Awful, rude employees. Do not bring your pet here if you re traveling/ passing through/they seem to not like animals, even though they have a pet area. For a travel center and them trying to cater to tourist/ truckers they really don t like them. Don t waste your money here supporting a small town that clearly doesn t appreciate it. driving an extra 20 minutes into Klamath where they re not gonna be rude to you

We live close by and go here frequently, the employees are awesome and friendly, always there with a smile and ready to giggle over random silliness with us. Prices are actually reasonable considering it's chiloquin. small towns are always a little more expensive than cities, they still do their best to keep things comparable.

We stayed at the hotel run by the Native American casino, std motel stuff and the gas station had very reasonable fuel

Great place for a pit stop. Refuel, snacks, and food! Nice employees. They also have showers and a nice break room with free smoking fast WiFi. Large parking lot which looks like they allow overnights. I will be back the next time I pass through this neck if the woods. Big recommend.

This is a great travel center. Gas prices were reasonable and the convenience store had a great selection and excellent prices. The employee that helped me was very friendly and professional. This will be a regular stop for me.

Don t come here if you have pets! Husband got out to walk our dogs and some idiot in a beat up pos white Chevy Silverado license plate 707 EPW came pointing his gun at him saying he couldn t walk them pretty sure he is a worker or maybe a owner doubt it but if so definitely needs to learn to handle situations better if I could give zero stars I would

Indoor and outdoor seating available.Ample parking.ADA friendly.Need something for your vehicle? I got a chance to stop at this travel center while doing a new truck route and I really like this place. Each time I used the showers they were clean, smelled good and they offer plush towels and wash cloths if you need them. Thank you to the lady that cleaned my shower, your work is appreciated. The guys that work behind the counter are friendly and welcoming and that's a big deal when people stop through to get a service or an item they need. It's been awhile since I've been to a place where there's been a certain level of "hospitality" that makes you feel like there are still some normal folks out there. Last but not least, the people that work the kitchen are pretty awesome and they serve some pretty good food. I look forward to getting a chance to visit this travel center again in the future.Dope spot.

9-14-16. Finally used the showers here. Very clean, very nice. And another outstanding veggie Burrito. Thank you.8-17-16, OMG Vege Burrito. Thing is huge and under$4. Really good food here, and grocery items more like a market than a mini mart.Friendly staff.Best deli sandwiches.Really good tacos.Mini mart with Oregon brands. Thank you!Truck parking.Free Wi-Fi.Free Wi-Fi.

We stopped here on our way back from Burning Man with two motorhomes and 8 people. Were able to park at the casino parking lot for the night but we all desperately needed showers. The Travel Center was open and the showers were spotless and had plenty of hot water.In the morning I stopped in for a bag of ice but looking over at the little diner area I was pretty impressed by what I saw so ordered a breakfast sandwich....ate it and even though not hungry I quickly went back and got the breakfast burrito as well. Such a cut above anything I expected and definitely worth a stop even if you don't need gas or a place to sleep!Didn't get to try any lunch items but I will be stopping anytime I'm passing through. Really!Nice people too!

My husband and his service animal were in the travel center and he was having a conversation with a gentleman and two large burly guys came in and got very close to my husband and his dog in a intimidating manner and our dog pushed them away from him he did not bite or do anything aggressive.He was doing what he is trained to do and protect my husband and his best interests.They were not keeping their distance and were instigating a situation.They told my husband him and his service animal were not allowed to use the rest room or be in the business at all for our dogs trained response in protecting his master.I called later to discuss this with the Manager and she s was snotty and rude refused to listen continuously overtalking and kept comparing it to a child like scenario of what if which was her backing of discrimination .All of this is unjust and inappropriate!

This was a neat place. Stopped by to get gas and use the BR. Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the stalls were, how much food selection they had available, and how much souvenirs they sold. They also have a pretty decent amount of automotive supplies. Which are super helpful if you're road tripping and find yourself on a pinch. Good job guys!!!

Super rude. They will forget about you if you need propane. Tell the D bags inside how long I've waited and they laughed. Poor customer service. Even more poor quality of human working the place. They lost a customer for life with the attitude. Think your the only place for propane huh, well I don't mind driving a little further jerks!

This is the last gas station with the cheapest gas before you go further. They have self service and full service gas.The only thing I did not like were the people around there/working. I waited 15 minutes behind a car to finish up for another person to try to cut in front of me. After I honked at him he flipped me off and drove to a different pump. My 70 year old mother said we were waiting and the man cussed at her while the attendant just looked the other way..

Rock hard, discolored and totally inedible. Not worth 10 cents let alone the $5.99 I paid for it. Sticker on it said it could sit there for two more days. Disgusting!

Clean facility, polite employees and they make you feel very much welcomed me. The food is awesome and they make it quickly and correctly. I have never felt rushed or been treated poorly. This is an awesome place to stop if you need to when going by.

Review is for the deli. Used to be great with the best pizza around. Then every time I went in there was one reason or another why they didn't have pizza. They changed management and personnel. Went and finally was able to get a pizza. Ordered a combination. Got it home and opened it. Very disappointed. Used to be piled with toppings and this looked like a cheese pizza if that with maybe 3 olives, 3 pepperoni and maybe that much of other type of meat. Didn't even go to the crust edge. Did eat it and offered the crusts to the dogs who love pizza crust. They smelled and walked away. Worst pizza ever

Nicest truck stop employee I ve ever come across I didn t get his name but he was working night shift black hair. Diesel pumps are really fast and I caught a major discount on fuel with my efs card. Also a casino next door.

Great travel center. We got an excellent pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese pizza that was delicious.We also picked up some sundries including ice cream, and of course got diesel.

Great place! :) No complaints, has pretty much everything I need as an OTR truck driver! Got tacos loaded with ground beef, and lots of fresh diced tomatoes, with extra cheese, and huge soda for about $7.50 or so, at 7am! (PS had no problems with staff, in fact they were all very cool to me, but then, I'm nice too!)

Bought 4 chicken strips, turns it was 2 and they cut them in half and called it 4. They rip off truckers every time. Eat somewhere else. You will safe money. Pathetic place to eat

I use to love this place but ever since the new food center opened the girl who works in the morning is a complete jerk. They claim to serve breakfast till 10 but if you go in at 9:30 they won t serve you breakfast or lunch. It has happened twice. I would rather drive to k-falls than ever step foot in this place again

Breakfast burrito had very little filling, mainly tortilla. $8. for a small burrito. Women's restroom sinks have way too much water pressure. Water splashes everywhere when you wash your hands. Looked like I took a bath when that was not my intention. The items that I used to purchase at this store, no longer here, disappointed with new setup.

love this place, kind nice staff. we love the water doesnt smell anymore n all the new remoldeling looks great. we love all the native stuff inside that embraces the natives and the honey well the honey is the BEST! we are so thankful for the honey. thanks guys keep it up good job

I totally understand the mandate for face masks this is not a rant about that my problem with the whole situation is how rudely they ask you to make sure you have a mask and yet they make your food with their mask under their chin. If you're going to follow the mandate then cool I'm fine with that but at least do it properly and not be rude. Wearing a face mask underneath your chin with your mouth and nose exposed while making people's food is not the proper way to wear a face mask. I will not be stopping there anymore.
