This was the best possible experience I could have after an accident! The shop was hands-on and communicated every process with multiple week to week updates on the progress of my vehicle. The cream of the crop in customer service and to top it all off the repairs were excellent!

50/50 now for a good repair from this shop. First visit went perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Over $3500 spent this last repair and it honestly looks horrible.This round was a door skin, brand new fender, and a brand new hood. Received the car with three dents in the bottom of the brand new fender. Looks like it was to try to get the door gap decent, but the door skin wasn't done very well so it still didn't line up. Hood-to-fender gap very visibly widens in the middle and the hood sticks up. Door-to-quarter panel gap is mostly ok, but the door sticks out quite a bit at the bottom. When I brought these items to their attention, they offered to hire a paintless dent remover at their cost l, which I took them up on.True, I absolutely could have agreed to drop the car off again, get back into a rental, and be without my car for a long as it took to do it right, but I honestly didn't want the hassle after this repair already took five weeks. Besides, it should have been done right the first time.Rest assured, if anything happens to my car again I will be taking it somewhere else.

I can t say enough great things about the team at Collision, especially Jeff, who helped me from start to finish with amazing and prompt service. We had body work done on our vehicle and not only were they helpful coordinating our rental car with Enterprise, Jeff kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle and had it back to me even quicker than expected. Overall-I am very fortunate to have worked with Jeff and team, and had a great experience from start to finish. A+ service, and the car looked brand new when I got it back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our entire experience with Caliber Collision was excellent. From our initial contact to obtain an estimate through and including the repairs and pickup of our vehicle Caliber was truly a professional and courteous experience for us. My son said the same thing when he walked into the car after picking up the van after it was fixed. "This isn't our car." Not only did they fix the bumper perfectly, they cleaned it up too. Andrew even stayed a few minutes late so that I could rush down and pick up the car just after they closed. The Enterprise place down the street let me drop the rental off at this location and they had picked me up to bring me to get my rental. The process was flawless. I'm a happy customer.

The absolute worst experience and outcome of work I ve ever seen . You would think an auto body shop would fix the side mirror when they ve had your car for upwards of a month, and contracted to fix it from the hit and run..(From November) That when all of the damage is done to the driver side that you would fix the mirror as well. They did not and then were surprised by my call this morning. They ve also dropped some kind of sealant on it in areas without cleaning it up. ( it looks like liquid cement)Yes folks these pictures are after they fixed it.The worst part is their customer service and the fact that they are an Insurance fed body shop and love to use Covid s timing as excuses for doing absolutely awful work. As I was picking up my car and before I realized how awful their work was their employee actually told me I was lucky that they found my parts No sir, I don t consider myself lucky.. good job for doing the job you were asked to do but wait that s not what happened either.. I in no way shape or form consider myself lucky with this experience.

Andrew was amazing!! My Jeep was repaired ahead of schedule and was beautifully repaired and cleaned at pick up. So happy to be back in my own wheels. She feels and looks like a new car!

I came into the Clackamas location for a warranty repair & they were fabulous here. They made sure everything was covered including the rental car, & my car was complete earlier than expected!

Awesome experience! Very friendly and professional. Super nice and honest. Andrew was incredible. Listened to my concerns about my time frame of not having a car. Caliber does excellent body work and has great customer service. I had originally gone in and had work done which was performed perfectly. They provided regular feedback as the job was progressing. Upon return of the vehicle, the body work was great. I was frustrated though at the fact that there were two things wrong with my car that were not an issue when I dropped it off. I originally left a review feeling frustrated but was as honest as I could be. I am leaving a 5-start review here because Mitch really went out of his way to start the process of fixing what went wrong and is doing his best to keep me taken care of and happy.Good folks at the shop, as I witnessed first hand with other customers coming and going while I was waiting for their team to check out my car.In all fairness, the 10-star rating system put forth in the survey should be reconsidered. No one is perfect; I never give 10-start reviews, as a "10" signifies 100% perfection, a virtually impossible task for anyone. I would suggest changing this survey rating system to be more realistic or flexible and allow customers to provide better context and reasoning behind the responses.

