I worked with Grant and he was great - friendly and informative. Very responsive over email to get a quote and they were able to get both mine and my wife's car the next day. Both times our cars went in, it took less than an hour and gave care instructions for the next couple of days afterward.

I got my brand new car tinted at The Tint Shop and when I got home, I noticed a scratch near my passenger side window. I didn t want to overreact or place blame without being certain that it was caused during the tinting service. I now know that it was due their carelessness of slamming my passenger door shut while the window was up at 100% (required for tinting) that caused the scratch on my car. I am extremely disappointed that I trusted this business with my car.Service: Privacy window films

Awesome tint job. Andrew did a great job explaining the advantages of using a ceramic film. There are all kinds of cool truck accessories to check out while waiting. Will be bringing in more of our trucks shortly

What great customer service and quality work! I had my car tinted here and it was done perfectly, efficiently, with very friendly staff. Andy did the work and he really cares about his customers! He is a dedicated worked that takes pride in the quality of his work. That is hard to find these days and it s refreshing to see such great customer service. I have loved the tint on my car! Highly recommend Andy and the Tint Shop!

Doesn't return voicemails for appointment requests. Moving on.Edit to respond to owner: Then pay your employees more if you want to retain them. If you were really "working tirelessly" to correct that, you'd have figured that out by now. Stop overpaying yourself and raise your employee's pay, then maybe you can return phone calls.

Andy has tinted three of my cars now and has always delivered a perfect film. He takes pride in his work and it shows. A great film can drastically change the appearance of your car, and make the interior a much more enjoyable ride, and that's what Andy delivers over and over again. Had no problems making an appointment with him, and was very professional the entire time, and my car was cleaner than when i gave him the keys.10/10

Service was fast and super friendly. My car is a little older and difficult to tint because of build up on the windows, but they did a beautiful job! I got the ceramic film and love the heat rejection - totally worth it!

I've had work done at other shops in the past but nobody does work quite like Andy @ The Tint Shop!I've had my last 6 cars done by him and he's always professional and does an amazing job and stands behind his workHighly recommended!

Andy did a perfect job on my 2008 Chrysler 300. I was extremely impressed. The staff were very kind and they got the job done in no time. Get your windows done here.

The staff has outstanding knowledge on the tint types and the WA and OR related laws. That is very helpful in making an informed decision.The work was done professionally, on time, and at the price promised. What more could you ask for in a shop?I'm a first time customer and now a customer for life! Bottom line: They 'get' it.

Great job. We had all of our windows done on a brand new 2015 vehicle about 6 months ago. Still looks great! This is where we will go with anymore new cars!
