Had a dent on the car and needed some polishing. Bill was very patient and kind, guiding us through the entire process. He was honest about the job and the price, provided different options, and was clearly very knowledgeable. Dropped off the car and received it fixed and polished in three days. Professional, great communicator, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Very good business experience with Bill at VR autobody shop. Had my rear bumper damage repaired and painted, which turned out to be a fantastic job. The other body shop I called wanted me to wait one month before I could have an appointment to get an estimate for my vehicle repair. Bill told me I can come get an estimate at his shop the same day I called. Plus he repaired and painted my vehicle in 2 days. At a very reasonable price.RickService: Painting
