Super helpful any time I have a questionThe service center and mainly parts department have been there to answer any questions I ve had about my vehicle even though it s soon to be 20 years old, in only a few short hours these guys can find the parts I was searching days for. Paul has been very kind and has been the main person that I have spoken with and gotten information from, he always has a good attitude and I know when I work with him he will get back to working with me as soon as he possibly can and that helps me feel more at ease to be working with him. I hope to continue to see Paul at graham bay for as long as I continue to go, and they are the first people I call if I have a question I can t find the answer to on my own.

Jason, the owner is an outstanding guy! He is truly dedicated to his customers. Jason helped me resolve some issues when I was having misunderstandings with his service /parts department. Jason has gone far beyond my expectations to help resolve my concerns. For this reason I will recommend people to Graham Dodge. He has helped turn a bad experience into a new appreciation for this business. Beside that Jeeps wranglers are the ultimate 4x4 vehicle and I would also recommend people to buy one.. especially from Graham Dodge in Coos Bay.

I went to the dealer for a 2007 corvette that I was not able to get financing on because of its age, well the next morning Mike the sales man went out of his way to send me pictures of other vehicles on the lot that would work with my financial situation. I am now the proud and very happy owner of a 2018 white Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport with 19k miles and still under the 7year 100k warranty. I absolutely love my jeep and so does my wife! Big thanks to Mike and Brian for making it happen y all rock!

Great and quick service. I had made an appointment to have a problem looked at regarding my oil-life light reset. Some jeep models don't give you the options to just press a button on the screen to reset it once you get your oil changed. I tried googling the solution but I couldn't find the info I was looking for so I gave them a call. It ended up being such a quick and simple process. I wasn't even charged. Took all of 2 minutes in total.

Can t say enough good things about the crew at Graham. We drove 3.5hrs down to look at a truck I had been chatting with Brian C about. We arrive and the whole area had lost internet, so that threw a large wrench in things. The crew was polite enough to chat with us to keep things at less of a stand still, and quite a few hrs layers we were driving home in the new to us truck. Thank you everyone at Graham for your help, and superior customer service.

I brought my Dodge Durango in on a parts recall. I have not gotten a call back in three weeks. Update: I just received a call back this morning, and they are expediting my back order parts. I will keep you posted.

Tyler Ostern put me in a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk today!!! 10/10 recommend him as a salesman! He s honest, super nerdy and knows his stuff! He s enjoyable to hangout with when you re stuck there doing paperwork. Salesmen can be pushy but Tyler never was! Also never did I feel like he tried to lie about anything or sell me something more to hike up the price. Everything was black and white and perfect!!! Thank you so much Tyler for everything!!! And thanks to Jimmy Henson in sales for recommending me to shop there!

I have lived all over the country and purchased A LOT of cars from multiple dealerships including the big corporate ones in Eugene, Roseburg, and Portland. I can honestly say this experience was exceptional. It was the easiest, most down to earth, no BS, car deal EVER. Mike Johnson and the manager, Brian were professional and straightforward on what they could and couldn t do. They also gave me a good deal on my warranty (which I normally don t buy) but this car has lots of electronics so I think it was good insurance. Even a week later I m still happy, and most importantly, my wife loves her new car. Definitely stop by and see these guys. It s worth your time and money.

Nice salesman horrible financial screwed us, lied to us, changed price, changed paperwork as we were leaving. Took over 2.5 hrs when we were pre-qualified. Worse buying experience in my 62 years. DO NOT trust this rip off artist

I want to share my complete satisfaction and gratitude to Graham Bay Area. I was in a bad space as I had just been to the North Bend Medical Center and after my visit my car was completely dead. I got a jump start and drove over to Graham Bay Area. It was starting to be in the afternoon and I didn't think I could get any help. Boy was I wrong. Everyone at the desk was just great. The one person who put a new battery in my PT Cruiser was Jason Graham. I thought I would need to wait for a long time but Jason took it upon himself and got it done in record time!! I was so grateful and if I could give this company and Jason a ten star I would. Thank you Jason and all your crew!!! Perfect customer service!

