Brandon was an excellent salesman, he helped me choose the best tires for my Jeep, which this time I wanted 33 inches high, all-terrain proof and beyond.Definitely I will continue with him!

7 hours is a long time to wait after dropping $1920. I carried out another set of tires for my buddy while I was there. Tyler was very helpful. This place is busy, and he still got me in today for a new set of tires, but it turns out inventory was off. This location was one of the smaller and busiest Discount Tire stores I've ever been to. I should have just stuck to the plan to carry out the tires with no extended 10yr certificate warranty and mount and balance them myself. Save myself $200 and my time. I came in at 11 am looking for a set of Cooper tires after calling in when they opened. I ended up with BFGOODRICH All Terrain KO's. It's really a better snow rated Tire. I didn't care after they mounted and installed 3 out of 4 Cooper tires and couldn't find the last tire. I think they were confident they could find the last tire. Just be prepared to wait a long time if they are busy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Let's count to 4 before mounting and balancing and installing tires, guys. Sheesh

Tuesday 03/26/24 5pmDiscount Tires - Clackamas is a legit place. They have a team of dedicated individuals who took care of my brand new 2023 Tesla Model Y that ran over a nail. Unfortunately, it wasn t an issue that could be patched due to the location of the nail. The whole tire needed to be replaced.The continental tires are originally $350+ per tire and I was quoted $250 with a warranty. I trust and highly recommend Discount tires.

Caleb at discount tires is amazing. I got a flat tire 10 min from closing time and was just down the street and able to get it to Discount Tire. He helped me get my tire repaired and was so kind about having to stay late to get it done. Thank you so much Caleb and Discount Tire! You guys are the best!!

Was towed here after blowing out a tire and had a great experience back in December. I m coming back to leave a 5 star review after we got a nail in the replaced tire and they patched it up no problem. All the guys who work there are sweethearts. They obviously do their best to give accurate estimates for expectations for how long things will take, but i was happily surprised both times being there to have my car ready quicker than anticipated. Grateful for y all!

This was probably the best and easiest experience I have ever had buying tires and I have bought something like 20 sets. It was quick and easy to pick a set out and the wait was nothing compared to other shops. I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Really great customer service! Literally the only positive experience I've ever had at an auto service provider. I even had to go back after getting a nail in my new tire and they replaced it same day. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you to Brandon for helping me get air in my tires. I literally rolled up at 6:01pm as I pulled into the parking lot I could see them shutting the garage doors I pulled up to the last one thinking they would either shut that door really quickly or come out and laugh at me when I asked for air in my tires. Brandon did quite the opposite and aired up my tire really quick and didn t even give me an attitude. We all have had that last minute customer come in when we want to go home and it s hard not to show the irritation on your face. He did a great job. I work in the automotive business myself and know we usually only hear about something when it s not right, rarely does someone go out of their way to say thanks these days. He easily could have told me no we closed a minute ago. Thanks again Brandon.

Best customer service experience ever. I had two flat tires, and another tire place I had an appointment at wouldn't help me. I drive for a living so I really need my car in working order. Discount got me in and out within 2 hours without an appointment. I bought new wiper blades here. A few week's after one failed. Went in and the tech helped replace it. I was told if it failed again I could get a refund. I will be using Discount from now on. Thank you guys for awesome customer service.

I purchased tires from this location in November (they failed to properly inflate them). Had to replace a tire due to a nail and went to the Gresham store. I had them check the balance on all 4 tires. It was way off and I've only put 700 miles on the car and had the tires a few months. Reminder to all who've gotten tires here to have another location check out the work.

Bought 4 new tires from them. Those tire fantastic during a brutal storm going over the pass. My only recommendation is to make an appointment don't walk in. They are super busy and if you have an appointment you are in and out very quickly.

