I originally reached out to Coos Bay Toyota months before I purchased as they had the best availability and prices I was looking for as an out of state buyer. My experience with Andrea, Bill, Nick and Amanda were prompt, informational and kind.My salesman Nick went above and beyond and drove 2+ hours to Eugene to pick me up and drove me 2+ hours back to Coos Bay to complete the purchase of my vehicle.I work with sales people all the time and really appreciate the general embodiment of balancing doing what s right for business (splitting 5,000 dealer markup to 2,500 due to new owners decision) and really listening to what I was looking for and making a long trip from Alaska, a bit more human and brighter.If I had to buy another vehicle, I d buy it from them. No schenanigins, just a small town dealership trying to do what s right in a really tough economy.Good luck on your new hometown Nick!

Went here mid-Dec 2023 with a spec built on the Toyota website. Salesperson Brian said he would request the spec and it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I kicked the tires on a similar spec and did a test drive. We negotiated a price and he said he'd put my name on it as "reserved", that they would call me once it arrived so I could get first crack at it, and that they'd not sell it until I had a chance to take a look. I thought it was weird that he didn't want a deposit, but he said they sell extremely fast and they didn't require deposits on these because they were guaranteed to sell no matter what. He took my contact information and even showed me on the screen where it had my name on the car they were allocated.Week 4 came, so I called. Brian said he didn't have anything yet and getting any information was like pulling teeth. I called again at the 6 week mark. Brian said the inventory was delayed but once again, gave almost no information. I asked when should I call back and suggested a week or two, he said sure. He sounded completely disinterested and I almost felt like he didn't even remember who I was at this point.Yesterday (8 week mark) I call again and ask if the spec had arrived. Brian told me that they had gotten their inventory in, and that my black Rav 4 Hybrid was on the lot and ready. I asked if I could come down the following afternoon to look at it. He said sure. When I asked if he had the specific car I had requested he kinda hesitated and said, "Um, yeah!" Weird, but okay.I showed up today and Brian was with a different client. Someone else ran me around the lot looking for the car I had factory-requested and reserved. They checked their inventory, and the spec wasn't there. They started trying to sell me on a different color, a different trim level, different options, a standard instead of a hybrid... no, no, NO. I explained wasn't there to shop, I was there to look at the spec I already pre-arranged.This new guy gets the manager. The manager proceeds to tell me they probably sold my spec already. WHAT?! I explained the situation; he said they didn't even have my phone number on file. The manager was unbelievably condescending. He told me these cars sell very fast. I said I get that, but I was assured multiple times you were getting THIS spec and that you had MY name on it. Then he turns around and tells me "we're not going to order a $40k car without paperwork." Excuse me? In the same breath that you're telling me the car sold so fast it didn't even sit on the lot for 12 full hours?? Give me a break.Can't believe I just had 8 weeks of my time wasted by these people, but the cherry on top was the manager acting like it was my fault for believing what his own salesperson said. I'd rather drive all the way to Eugene than be treated so shabbily by someone I'm trying to give thousands of dollars to.

This place is hands down AMAZING !!!!From Hanna my number one sales rep, to Cyndi In Finance, from Jeff in rentals to my star employee Laurie in service who met my every need when my alternator and battery went out on an As is no warranty purchase shortly after I purchased my 2009 Jeep compass, this dealership honored the repair entirely on what I feel is their down right business integrity. It is so so so appreciated and I respect this so much I will always return to Coos bay Toyota till the day I die!!! Guess what? You have no idea how many times I have verbally shared this story. PS, and I have a big mouth. lol. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Thanks again. This is what shining is all about!

I recently was in a bit of a jam in Coos Bay and needed to rent a car for 4. My wife found out about the rentals and the rental couldn't have been better. The shuttle service picked us up and the rates and the Rav4 was a great car at a great price. I would rent from them first!

I'm still adapting to my transmission. The business as a whole, is great. James took time out to look over details. Staff are friendly. And if you ask me, if you shop anywhere else for a car. Well that's just foolish. Swing by like I did and drive away with your next vehicle.

My wife and I had a GREAT experience with Coos Bay Toyota last night. We came in with HIGH expectations, and they delivered. My wife was driving a BMW, and was very skeptical about the comparison between the two. After she drove the vehicle she was looking at, she immediately looked at me and said "this is the one"!Steve had us in and out in under two hours. Everything was demoed, cleaned, gassed up very quickly. He even gave us his personal number, and said to call him "any time with ANY questions"Thank you Steve and Coos Bay Toyota for a GREAT experience.

