Everyone I worked with was stellar, from sales person, rv tech and signing the papers.No pressure at any point.Great selection of RVs new and used. I had done my homework using their website, making a short list of interest. When arriving I was greeted by Curtis, he asked what I had in mind. The first one was perfect after looking at several others considering new/used, size, amenities and pricing.Gib's RV came highly recommended and were spot on.Thanks!

Our brand new, 2023 Keystone Bullet heater switch was defective & tongue jack stopped working. We bought our RV from camping world because we are taking a cross country trip. Connor, David & everybody in service was very professional, friendly & helpful answering any questions we had. They washed & detailed our RV as a courtesy. We received a follow up call regarding our defective back up camera from Camping World. Excellent customer service & we recommend Gibbs RV to friends & family for the service department.

Gibs consignment worked out great for us and service was right there to bring our rv into tip top shape so we could get top dollar for our motor home. They always kept in touch with everything that was going on with it. They even drove it to a glass Company to have The windshield replaced - We didn t have to drive an hour and a half each way to do it ourselves! We are very happy that we sold our RV through Gibs, and are considering buying our next one from them too!

A wonderful experience! So fast and easy, everyone was so friendly and they got us everything we wanted! Our salesman Rick Doyle was the BEST!! We came back just to go through him. He was so friendly and so helpful and made everything super easy!! We are thrilled with our new trailer with room for the grand babies!!

We bought the Keystone Hideout 24RLWE and we love it. Brought camping gear from home and headed up the coast to Harbor Vista for four nights, then Bullards for three days and lastly Mill casino. I had a little trouble with the brakes but it was all me, nothing mechanical. This is a super comfy "couples" camper with great recliners although the bed needs to be upgraded, we expected that. Curtis (sales) was versed well with our rig and sold us on it easily with zero pressure and David in service was wonderful when we stopped by on our way home to get a few things fixed. Very happy with our Gibs experience!

We had the best experience buying our new 2022 closeout Wildcat RV here. They were closed for two weeks for the holiday. I noticed this deal on line. We sent an email as we were going to be out of town when they opened back up. We knew we wanted this RV & did not want to miss out on the deal. Rick Doyle called first thing in the morning. He came into town just to show us on December 31st. On his vacation & on a holiday. Rick Doyle is one top notch guy! He is from the area & has 5 generations of family here. It was like dealing with family. We were given superb treatment. The finance manager Amanda was just as wonderful! Also, want to mention if you are a Bay area Hospital employee to mention that. They may have some money saving perks for you at Gibs. If your looking to purchase an RV. I highly recommend Gibs RV & Rick Doyle is the saleman you want to ask for.Thank you, we are loving our new Wildcat!Scott, Emily, & Nick Ellefson

okay now they have tried to fix the leak in my toy hauler 5-6 times , had to replace the refrigerator, replace pump, fix leak on other slide out, fix front door, and fixed leak 2 times where washer is. this is ridiculous for a 75k toy hauler that was brand new that I have had problems with since day one and still not fixed. do not but a grand momentum or buy from gibs, there service department never returns your calls and ignore you. I would like to talk to the own because I want this Toy hauler bought back it has floor damage now from leaking so long, plus it still leaks. I am a traveling nurse, and I can't leave this area until I resolve these problems. So the owner of gibs please call me, so we can arrange and due paperwork for you to buy this back. because it meets the lemon law standards. I would like to do this nicely and not get my lawyer involved.Bought A75K Toy hauler from them and have had multiple problems. when I try to get there service manager to fix them He never calls me back. I have had multiple leaks , have water damage from The leaks that I have been waiting over 2 months for them to fix. However, dwayne their service manager never calls me back. I have called him multiple times on it and he never calls me Back. Now my fridge and freezer are broken.And I get the same thing. Dwayne will call you back. And guess what? He's still hasn't called me back and I have a bunch of food that is going bad thanks to him. Do not purchase from them and do not buy their warranty. Go somewhere else where you can actually get your RV worked on In a timely manner with a service manager that does his job.. All they want to do is sell you the RV And the warranty. But not take Care of the problems.