Went to buy a RAM diesel truck but there were none on the lot. Our salesman Shallon found one that was in transit to the dealership and we put a deposit on it. As soon as it came in Shallon let us know and kept in touch to let us know when it would be ready for us. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and walked us through all of its bells and whistles. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ve ever had, in large part because Shallon was not at all pushy, was very down to earth and knew his job well. I would highly recommend working with Shallon.

I had a transmission issue that needed a solenoid, Graham dealership got the part I needed, got it fixed, however they offered me a new tyranny for 7,000.00 because I had small metal in it, I couldn't afford it so I paid 1680.00 to fix what I could to run. It lasted 30 miles!!! Took it back a day and a half later, it was throwing a different code for a senor. The service guy Shannon went to get a scan to reread after I got it scanned at AutoZone. He came back with scanner then decided to take my Van in the back so I couldn't see. My husband walked back there and he said he didn't seen to pleased to have my husband watching. Shannon said he had better reception? so he comes back with the same as auto zone. So I told him look I got 30 miles out of what I paid you guys and all he could do was shrug his shoulders and couldn't give me an answer, what a rip off. No solution was offered.

My scion and I took a trip recently up and down the coast of Oregon. I wanted to reiterate that the people who assisted me with my car were really friendly, made the process super easy. The car was well taken care of before I purchased it and I couldn t be happier with it . But un-ironically I found this in my memories, is this the same care or a weird coincidence? Matrix glitch? My story begins in September 2020, when my wife and I purchased our 2020 RT Dodge Durango Blacktop edition.We were treated with professionalism, respect, and kindness throughout the entire experience. Several times, after the sale they reached out, to see how i liked, (loved) my 'Rango,and how I (it) was doing. Which was great then, and still is.Even shared a few laughs, because my wife's parents had worked in automobile/ motorcycle dealerships in the bay area and Roseburg.Fast forward to a few months ago. My wife's Chrysler 200 had suffered a catastrophic engine failure in Portland.After the shop(in Portland) installed the replacement engine, we drove it home, then after a few weeks it died mysteriously.We had it brought to Graham for a diagnosis, and repair. Which they did with expediency, determining that there was a code update needed,which was free. Also there was a fuse issue,which we were charged nominal fee for parts,labor.(normal)About a week later, it died mysteriously again. They determined that wires had chafed between the transmission and the body. As a result of the work the prior shop had done,or not done.Again, it was done the same level of expedience and commitment. My daughter had the same experience, as she was using our car at the time,and picked it up from Graham.Bottom line, would we return?Absolutely.Would we recommend them to family and friends?Without question.Would we return to purchase another new vehicle?Undeniably.It was the most pleasant time we had ever had at a dealership,(which is many) negotiating price, etc.Well done.Thank you to all at Graham!See you again!

Tyler Ostern and the sales manager who helped me buy my truck from them were absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations in customer service and quality. I walked in told them what I could do and they worked their magic and made sure I left happy and satisfied. I have gone to other car lots in the past window shopping and never felt the amount of genuine honesty from a car salesman ever. I stumbled across a newly listed trade-in I loved on their website after not seeing anything I liked that day at 3 other dealers. Tyler made the whole process super easy, and even fun (coming from some who hates car shopping). I called to make an appointment and they were a week out to get me in. I was a bit bummed, but understood they were busy. I dropped my Jeep off the night before. They had it fixed for the price they had quoted me and the same day. I was lucky they had the part in the store. Valerie was very friendly and professional as she is whom I dealt with. The mechanics did a great job as well. I had been there twice before and they all seem friendly and willing to help. Thanks Steve

The customer service here is amazing! As a first time buyer I had my thoughts about buying from a dealership and everyone here at Graham proved me wrong. With everything going around currently, they ensured the process went as smooth as possible. Working with Tyler was great, he helped me pick out the car I wanted/needed and was there throughout the whole process. Being new to town and not having a way to get around town, I called before hand to see what they had in stock and they were generous enough to give me a lift to view some vehicles. I would highly recommend going here, they truly care for their customers! If I could I would rate them more then 5 stars!!!!

Took my wagoneer in for new car issues. Odd leak on tailgate, rattle in dash, Bluetooth not working right. Even though I didn't buy it here (new to the area) they have been bending over backwards to correct the issues. The staff is very very friendly even though I think they are short staffed. Service advisors showed me in great detail the issues. Quite happy with them.
