I drove from Hillsboro to this location to pick up a critical part I had called to order the day before.I was assured multiple times that the part would be ready within a few hours the same day, plenty of time!You guessed it, after my hour drive to the store it, wasn t there. They told me it would be later that afternoon before it would arrive. (Like I m going to wait 8 hours for the part, or drive the 2-hour round trip to get it later??)I understand that mistakes happen, we re all human.But it was the complete lack of any sort of empathy from John that was the most maddening. He could absolutely care less about the predicament this foul-up put me in. The mistake wasn t his fault, but being the person tasked with helping me, it would ve gone a long ways to offer a shred of compassion. No sorry, no let s see if we can find another solution, no dang that sucks you ve wasted 2 hours of driving and could ve made other plans to fix my important car part problem, nothing.This is why people order their parts online more frequently, because people s compassion and caring about their fellow human is waning.

Been coming to this store over the last several years and EVERY TIME they either don t have the ADA accessible checkout counter open, or they have to move a bunch of stuff on display to be able to access the lower counter. I ve finally decided that I won t be coming back to this store since wheelchair access it NOT a priority for them. The staff is super friendly and helpful- but ACTIONS speak louder than words.

I was working on a unique car and needed a small and specific standalone fuel system. Mark helped me find the right pump and had suggestions on how to construct full length fuel lines. Everything fit great and was exactly what I needed. Thanks Mark and Napa.

It's close to my workplace. Always well-stocked and with friendly service. I shopped there several times and plan to do it in the future.

The guy at the counter is very helpful he sold me some stuff to clean my car although it seems like they're always busy and on the phones there because they are if you find somebody that's not on the phone they're generally pretty helpful and they'll help you find what you need this NAPA Auto Parts store is definitely on my list of stores to visit again

I'm so glad that this is my local automotive store. First off, parking is always easy. The workers here always go above and beyond to help us. Always got great service and advice. The store has always had what I came in for. 5 stars!

I was completely baffled at the lack of customer service. No one seemed to be in any rush to help anyone. I went in to buy 2 qts of oil. I stood in line for 12 minutes. The only reason I stood there for that long was because I really needed the oil for a work vehicle. No one acknowledge any customers on the store. There were 5 employees that I could see. Only 2 were helping customers. I understand that there are certain duties for certain employees. It would be helpful if that was mentioned. Maybe one if them could have said " We'll be with you in a moment" or " thank you for being so patient". Just an idea.

The customer service here is amazing! We were helped by a rep named Mike. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me (I know little to nothing about cars). He did everything he could to ensure we left satisfied and happy with our service! Next time you are in need of anything I recommend this Napa and ask for Mike!

Screwed over the customer. Bought battery for daughters suv. 179.99 on receipt. Added 18 core. Then minus. Still 179.99. O! Should be 18 dollars less. It's on receipt. Anyways thanks but no thanks. Must of been the my dad worked at Exide for 30 years batteries for 50. Me about 7-10 myself. Battery exchange. I just wanted her to hear it from someone else. As in the Napa guy about battery. Why 3 stars.

put me on hold for 5 minutes when I called. I was calling to ask them if they do battery testing for free that was the only question I had. So I called back and try to get an answer before he could put me on hold for another 5 minutes and just proceeded to ignore me and put me back on hold how hard is it to say yes or no and then hang up the phone completely ridiculous customer service from the guy working the phone

The customer service at this store is second to none. Not only do they consistently have what is needed, but the knowledgeable and friendly staff go to great lengths to make sure you have the right part for the job. Clearly the very best one could ask for! Thank you so much for all you do.

So I walk in and no one greets me, or says anything walk around still nothing. Then I walk up to the register where a guy is flipping through a magazine. I say excuse can someone help me find something? And the guy goes "I am busy." I was just about to walk out when another guy Kevin who had been standing there the whole time asked me. Not very good customer service, you should at least greet your customers when they walk in your store instead of just ignoring them. Then when they ask for help tell them your busy. Wont be coming back again.

Newly remodeled, fresh look. You need anything for your vehicles,small engines,large trucks,and some equipment, they normally carry it. If not, they can get it for you the next day. Great service. Fare prices. You can even pick the level of quality. Been going to this location for several years.Always get treated with good or great respectful, helpful, and experienced customer service from the employees.

Sad customer service was in line twice. 2 registers open. Not even a hello, or can I help or nothing. Kind disappointed if I was the owner...Auto Zone here I come.

Not a huge place but a pretty good selection of stuff for the size. There are a few grumpy workers but also 2 really friendly and smart/ helpful employees also. They also carry a TRUE full synthetic motor oil which is pretty rare. They have some decent tools with pretty decent prices and have always been able to order anything I've needed and they usually have it either same day or next day. It's a pretty good parts store it's just not very big is the only reason for 4 stars.

Went in there a few weeks ago cause my spark plugs and battery died after my hour commute to Clackamas talked with quite a few of the employees, and they were super helpful, but I dealt with Damien the most and he was amazing! Owner /manager should be proud that guy is awesome and super helpful and knows this stuff!!! Thank you all so much!

Outstanding service! I go to this location a lot and bring them whatever my boss throws at me, half of the time I don't even know what it is and they are still able to find what ever I need with what little information I have on the item. I also have a car that they don't normally carry parts for and they still manage to get me what I need. Really knowledgeable group of people and I highly recommend them over anyone else I've ever dealt with in the past.

Cannot get any better! Napa's prices are very good if you get items on sale, they have a HUGE selection of special-order tools, and their customer service is unbeatable. I recently purchased some new wiper blades, and the driver's side blade didn't wipe away the water from the passenger side wiper. I exchanged it the same day, and the replacement had the same issue. Upon returning the second blade, the employee taking care of me grabbed another blade (different brand) from the shelf, opened it, handed it to me, and asked me to go try that one on my car. She said it was a bit more expensive, but I told her I'd be happy to pay the difference so long as it worked. It worked perfectly, and the same employee discounted it to about half of its regular price so I wouldn't have to pay any extra. She also apologized for me having to come back twice in the same day. This level of customer service is almost unheard of in this day and age.

I like this place they were really good to me my part I didn't need it they refunded my money with no problem they prefer you have a receipt to make it easier but if you don't have a receipt they might be able to look it up and refund your money but they were very good about it I recommend Napa in Clackamas 82nd drive very friendly and the store look nice

Today I needed assistance with my headlights and Kevin went above and beyond for me. I dropped the cover for my headlights in the bottom of my engine area! 2 covers mind you, which meant a 5min assistance situation turned into 20mins. I was able leave safely and for that I am really grateful for Kevins help!

Can't complain about this store since I live close by and wouldn't need to anyway . It's a good store. They observe Covid safety measures like a lot of stores and offer wide range of parts and tools. I like that they are online also.

Very knowledgeable (everyone I talked to was ASE certified) and handled my returns from another Napa without any issues. They have a big inventory so there's a ton of things in stock. Not the most convenient location but not too far out of the way either. They have a good sized parking lot for an auto parts store.

After working a short stint in retail and being in a long term career that requires constant interaction with customers, I understand that dealing with the public can be challenging and from time to time you lose your filter and let out a comment you wish you could retract. However every interaction with Robert is a smart-ass, sarcastic response. Not just one interaction, each interaction.Every other associate behind the counter is fantastic, even after dealing with customers complaining about prices on the clearance table and asking for discounts if they buy 5 of something. They always seem to bounce back after being ridiculed about having to look something up.I digress. Your store invintory is great, most associates are fantastic and it's the quality parts NAPA has that keeps me going back, but someone needs to talk to that guy about his people skills.