Don t let the name fool you. This is the best tire shop and the discount does not apply to the superior service but the savings passed down to the customer. Incredible service and value. Staff is courteous helpful and solution oriented. This is unlike any auto store I ve ever experienced as the crew here love their job and it shows. They are fast and provide the highest quality service. I take all my vehicles here and you should too.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I stopped by and they said they could take my car. Two hours later they said it was fixed from having a nail in it. The very next morning I was heading to work, and my dash came on showing me that my tire was completely flat with only 3 psi. So I had to turn around and go back home, driving on my flat tire and pump it up.I decided to use a different place to repair it and they told me that it wasn t patched correctly.Maybe there needs to be more training?

In and out in an hour. Staff were great and the service provided was excellent. Got new tires mounted, balanced and ready to go in time to be safe. They will have my continuous business.

I accidently came in a day early for my appointment and they managed to squeeze me in and get me taken care of in under an hour! Discount tire has earned my money for life well before this, but they always remind me why I continue to choose them. Dalton was great, and had great service!

Justin did a great job of adjusting on the fly on a very busy afternoon. Had 3:45 appt for 4 new tires. Was a bit late getting the car in but I was driving out of there with new tires before 5:00. Best pricing on Cooper tires as well. I recommend you make an appt online.

Three of the wrong tires were placed on my car at a previous visit to Discount Tire, in addition to the right rear wheel being scuffed from the installation. I brought the car back to get the correct tires placed on my car, and noted to the salesperson that the installer had left a copious amount of lubricant on my wheel. In addition to fixing the mistake, I requested that the installer clean the wheel to fix the mess that was made last time I was here. When I got the car, the lubricant was still on the wheel and it was as dirty as it was when they worked on it last time. Really really poor communication and experience all around with this store.

Stopped there to get new wheels and tires. Best price in the area. I d like to mention that the service personnel was very friendly, Noah, Gabe, Cole, they are the hard working guys there., and many others. The salesman Steven met me and helped me out as soon as I walked in. They deserve a 5 star. Absolutely will return for future service here. Strongly recommend this place!

I got to say realtivley disappointed this visit. Had an appointment Saturday to have a set of new all season tires put on with an appointment. I dropped the car off and told the service agent I was going to a soccer game. When I returned, he said that he tried calling the wrong tire was delivered and it was a 21" instead of a 20". He made the decision to put a winter tire on instead. I explained I wanted an all season, and that's why I ordered the original tire. He had me keep the tire on until they could get the correct tires. Why aren't the tires checked in through an inventory system? Anyway, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday to have it remedied. Instead of putting me in the front of line. I waited an hour despite having an appointment at 9 before they finally rolled my car into the garage. Good customer service would have put my appointment in front and at least would have honored the scheduled appointment time.

I've had many good experiences at Discount Tire. More than once, I've been surprised that the service requested cost less than expected and was completed in schedule. They are obviously working hard to provide good service and it shows. My go-to tire service center!

Stop by this morning with a nail in my tire They went right to work and fixed it for free. Doesn't get much better than that! Will definitely consider them when it's time to purchase a new set of tires.

I call to verify they had the tires in stock before I set my appointment, when I got there they were 1 tire short. They apologized and upgraded me to a better more expensive tire at no extra charge. Saved me over $200. They made things right and I appreciated it. Customer for life.

Stopped to get some air into my tire, told them I m really late to work and need this done fast. They made me wait. After waiting for awhile I got out of my car again to let them know. Some guy came up took the hose out of my hands, threw it on the ground and told me he ll be right there and then proceeded to move some tires right in front of me. I again told them I m really late to work and can t just stand around waiting. He finally came up and put the air in. Never again will I come to this horrible place, they don t care for their customers, and have zero respect! This was my 1st time here and will be my last time I come here!

I had a specific tire in mind and finally had the resources to purchase them. I drove in, they checked me in, and I sat in the truck while the salesman discussed options with me. We then went inside and ordered and paid for them. A few days layer they arrived. I scheduled an appointment and went in on time. It only took about an hour to install all four tires on newly painted wheels I had brought in. They look fantastic and I am grateful to the team at discount tire.

Bottom line: best price, best service.. My sons urged me to buy tires at Discount Tire, specifically, Clackamas. Their service, workmanship, and integrity are unmatched. I'm a lifer.
