwelcome.The women there kept giving us dirty looks & acting like we were to low to take up her time.So we left without buying anything.

These guys are great. It's such a breath of fresh air to go to a Harley dealership that doesn't have sales staff trying so hard to sell you something that they cram it down your throat!I was on a 4,000 mile road trip and broke one of the levers on my heel-toe shifter. I stopped in Highway 101 HD hoping to buy a shift lever off the shelf. All the after-market levers were sold out so Al went in the back to do some digging. He came out and gave me a take-off part, and when I asked how much I owed him he said, "just take it, I'd rather see you riding safe. Don't worry about paying for it, just enjoy your trip"It's experiences like this that make me want to give these guys business in the future.Thanks Highway 101 Harley-Davidson!
