I don't do the rating thing often but I felt a need to warn other RVers. The valve on our tolet broke. I called Alpha and they sent a man out that same morning. That part was good, it went down hill from there. He told me we needed a new tolet and I agreed. It was old and we had problems before. He had problems as it had to be converted from a 4bolt to a 2bolt tolet. He got it put in and I paid him. The cost was high but you expect that when they do a service call. We moved up the coast the next day and that was when the tolet started backing up and there was water on the floor. When I looked down the drain I was able to see that he had not lined up the tolet drain with the drain thru the floor so it was half blocked. The guy simply had not known what he was doing. Be very careful if you use these people.

We had a water leak in our motor home bathroom. This required a new faucet. The fellow did some searching to find that correct faucet & replaced it. He did travel some to find a replacement. However we no longer have a drain stopper as it was cut to replace the new faucet & we were not told that this was done. Then we were charged $569.00. I was expecting at least $300 but was quite shocked when we received the bill. He did a good job in replacing the faucet, & it only took him a few minutes to do so. I feel the fellow is probably very good at what he does but he is very expensive.

We have used Indy 3 different times, twice for water line repairs because of rats chewing lines. today he came to work on a sticky toilet valve. He has been polite and very knowledgeable about all he does. We really appreciate his services and recommendations him 100% Marjorie Carlson

Over priced , doesn t know what he s doing