I had a great experience with Caliber. I was referred to them by the insurance company that was covering my repairs and I couldn t be happier with the service. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I have four kids and had to bring them with me to drop off the car and everyone was very kind and patient with them. They were also really good about keeping me updated on the repairs and got the car done quicker than expected. I highly recommend them.

Very poor communication. Kept pushing my completion date out had my car for 3 months. Waited to tell me it wouldn't be ready on time hours before it was supposed to be done via text. Have to take car back to them to get the cement stuff all over my back window off and fix the fact that my trunk no longer "pops" open as it did prior to having the backend replaced.

Even though it took three months to get an appointment due to collisions this past winter, once we received an appointment we were impressed. Mitch our support person let us know frequently how the repair was going. The date given for the SUV to be ready was accurate. We were impressed that they sent a Lyft driver to pick up our vehicle. In addition, the vehicle had been cleaned inside and out which was greatly appreciated.

Autumn, Jeff, Carlos, and the rest of the team at Clackamas Caliber, did an amazing job on my 2021 Tundra. I was in a not-at-faut accident and Jeff made the process super easy. He kept clear and regular communication with me and the other party to ensured all business was handled in time for pick up. His customer service was wonderful. Jeff and Carlos worked quick to finish the repair the day after I dropped it off. They had given it a nice wash and vacuum. I was so please with their work. I had my vehicle repaired here following a minor fender bender under an insurance claim. I've since discovered areas of overspray and panel gaps caused by broken bumper cover clips which should have been replaced. Frustrating, but not enough for me to justify my time to remediate.Today, I found that a taillight assembly (typically hidden by the trunk liner) was also broken during my car's time at this shop. Repair order shows this part removed/reinstalled. Why this shop couldn't be bothered to replace this ~$10 part, rather than give me the duct tape treatment, is beyond me.I'll be considering someone else next time I need repairs.

I was very impressed with the customer service when I first dropped off the car. Upon returning to pick it up I was very pleased to see what a great job they had done. Looked like a new car. Also the detail work on the inside was a complete surprise and I really appreciated it. The staff at Caliber Collision were awesome. This place was amazing! Autumn that the front desk made it so easy to get my car in and processed. I was always updated with my vehicles progress within the shop. Even though the location was incredibly busy, I felt like I always had a professional estimator to explain the repairs being done. The quality of the repair done made my vehicle look brand new. Plus, my car was professionally detailed before I picked it up. Seriously, I will be sending everyone I know to Caliber for all of their auto body needs.

Honestly, I m not impressed.I was in an accident in February. The kid who hit me, his insurance was through State Farm which paid for my repair. State Farm works with this company. I looked at the reviews and thought this would be the best option since it is close to my home. Turn around time was great, they had my car fixed early April. Well, now my bumper is falling off in MULTIPLE spots and lifting. I had noticed on a Saturday and called them first thing Monday because they said I had a lifetime warranty . I take my car in the following week to be looked at, by one of the office ladies. She had said some of it is normal even when it was damaged and needing replacement it was not popping off. She said she would reach back out to State Farm to see if they would pay for a new bumper, why wouldn t they fix the work they did when putting on a faulty bumper? I ve called multiple times for three weeks now and unless I call myself I don t get any updates/answers. I would stay away from this company if you have the option. More than likely I will have to find another shop to fix their mistakes. I would stay away from this company if you have the option. I m apparently waiting on a new bumper which I m fearful will never come. Looking at their BBB page I am SHOCKED. Don t make the same mistake I did Service: Body & Trim

Communication seems to be done from whoever is assigned to your case and not an automated system. Mine was Jeff who kept me updated throughout the repair process.The repair was done at a timely manner and definitely worth the wait for the initial appointment.

The folks at Caliber were friendly and very helpful with the entire process. This being my first accident (and total), I was a bit stressed.
