They inspected, rotated tires, and changed fluids on my Hyundai Elantra. Afterward, my alignment is off. Car wobbles when I get to 75 mph. This was not the case before their work. I tried calling to discuss this, but their phone is off with no voice-mail, at 10am on a Wednesday. I'm thinking it's either Drew's or Tom's I want to go to for my alignment.

Brian goes above and beyond for every customer. He does not do work that does not need to be done. If you need tires, he can get you a better deal the Les Schwab's. Highly Recommended.

Brian always gives it to me straight up :)) and I love his friendly yet honest mechanic attitude. It's a rare thing these days!Been taking my older Tacoma to him and his wife at their shop for a couple of years now -- and even after moving out of town, I wouldn't take it any place else!Going back tomorrow, in fact, for a checkup and a diagnostic -- I know I'll be in good hands! I have gone to A&B Import Experts several times now. I love them so much I've never bothered shopping around for another store. They are flexible, reasonable, well-priced, and genuinely good people with big hearts. They have been amazing professionals and I am sad I will be leaving the city because if I could pack A&B's up -- I would take them with me!If you are lucky enough to live in this area I would take advantage of this resource. Stop reading and call them to make an appointment. They DO prefer imports but they will work on other vehicles if they have the time.I don't often give glowing reviews of a business but I went out of my way to make sure I said something... because they are just that amazing. I've taken various cars in to shops some 150 times in my life, and my own Dad was a mechanic who owned a business. I feel qualified to say these peeps are some of the best out there.Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

A & B Import Experts are not only excellent mechanics, their customer service is fantastic and accommodating. They have worked on several of our families vehicles and fixed a variety of issues very efficiently. Over the years they have proven time and time again we can rely on them to get the job done whether it's maintenance or repairs at reasonable honest rates.If only we could rate them more than 5 stars we would give them a perfect 10! Brian is the best!! He is more than willing to help me with my dilemma!! Has taken the stress off me and even though I have to wait til after the holidays (not a problem with my issue for now ) I can't wait for him & his team to fix my car cuz I believe in them!! Will update when all is said & done!!

Needed a heater core on my Mazda. Scott was super professional, called me a couple times before the quote to learn more about the car, and provided a fair quote. Service was quick, friendly, and my car is warm again!!! Cost was appropriate, shop was clean, they provided additional information to me about my vehicle and the labor is good for 2 years. Totally recommend... 10/10.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Within 2 hours of dropping my car off I received a call to let me know exactly what was wrong, what the repair would cost and a time frame. They had my car back to me completely fixed in less then 2 days & the cost was half of what any other shop was charging for labor. I recommend this shop to anyone!!

A&B Import Experts went above and beyond any mechanic shop that I've ever been to. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed for my car and always kept me informed every step of the way. The service was fast, friendly and precise. I highly recommend anybody with import car troubles to bring your vehicle to A&B Import Experts.

Every time I have ever had an issue I could not handle I have worked with Brian, Mark, and Jodi. They have not once ever let me down, and I will continue to work with them well into the future. They have the aptitude and ability to work on a wide range of vehicles, my best advice if you have questions on what they can do before going in: give them a call, it will definitely be worth it!

I've never met a mechanic as attentive to my cars upkeep and maintenance. This shop is amazing. They installed a custom roof rack and siderails i ordered for my jeep that no one else in town was willing to do and they did it so quickly even when i was just a walk in. Customer service was wonderful. Perfect service, i will go back!

A woman that I know broke down at Empire lakes at least a month ago . Her Mechanic from A&B import Experts came over and drove to shop even when belts where coming off.