Love my 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE! Veteran friendly and the staff at Coos Bay Toyota feel more like family when going in for oil changes and maintenance. I'll be coming back for a Truck one day. Great

Went in for an oil change, was told 75$ then I went to service department and was told 99.95+ tax......didn't know we had tax in the state of Oregon??? Then was charged C.A.T. recovery. 23??? Was not told that either. So probably won't be going back. Come on Coosbay toyota.

Went to the service department at 4:40ish let them know I had a tire light on. They checked it and told me there was a nail in my tire but they close at 5 so could I come back tomorrow. When I said I couldn t they just said sorry maybe somewhere else can fix it .

Went there for a few parts and the wife wanted to look. Only a 4 star, because one part I was after wad not in stock. The wife got to Window shop without being harassed which is a huge plus for me. Thanks for being a good dealer.

Had a extremely good experience with the salesman Nick, my wife and I got a 2023 Toyota Tacoma trd off road with a 6speed manual and it was extremely hard to find. Not only did he have my dream truck but he made the experience very smooth and easy. We went in to just look at the truck and he made it possible, and now it s home in my driveway! Thank you Nick and happy early birthday!!! 11 out of ten would recommend!

Brought in my Suzuki that was giving me a giant pain in my neck...let me begin with Lori at the service department who was SO sweet even though I was grumpy to say the least, tired, and just about done with dealing with car issues for the day by the time I rolled up to her counter with my fiance. She went above and beyond calling around for me to see who could supply a part for my somewhat rare imported vehicle! Her positive attitude had me laughing and cracking jokes with her during a very stressful situation for me (this was the car that takes me to work and back...), which is commendable. To cut a long story short, I ended up trading it in for a Prius at the 101 lot they own next door. My salesman Travis Espinosa was kind, professional, and courteous. He put up with the thousand questions we had with grace and good humor. I really appreciate you guys at Toyota Coos Bay working with me. The Prius had an unexpected engine hiccup this week and he was even able to get me in to the service department for an appointment time less than 48 hours out to get it checked out as it is still under warranty. Hoping it's a small issue that just slipped by the watchful eyes of the inspection team...these things happen! I was very impressed by his prompt response in the matter and immediate assistance and the rest of the team's professional and friendly service.

They used to great but seems to slipping. Watch their upsaling service. I got a brake job and without paying much attention they changed the brake fluid. I said yes without asking for a quote. Cost me way more. I've been around a long time and never heard of brake fluid being replaced on a 9 year old car. Love the Camry, love Toyota and I hope the dealership is more mindful of what they are doing. Will look at other dealers next purchase.

I have always thought that the Prius dealership handled my recalls fast and efficiently. That being said I haven't had to go in there for about a year. Today I was stuck in a parking lot with my 2011 Prius with an error on my screen . I called and asked to talk to the service guys and the service assistant answered the phone and I told her that I needed to find out how to bypass the error because I was stuck in a parking lot. And could not go backwards forwards in gear etc. She said she had no idea what the message was and sorry she couldn't help but it would be about the 16th which is 15 days away before she could give any assistance to me. I wasn't happy. I ended up calling and asking for assistance by another person and the other company, sent somebody out, got my car started and helped me get to their place to make sure that I could get a battery put into my car because that was what was causing the issue. They fixed it they replaced it within 30 minutes and charged me and affordable price. I am very disappointed in Toyota in coos Bay at the moment. The person below responded to this review asking me to contact them. I did so and they never replied back.

Over 6 mo. ago I preordered a new Prius prime. I was not required to put a deposit down. I received periodic updates and near delivery, I have been kept up to date. Delivery and purchase was smooth. I was treated well by all staff and treated to lunch! My salesperson, Kelly, was wonderful as was the dealership. I will most definitely purchase from Coos Bay Toyota again. I certainly recommend Coos BayToyota for your auto needs.

I was discouraged after trying to deal with Lithia Toyota sales in Medford, OR when I was looking for a new car. I reached out to Coos Bay Toyota and had a wonderful experience with all parts of the sale. Nick Hendricks was a great no pressure sales Associate that was refreshing to work with and the finance department was awesome also. The whole experience lasted less than two hours. Even the nice young lady greeting us every time we came in or out of the building added to the pleasant experience. Was at Coos Bay Toyota on 5/6 to have my car serviced and had the pleasure of working with Izzy. I didn't purchase my car Coos Bay Toyota due to past customer service was not friendly or helpful. I was looking around and had a question about a vehicle on the lot and Izzy was a breath of fresh air. He treated me as a person and was very friendly and super helpful. Even after purchasing a new vehicle Izzy help set up any other appointments and getting my extra key for the vehicle.
