Outstanding service Vary reasonable does not take advantage of customers in pricing labor or partsVery honest service. Which you very seldom see anymore. They actually care about you as a customer for honest and affordable repair and service. I would trust these folks with my daughter's and granddaughters' cars and truck repair or service, very knowledgeable and dependable. They respect service veterans and first responders. I would highly recommend Town Center Automotive service and repair. Skip and Carol 99 f250 super duty.100% Disabled USMC Veteran .

Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and well priced for the work . I would recommend them to everyone. They stand by their work and word. They even recommended different less expensive options (with other businesses)in my best interests to save me money. I trust them.

Ken and Patty are amazing!! I'm sure the rest of the staff is amazing as well. If you are looking for an honest mechanic look no further I took my Saturn VEU in and they honestly told me it's probably not worth fixing the problem I had getting in through Oregon DEQ. I paid $900 for the car and the repair was a little over $2,000 and they honestly told me it's only a 50/50 it will fix the problem. HONEST AND RELIABLE

Very honest, veteran owned company. They do full transmission rebuilds, does a lot of diesel engines, and did an amazing job taking car of my vehicle. They have a good customer service management system with text updates and a person answered the phone when I called to get an update.

I brought in an older heavy duty wood chipper and the 4 cylinder Cummins deisel engine had to be replaced. They kept me posted on the progress and let me know if other items needed replacing. And someone always answered the phone. I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Town Center Automotive

Call in advance, be clear with your needs and don't be shy. This place was recommended by my husband, and i am glad it was recommended. Friendly staff, they do go above and beyond.

My Audi alternator and battery went out over the weekend and Ken at Town Automotive was able to get me in Monday! Not only that but my car completely died before I even got to the shop so they came and jumped me. The entire staff was super friendly and kept me in the loop the entire time. I didn t have to call them once. Definitely will be returned, highly recommend!

My girl took her car there. Promised that it would be done that day, a Monday. Then she was called saying they ordered the wrong part and would not be completed until Thursday. We took the car and brought it back. Ken said that we needed an oil change. The oil was changed 2 weeks ago. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stereotypical auto repair shop. Made promises they couldn't keep and tried to take advantage of her. Didn't even check any other fluids. I don't get my car worked on often, but my first experience here was pleasant. They were efficient and informative. They also gave my car a bit of a spot vacuum for me before I left (b/c who cleans their car in OR). I appreciate all the small details and the fact it's affordable and supports the local economy. Thanks for a great break job!

We were in a jam when the transmission died in Clackamas while pulling our camper 3 hours from home. They were so helpful and replaced our transmission quickly. We were back on the road in just a few days. The Suburban runs great! I highly recommend Town Center Automotive.

I came in during a full on panic while out of town on a work trip after my new car had a light come on indicating something wrong with my transmission. The employees here calmed me down and helped me figure out my next steps, they made a stressful ordeal monumentally easier and even let me keep my leftovers in their fridge until a tow truck arrived to take me and my car back home. Not only did they give me valuable advice but they made sure I made the right options for me even though that meant my money went elsewhere.

Ran into some transmission issues on my truck, middle of winter and I had zero interest in crawling around to fix my transmission on my driveway. Ran it into Town Center Automotive and had a good chat with the guys, they got the transmission issues squared away and fixed perfectly fine! 5 stars across the board, they called me up with any issues or suggestions and its driving just fine now. Such amazing service and work. We called Friday and they were able to get us in first thing Monday morning. They have a text system to keep you in the loop about vehicle, they provide all the details of the diagnostics that were run on the vehicle with estimates of the cost for all things listed. They were able to fix our car the same day and prices were reasonable.

