Rude secretary. Took over 2 months to get car fixed. Had to call in multiple times to usher along their service. So far car looks in good condition and quality work. Photo speaks for itself. Estimate was a little high.

This is the place you want to go for repair work. The staff are professional and very polite. They replaced my sun roof that was shattered by a rock. They took excellent care of my vehicle and got it back to me quickly. They also had a chip in the windshield while my vehicle was there. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Paint match.My Isuzu GMT-325 has had some normal sun fading. It has also had a few panels that over the years have been hit. Finally it had a hood destroyed and needed replaced.For a decade now I have only taken my great truck to Ron. I love my rig, and based on the work Berger's has done to my truck it shows that they love their work. They paint match perfectly and panel fit like factory. Dents, dings and a fully new hood, and you can't even tell.The thing that really sets Berger's apart to me is the fact Ron himself went out and pinstriped my truck and gave me a ride home when I had to leave my truck at his shop.Do better seems to be a motto Ron follows.

When asked about body shops, this is pretty much the only one mentioned. I haven't heard anything bad about it. From my experience with them, they are fantastic. They worked with my insurance company, which was one less headache. My only complaint, and it is not their fault, is that it takes so long to get anything here on the coast.

Berger s has been around for years. The lady s in the office were professional and very helpful. Their reputation is stellar. I had my car towed there two days ago. I am looking forward to being pleased with the outcome!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I travel a lot for work and have been looking for an auto body shop that could help with my vehicle. I've encountered long wait periods or not enough staff to service my vehicle at a number of shops I have called these past several months, so when John at Berger's Top service heard my situation and barriers I've had. John said he would take a look and do his best to help as they are quite busy right now. John and his staff ordered parts and I dropped off my car in the morning and they delivered it to me at my work when it was done. After months of trying to get this done and they had it fixed promptly. On top of that, they are some of the kindest humans I have encountered. SO grateful to have crossed paths in my journey. Talk about great service and ability. You may think your wrecked vehicle will never look new again but that dream is reality with the services offered here. Best body work in town. It's hard to match original paint on cars and this seems to be no problem with burgers. Thank you guys for all you do!

Definitely impressed with the customer service. Had all of my questions answered, which gave me peace of mind regarding my repair. They even shined up my tires and vacuumed the sand out of the front seat floor mats that has been there for months! Definitely above and beyond! My truck looks new! Thank you so much for a job well done!

I ORIGINALLY called on the phone & was very impressed when they transferred me to "RON" who was very knowledgeable (he had a bit of charisma in his voice which sad to say you don't hear much these days). Once I was there EVERYONE was super professional & they were definitely busy. They were able to fix my jeep & I was soooo impressed that i had to leave a review. I put off fixing my jeep for 2 months & they made it very painless! Thank you Ron, & Chad for taking good care of me!Service: Body & Trim

Exceptional Body Shop to take your Vehicle in for repairs. I have used their services in the past a few times over the years, and have always gotten my vehicles back with Top Of The Line Service. They do their best to meet Customer satisfaction and if it isn't right per personal expectation, they go back and make it Satisfactory per customer approval. I would recommend this Body Shop if you are looking for one that will do it right...

This was the easiest work I have ever had done. I had a damaged bumper, went in for an estimate, and they took care of the rest. They contacted my insurance company, and did all the leg work. The only thing I had to do was drop off my car, and pick it up. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and considerate. They did an amazing job on my car, the bumper is amazing. You can't even tell it's been damaged. They also took the time to wash, wax, and detail the inside. I would reccomend to everyone. Amazing company.

We have had two vehicles repaired at Berger s. I can honestly say that they go above and beyond for their customers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are courteous and helpful and do whatever they can to help you. My car was returned in the time that they promised and it is so clean and shiny! Beyond happy with Berger s Top Service!

Going into two months of not having our car fixed and back to us. We were in an accident October 23rd. I can understand being out for two weeks with COVID. But we got word that that parts for out car are in and yet, it still sits in your lot. Our insurance has paid you and nothing has been done to our car. Yes, I also know that there is a lot to be caught up on due to circumstances of being sat out for those two weeks. We miss our car and we miss taking our toddler out of town, when we get a chance to spend time as a family.

I see why they call this shop, "TOPS", because that is the service you get. We brought in a car with a small door ding. The door was fixed and paint matched perfectly ( tough to do on a car that is 15 yrs. old !) .Not finished yet, they washed the car, polished and treated the wheels and even treated the dash and upholstery. I highly recommend this friendly, helpful and quality shop.

They did a fantastic job on my "baby". You can't even tell that someone had backed into the side of my van. Everyone is really friendly there also. I would highly recommend them if you need body work.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They did not have an opening within a reasonable time but went out of their way to fit me in when they had space. My car now looks like new and wish to thank them for their fast and friendly service.

Took my truck in two weeks ago for an estimate to replace the tailgate. Called three times. Obviously this shop is too busy to give me an estimate to replace the tailgate and bumper. Could it be because not an insurance claim.so no soaking the insurance company? Done with them.

My wife was driving sleepy back in 2014 and rear-ended another vehicle in our very low-mile 2003 Honda civic. These guys worked with our progressive insurance at the time, and fixed the car back to what looked to be factory condition. We didn't end up keeping the car much longer after that, but I still see it driving around and it is the nicest-looking Honda of that year-range around here thanks to these guys. Will be repainting a couple panels on our 2014 Subaru Impreza soon (thanks again to my wife), and I plan to use these guys. The only slightly negative side, is that this shop is quite expensive compared to others. However, I feel in this case, you DO get what you pay for, and end up with a factory-fresh paint job/repair!

Went in for an estimate. The guy was rude right from the beginning. I explained I couldn't make it in the parking lot because the curb was to high. He then said that's because Japanese cars are Crap. I told him I have a German car and then he said German cars are Crap too. He then preceded to give me attitude. I asked if there was a problem and he said "no, no problem but aren't you in here before getting an estimate on the same car?" I said "yes it was for a full paint job out of my pocket, not for an insurance claim." he kind of mumbled something under his breath. That's when I got irritated and then he spouted out "if you have a problem, I don't have to do this estimate!" wow great customer service. I told him "I don't need his attitude or his estimate and I'll be giving them 1 star!" I wish I could give zero stars. Not only are they backed up for 2 months but they have a guy working there that's completely inconsiderate and acts like he hates his job. Why work there If you're just going to belittle people's vehicles and throw attitude...

I have a rare Isuzu GMT-325. My hood was destroyed in an accident. Berger's searched extensively for a hood. They found one thet was is pretty poor condition. They spent the time to rebuild the hood until it looked like new. Then matched the 19 year old paint exactly. I was so impressed I was truly taken aback. The staff was considerate and extremely helpful. Ron himself drove me with his personal vehicle out to my house in the country to make sure I could get home.

Scam, Con artist's at work. Something doesn't feel right at this shop. Adjuster was a nightmare an joined forces with these clowns. Don't allow them to send your vehicle to FarWest tires. They'll take your property, over charge you an cause problems. Not to mention drive your car around when it should be up on the rack being fixed. Disrespectful and a problem from the start. Save yourself a headache

This has been the worst customer service I've had with a business. They haven't contacted me once about the status of my truck even being over a week over there predicated finish date. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Ron was wonderful took the time to explain all that needed to be done called w updates to kn when vehicle would be done great job great customer service very reasonable their estimate was 1k less than the other 2shops I went to felt like I was part of the family great people
