Friendly, helpful staff. It was a last minute issue so we didn't have an appointment. We were one of the first people there in the morning. We only had to wait about an hour to get all 4 tires replaced.

Exceptional service! These folks have been doing the right thing for decades. Tires are expensive, but I can count on the continued service quality at any Les Schwab, so I make sure to remember that when I need to purchase new tires. Today was free for me. They fixed my flat fast, even though I was a walk-in and they were booked out, and there was no sales pitch. Thank you Les Schwab for the incredible service and dependable care.

Had them mount and balance the tires on my truck immediately afterwards the caps started to rattle making noise. I traced the noise to the caps that seemed to be loose so I tried to tighten them only to find that the threads in the screws holding them on somehow got stripped on all 4 rims. They weren't stripped before the tires were mounted and balanced. I had to take them completely off, Les Schwab wouldn't do anything about it. So Yesterday I went back because I somehow had gotten a screw in one of the tires and asked them to put a plug in it because it had a slow leak. I waited over an hour for them to do a 3 minute job and assumed their customer service would cover it ( They use to fix the tires they put on at NO CHARGE ) I was shocked when they asked me to pay a $20 charge afterwards. I paid it and left because I had no option had I known that I would've went to another tire store. So my review for them is HIGH PRICED<SHODDY WORKMANSHIP< LONG WAIT TIME AND DISREPECTFUL TO BOTH NEW AND RETURNING CUSTOMERS. Was way better before Les Schwab's sold to another company. I will not recommend them to anyone anymore!!!!!

Got a quote for a lift on my vehicle. They added 30% above MSRP so I ordered the parts myself directly from the manufacturers. Saving well over $1,000 on parts alone. To find out they won t install because I purchased. I m sure there s a logical reason (likely liability and/or profit) that they don t install customer sourced products. Didn t even care to know what I had or where it was purchased. The guy was so rude and looked so annoyed that I would even ask. I had brakes and a few other things I was going to have done as well. Taking my business somewhere else that knows what customer service is. Les would be disappointed to know what his business has turned into. Good riddance for life Les Schwab.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. I have been coming here for years with our business vehicles as well as personal and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am 100% dialed in. Brandon has helped me multiple times on my custom wheels and getting the correct tires and am completely sold on Les Schwabs on McLoughlin. Between the staff, selection of wheels, tires and accessories they are the best around.Lifetime customer 100%

Spencer was a huge help. 1st time driving I84 east across the mountains & needed chains. Spencer recommended what we needed and showed us how to put them on. Wish they called Dead Man s Pass something different, but having the chains & knowing how to use them gave us confidence. Thanks Les Schwab

I refuse to go to Les Schwab because the one time I took my car there the after-work summary sheet contained a number of false statements, like that they had informed me that my rim was bent in a way that could be hazardous and that I told them I was going to keep driving on it (100% untrue, they never mentioned the rim).My partner was using my car and got a flat and had it taken to this Les Schwab. He end up paying far more than my local Midas has offered to sell me [better] tires. They screwed up the tire pressure sensor somehow, then told him that they could fix it FOR A FEE, then never fixed it. So now the pressure sensor light keeps coming on at random. We're going to have to go to our actual mechanic and get the sensor fixed, for a fee, for no reason beyond the absolute incompetence and carelessness of Les Schwab.Unless this company invests heavily in a reputation management company to write fake good reviews and hide the bad ones, I will never understand how they get such good reviews. I've had 2/2 terrible, deceptive, abusive experiences with this company. The only more incompetent auto care company is Jiffy Lube, and that is awful company to be in.

I like going to Les Schwab because they greet you as soon as you get out of your vehicle they are very efficient in their work employees are very helpful prices very competitive. There waiting room is always clean as,well as the restrooms. They even have pop corn for your pleasure as you wait for your vehicle. Thank you for the quick service in fixing my flat and getting me back on the road

Let me say that I am a difficult man to deal with. I ask questions and I am somewhat frank while doing so. After getting tires and an alignment I didn't know that my balance was considered high or how the payment stuff worked. I dont really care either, I pay more than required so I dont notice that stuffs. Anyway, they heard my distaste with my previous location and moved me over to their store!!! They broke down how payment stuff works (still dont really care, I pay my bills), and shook my hand before I left. Thanks for making a negative into a positive!!!

They patched my tire for free even though I hadn't bought tires with them. Quality service and people. I will be giving them my business when it's time to buy new tires.