After having catastrophic frame failure on our trailer as we were on the road to our new home in Alaska from California, we drove into Gib's service/superstore center and they were able to efficiently help us out and get us on our way. The service department did an amazing job with getting our trailer looked at and getting us set up very quickly with our new trailer that we purchased there. We told them about our time constraints and not only did they work to quickly get the new trailer inspected they also helped us move our belongings from the old trailer to the new one. We also would like to thank James for helping us find the right trailer and the finance department for the efficient paperwork process. We cannot thank everyone enough, we appreciate it!

I am Very very happy with the service department. I had a crack in my black holding tank. They got me right in and ordered the part. It came in and they replaced it right away. They have a lot of mechanics there which is great. I travel all over the USA . I would rank them one of the top service departments! Thank you so much!

We 1st learned how great the Gib s RV team is 7 years ago when they helped us sell our diesel pusher. So when we wanted to look for a new RV, we started with Gib s & so happy we did. The entire team is so friendly & helpful and special thanks & shoutouts to Nick in sales, Amanda in financing & Tyler in service who each went the extra mile to help us find & purchase our new forever RV.

We told Keith what we were looking for. The first travel trailer he showed us, my wife was hooked. We were approved for financing at a terrific rate and a couple days later we were pulling it home. We noticed a minor issue with the camper once we got it home though Keith addressed the issue expediently and to our complete satisfaction. (Keith is terrific!) The finance department was also great to work with. We are very excited to be taking our 27' Keystone Cougar out for the first time in a few days! Would we purchase another camper from Gibs RV? Most definitely.

If you are looking to sell your RV here be prepared to get screwed over. They told us one price based off a detailed inspection on the RV then said we had to haul it to them and then completely move everything out which we did then day of they go Oh we have the year wrong we actually have to take off an additional $3,000 from an already low price. Knowing that we had no personal belongings in the RV and no where to go. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism with their lack of detail when they looked at the documents and took photos.

Super friendly staff from the sales team to the finance people to the parts & service department. They were really patient with us and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. Well worth the 6 plus hour drive and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a camper/travel trailer.

We had to buy an RV spur of the moment for my mom and brother to live. Rick was absolutely AMAZING! Let us have free roam to look at what would fit our needs, and was still somehow right there when we had any questions. Gibbs RV made it such a pleasant experience! We will be going there when its time for us to get a family camper!

When I bought a brand new trailer from them in 2016, they sold me a weight distributing hitch that was not heavy enough for the trailer, so I had to buy a heavier one from anther company. When I took the trailer back because a wheel was locking up, they told me it was perfectly safe and I should go on my trip, but when their tech looked at it later, he told me it looked like the bearing had never had grease in it, so they had sent me on my trip with a dangerous trailer. When they looked at water from a leak, they told me it was from plumbing and there was no damage, but when I took it to an independent shop, they showed me extensive damage from a leaking front end cap, and that cost thousands to fix. I don't see how there could have been such a bad leak with so much damage in the first six months if Gibb's had actually checked the trailer over and sealed it before I took delivery. What a horrible, horrible company.

Bought a new travel trailer 2 months ago. Delivery crew not real hot at setting up truck with hitch. Lucky to have a neighbor who knew what to do. Trailer is great. Made the whole deal on the internet. Was happy with sales.

It is not very often that two 23 year olds can walk into a dealership and not be treated like kids. Gibs RV took us in like we were family. Rick and Amanda were both very kind and and patient with us as we made our decision. BIG thank you to Rick for everything that he did for us. Nick was awesome to work with. He listened to our concerns and needs and showed us several trailers within our limits. Ward walked us through the trailer systems and ensured our final inspection was thorough. Amanda made the financial and licensing paperwork process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend this team!
