I called Mike for help with my BMW X3. I had a large crack in my windshield. He responded quickly. He worked through the issues with my car (smart glass, head up, finding the correct windshield, etc). He communicated well right up through the installations. His price was fair. You can tell he's been doing this awhile and knows what he's doing. Plus he came to my home to do the work, it was so easy and he was fast! I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mike!!

My Honda CRV had a cracked windshield that needed replacing. Clarity had great reviews and now I can see why. Mike came out exactly when he said he would and got to work right away. He obviously takes great care in his work, his 27 years in the biz probably doesn t hurt. In no time at all the work was done and it looked great. He even added parts that had been previously missing. Overall, it was a great experience, good guy, fair price, highly recommend.

Mike was incredible. I called him based on referral from my boss and I am so thankful. He was able to come to my work two days after contacting him to replace my windshield. Mike was super nice, professional, and honest.As a woman, I didnt feel like he was talking down to me or trying to upcharge me, I felt safe around him. His prices were good and ended up being exactly what he quoted me, plus he fixed a small cosmetic seal that had come partially undone. He was done in less than 45 minutes.I highly suggest this wonderful business!

The driver's side window in my work truck was smashed by hooligans when I made the mistake of leaving it parked over night in front of my house in Portland. Mike was amazing, I had my car broken into and it was just such a hassle. I'm glad I called mike, he came out to my house to do the work and he was very professional, he knows what he is doing, he vacuumed all the glass out of my door so it doesn't rattle anymore, he didn't leave any broken glass in my drive way, I was interested so he also let me watch him work. Mike, BIG Thank you for taking care of my front windshield on my 2012 Ford Escape! You did it professionally and quickly and reasonably! I like the way you installed my front windshield it looks great. Super man for Auto Glass! I recommend Mike to anyone who want reliable and fast know to do a fantastic job. Again. Looks like new after you finished the job! i included before picture, I'm still working on the car. Great Service, great communication. I asked them to take a look at an aftermarket removable rear window for my new Ram. Expected to be dismissed out of hand like the three prior shops I called. He listened, checked out the website, shared potential pros and cons. I had to accept that he'd never done one and it could be a waste if fit finish weren't up to requirements but he was willing to give it a go if I was. Everything went great and I love being able to remove my entire back window!!! Remains to be seen if it will hold up over time but that's on me, it was my idea after all. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with Clarity!!

Called them and received a reasonable price, less then other could give. So on next day technician arrived with new glass for my car. Replaced windshield and calibrated camera.

Mike responded to my initial inquiry about replacing a cracked windshield very quickly. He checked for my windshield but found there were none locally available. He then directed me toward a large chain auto glass company because he knew they had a large inventory that only that company could draw from. What a classy thing to do, send me to a competitor because he figured they could get my job done sooner. Great Customer service! He also said he would keep checking for my windshield in case one became available and would let me know. I scheduled with the large chain but the soonest appointment was weeks away. Mike called me 2 days later saying that he found the windshield, and came to my house 2 days after that to do the install! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a superb job installing the glass. He pointed out some minor issues with my window frame and then took care of them for me...at no extra charge above his initial quote. It isn't very often anymore you find someone who offers such great customer service, gets the job done quickly, does great work and does it at a reasonable price! I can't say enough about Mike and his business.. I will be going to him for all my auto glass needs in the future!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Working with Mike was awesome. I had a bad and worsening leak near my rear view mirror and water was streaming into my car. Mike swung by on a Thursday and did a few tests and identified the issue was a bad previous windshield install from another company (a big well known one!). He rapidly scheduled an appointment with me to replace the windshield, got everything ordered, and swapped it at my home on Monday. Great service, very knowledgeable, and felt like money well spent. I called about getting the windshield replaced. He was walking into his providers warehouse for something else. A few questions later he was grabbing a new one for the wife's jeep. Said he'd be ready for install after I talked to my insurance company. A day later he was here at the house on time. Very professional and personable. Got it done quick. The company I work for requires technicians to drive service vehicles. Driver side window on one was shattered one morning and Mike was out there by the end of the day for replacement on site! He discovered a very faint scratch (that we likely wouldn't have noticed) on the replacement and let us know. He was back the next morning to install a different one for us. Best price that I was able to find. He had it done in a hour. Only complaint is there was still chunks of glass on the other side of the vehicle. Not a big deal but it would be nice if you could have gotten all the big chunks out of the truck.