Nothing less than a con artist!Beware!!!! Don t put your car in there hands unless you want to pay additional cost for something they break, actually once they break it they ll tell you I don t know if we could fix it you re more than welcome to take your car somewhere else ,Came for tires replacement at first they quoted me certain price and said it would take 1-2 hours, 2 hours laters and they haven t moved it yet call over and asked what s happening and what is the new time frame they told me another 3 hours, in the end of this three hours they told me the lug nuts cannot be removed because it been stripped( what was a lie and I have a picture that prove it 30 minutes before I dropped the van there)And it would cost additional cost, I had to have my van fixed so I told them just do it, guess what three hours later calling to check status and the answer I m receiving is I don t know if we could help you replacing the tire after they stripped my lug nuts and ask for more money they cannot preform the job,Bad joke can t believe a big name like Les Schwab is operating by scams and upselling customers and the worst part unprofessionally can t complete a job after their own mistakes!!!Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.In the picture perfectly fine lug nuts.

Came in to get bubbled tire replaced under warranty. Explained to them 3 times over the phone and in person that I have no money and can only do it if warranty completely covers it. They all said yes. At the end they still brought me a bill and I had to call people to borrow money to pay for it. Manager was unsympathetic and overall a total douche.

Like everyone else,lack of employees, i had a 1oclock appt ,it didn't start til 130,and put us behind on another appt, oh well...i will return cuz i like les schwab

My wife brought in her Mazda CX-5 one evening in 2020 because the TPMS light was on. Les Schwab determined it was a nail lodged in one of the tires and offered to patch it up for free. Great! Amazing service that you d expect out of Les Schwab. Fast forward a year later and we went to Costco to rotate the vehicles tires and they discovered the patch was done near the side wall of the tire which could lead to a tire blowout at highway speeds. This serves as a reminder to anybody to double check and even triple check when offered a free service from Les Schwab or any other company. Especially when it can have fatal consequences. We have decided as a family that we will not be bringing our vehicles to Les Schwab any further and have opted to either Discount Tire or Costco.

Les Schwab will always be the go to. Even though they have new ownership I still believe all the employees are Fantastic. So knowledgeable and friendly, always just wanting to do right by the customer and you can see that they clearly love their job. It's really awesome to see people working hard and helping others and Loving it. Thanks y'all.

I drive a semi truck and got a flat multiple times around Clackamas area, both of the times I had Junior help me, friendly courteous and hard-working. Really appreciated the repairs.

Horrible customer service. Brought my car for new tires and was charged with an alignment with no communication with me only found out as I was about to pay. Did not even receive a call when my car was ready. Horrible communication among the employees.

Great place for preventative maintenance. Went in for brakes, was told I had safety issues with the front end. After the work was done the mechanic showed me all the old parts, and they were dangerously worn out. I had no idea! They saved me from a possible breakdown or accident. I m grateful for their quality service.

It's always been the best place to go. It's an Oregon founded company and Les set it up that way; money is secondary, take care of the person first and you'll always have repeat customers.

Will be going back. A little out of my way but they make it worth it. They are always busy helping everyone get what they need done. They have gone way out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Every time I have been there it's been great.

After I scheduled a tire change through caradvise the tall dude in charge pretended not to know what caradvise was at all. As soon as I got caradvise on the phone they asked to talk to him he said a few quick "yep"s all of a sudden he remembered caradvise and I saved the money I was hoping, and this how they left the spare

The good folks at this location went above and beyond with a break issue I was having with my car. Ultimately they were unable to resolve my break issue and suggested I take it to the dealership. But, what really surprised me was that they refunded me for a part they had replaced that they thought was the culprit. They did the right thing without being asked, even after they invested hours in troubleshooting. This experience left me impressed with their customer service and earned my trust. This will be my preferred location for any future tires, break, alignment needs for me cars.

I wanted to share that Matt, I believe was a manager of sorts, went above and beyond to assist me today. They were extremely busy and Matt made me feel like I was the most important person and made sure to help me out with a swiftness and a positive attitude. His service and services provided by other members from Les Schwab keep me coming back.Thanks again Matt, you made the start of my day great!

Walked in without an appointment. Not only did they fix the flat I knew about, but also found a second tire with a screw in it. Repaired both, free of charge, since I got my tires from them.

Love this place! Staff is awesome. Bran is the man! Semi truck tires are handled in the back. Go through pilot parking for easy access.

OMGoodness...These guys are the best!! I had called 2 other Les Schwab's that were closer to my tire blowout location (Hwy 205 Southbound between Powel and Foster Rush Hour) These guys weren't the closest but they wanted to get me taken care right away. And they were out within 1/2 hour after I contacted them. Thanks so much Guys!!

Horrible treatment, wish I could be less belligerent in the face of blatant racism. As a Black Man, I DO NOT believe that Les Schwab values my business.Had a flat tire, I roll into LS in sort of a panic. I Was accosted, not greeted. When I asked where's the welcome to LS, the tech retorted "Sorry", my response was don't be sorry, be better! An argument ensued whereas, I chose not to spend the $468.00 that the tire cost at this business. Can't imagine ANY reason for this behavior!
