Here is what I got with the deluxe car wash. Do we have to pay for the $$$ version to get the bugs off? Not so sure about the new setup. At least the sides of the car were cleaned.

Not one price tag in the store so your total at the counter is a surprise. The employees informed me that it's because prices change too much and they are too lazy to change them.

Was verbally assaulted by gas attendant after trying to pump my own gas. She was nowhere to be seen and several cars were waiting to be helped. I got out of my car to start pumping gas and a very rude employee came around my car and very rudely told me that it s Oregon and you can t pump your own gas. To which I responded that I apologized and thought that since the law had passed in Oregon, we could pump our own gas to which she responded that the owner has until august to sign the documentation. I was not trying to be rude or make her day horrible but the way she handled that situation was very unprofessional and I will not be returning to that gas station.

Carwash is OPEN!!!! My car was absolutely filthy and the NEW wash happened to just open and OMG It really made my car look brand new. Amazing! I will be coming here for my car wash for now on! Thanks Again Bayshore car wash!

Terrible customer service. I won't be going back here for anything. So distracted by a guy in front of store she messed up on pumping my propane and i had to pay for more than what I actually got in my tanks. Had an attitude the entire time and laughed at me when i tried talking to her about the propane like i didnt know what i was talking about but i pump propane all the time at my current job.I don't know why they have only 1 person working there running everything. Leaves the store wide open to any theft.

I am not use to having to air up my tires regularly, and not only that I am using Google pay nowadays and didn't have cash on me. The attendant was very nice to make sure my tires got aired up. I am thankful because as busy as he was I would not have expected to be helped. Thank you!

Only open station for fuel at 0530 am. Pulled in, waited..... front doors were open wide, open sign on... honked after 2 minutes waiting. Nothing. Went into the store... walked around, no one was inside. Went back out to my car, waited a total of 10 minutes for someone to show themselves.... i suppose i could have pumped my own (illegal here to do) or even taken what i wanted from the store... instead, I drove to work so i wouldn't be late and opted for a different station on my way back home. Coasted in with 4 miles left in the tank according to the car. I won't try bayshore again and I'll fill up the night before from now on.

Good service and staff. Right next to highway 101 North. Lots of convenient items inside the store for any of your needs.Great for propane filling (RV) before heading out of town or BBQ tanks. Car wash is good too.

Snotty read head young lady should be fired. They have an employee attitude problem on the boss' day off. I've had numerous issues getting propane when he's not there. Going to have a chat with the manager.

Price on sign does not match sign price - manager said they don t have enough room on the sign to put both prices (cash & credit) - no refunds once you ve paid. Unprofessional and poor service. They insist they pump & cite state law; however, surrounding stations make pumping fuel on your own optional. The pump attendant walked away after he starting pumping & never returned. What s up Chevron.

I've had to back down two stars and here's why, because I went to use the Chevron app there today but my phone service was down I asked to use wifi to complete a purchase on the app and was told I didn't need it. ..the outside guy at the pumps is the smartest one there apparently. It's like managers and certain people of authority think they are protecting something but in fact are costing themselves business.

Honestly the car wash I got was the wrost one ever. First off my card was charged for the wrong price so I paid cash to receive the correct one (I use that word loosely). When they brush down my car they left dirt and dust all over it, he gave me the wrong car wash so instead of the 13 dollar one I got the 9 dollar one. Which is pretty much a rinse. I get home to find mud, dirt, dust, pine needles all over my truck. I m royally disappointed in the costumer service i went inside to figure out if I can get a new one since they gave me the wrong one I was told to go talk to the manager and he said he pressed the right button and I had received the correct car wash. Well sir my vehicle is filthy and there is no way it is that dirty just for driving three minutes to my house. So I will never be going back and will now be going to the one by Fred Meyer.

One of a few gas stations in the area open all night. Being an early riser I appreciate this so much. Nice people here. Happy repeat customer.

Have taken my car to thier car wash 4 times and 4 times have gotten a crappy job. Took the car back two of the four times to have it redone. Had to arguing with them to get my money back. They told me to get rims clean that's a detail job not just a car wash. It took my husband going down there tobget my money back. Customer service an F. Employees doing their job right an F!! I would not advise going there to anyone.

We stopped at the Chevron at 10:30 p.m. add a 24-hour gas station to use their automated car wash. The attendant on duty stated that the car wash I've been closedvsince 8 p.m. and suggested that we go to a competitor's car Wash several miles away. it is very unusual from my point of view to send people to your competition when you have a full facility sitting there not being used.

Real diesel. Just went down to two stars from three. Got the most expensive car wash, tipped the guy two bucks and my wheels look like a two year old did them. Pictures to follow. 5/4/22 1.30 pm. 1 dude with a beard, never seen him before never had this problem before.

Attendant had a lot of trouble using my card at the pump. Not as efficient as they usually are.

Pump attendants were standing around while I sat at the pump. Then 2 other cars pull in and they slowly work there way over to them even thou I've been sitting at a pump waiting. Will not stop there ever again...

Stopped here at 9 pm had the car filled up. Attendant refused to open the restrooms. Told me manager took the keys. Nothing else open in Coos bay Restrooms are a basic human right.

Terrible service. One kid to work the pumps and car wash at 5pm. Owner wants to save money by having one person working. Lost my business totally now. Place sucks.

The dark haired guy ringing me up was very racist towards the Mexican work crew I oversee. They lost me as a customer.