I went in after having gone to Nissan multiple times and spending close to $200 for diagnostics to always come back and tell me " we can't find the problem. " my car has intermittently started and refused to start many times. Jiffy lube for crying out loud was able to see my brake light switch was out so my car wasn't reading that I was pressing the brake to start the car... well Clackamas Town Center Automotive got my car did a diagnostic test granted my car Piglet didn't give them the reading the first time off for a faulty starter, so they replaced my battery as it wouldn't hold a charge. They give me my car back and I'm ready to go, but my poor little car was like I'm not going no where. Well they rolled my car back with literally the kindest people I've ever dealt with, and guess what my car read the starer was bad. They didn't get the read the first time as there are 3 areas that the starter could have gone out , so they rocked my car back and forth until the read came up for them and replaced my starter. Now I wasn't expecting them to fix that starter until Monday as I knew I couldn't pay that day as payday is Saturday. Now they aren't open on staurday or id be there. But you better believe on Monday when I get my car back that I will keep going back for all my car needs .Now I didn't know how to tell my mom to get to me so I asked how to get to the mall from where they are as she will pick me up there. Do you know that out the goodness Ms. Patties heart she took me to the mall so I could get picked up safely. Now they didn't have to do that at all. But let me tell you everyone there has a heart of gold that includes the mechanics . Bless there hearts they are an amazing company and I recommend you use them if you have car issues. These guys are terrific! To a person, they gave solid advice and customer service. They really took care of our car, fixing other shop's mistakes. They were knowledgeable and confident in their ability to fix our vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough! As a busy Physician and small business owner with only one car, I don't have time for my car to be in the shop. I think the folks at Town Center Automotive appreciate that because they are great at getting me quickly and working with my schedule for drop-off and pick-ups. I recently had my car in the shop for brakes and they did a great job in getting my car turned around quickly. They explained everything and sent pictures of items on the car that needed attention which always helps build trust. My thanks to them for their great service!

I was in a bit of a jam with my car, and the dealer was of no help. My dad had a great experience at Town Center Automotive so I gave them a call. Not only were the employees very helpful, they got all the details needed so they could give me an accurate estimate. They ended up ordering the part and got it in same day, took care of my vehicle and I able to get it the very next morning. They took the time to help us out, explain what needed to be done, did it in a timely fashion and saved us a ton of money. Took my car here as it is a repair pal certified shop for CarMax cars.When I asked about submitting a claim the front desk told me that a MAF was not covered, and they did not submit a claim as they are supposed to, per Maxcare admins words.Now they are trying to mess with my reimbursement, not trying to make me pay a deductible $50 higher than I should, along with reimbursing me less than what is owed. I called a Maxcare admin and had this properly sorted.Worst shop I've been to. Sneaky, greedy people.

These guys are amazing! I ve been taking my truck to Valvoline (was Oil Can Henry s) for oil changes... which was fine, but Town Center Was cheaper, and since i was there i asked for a full inspection (at about 80k miles so i want to know if anything needs to be done).I not only got a digital report sent to me, the owner also walked me through what should be done now... what could be done now, but could also wait... and what really isn t necessary. I really appreciated the direction and honesty. I ll be back for sure!!

An AMAZING experience with the team at Town Center Automotive. I have found the unicorn of repair shops. Operated by people who care about doing the very best job every time. This review could have been 10 stars, I am that impressed. David and Fabian were my technicians. My interaction was professional and attentive. I am a dad of 5 daughters and feel more than conformable to send my family and friends here for any size of job. I have owned cars for more than 35 years now. Finally a company with BG Services allows me to have the the preventive maintenance on all my cars and trucks with a lifetime warranty. This is unbelievable!! Thank you so much Andrea,Michael and the entire team @ town center automotive. You did EXACTLY what you said you would, fixing the engine oil filter housing on my mini cooper s, putting new tires and the alignment done. You called when you said you would, you fixed everything you said you would and didn't try to sell me on other things. Very friendly, professional and prompt. You took great care of me and my car, answered all my questions and answered every phone call with respect, courtesy and professionalism. Thank you all again and I will be definitely using you guys again and recommending you to friends and family. Best part is they are military veterans and take pride in their wrk.
