Very good high end Motel.We stayed one night to visit crater Lake.Staff was welcoming and check-in and check-out was fast.Rooms were very clean with spacious beds.It s right at by the Highway so it can be noisy and when we visited someone was burning something on the perimeter, so it smelled, but only outside. And about 1 1/2 hours distance from Crater Lake Rim Village.Rooms: Rooms:++ very clean+ spacious enough+ Comfortable spacious beds+ Fridge and microwave

I wish I could say that this is a charming little place to stay. However, I cannot. The staff running the motel are very nice, the room unfortunately has seen better days. Duck tape holding the outlet cover on the wall. Large Crack running down the side of the wall of the door. Very slow shower drain and cracked wash basin. Only 2 restaurants, both diner style. Decent food, reasonable prices, but nothing special. I wouldn't go back unless I had no other choice.

I stayed here during a work trip passing through on my way to Washington. I showed up before 9pm without a reservation, the owner/front desk attendant was very polite and got me set up with a room. She even had hot water ready for tea which was much needed after a long day of driving. The room was clean, plenty of great toiletries offered. I had to leave early the next morning and she was right there to open up the front desk and had coffee ready! A great experience, I would definitely come back on a personal road trip and stop here :)It is the nicer of 3-5 motels/inns available within a 10 mile radius

Do not stay here. Bad humans for owners. We had a blowout on our trailer 200ft down from this place and had to drive on the rim on the highway to limp into their parking lot. No guests were staying. We only asked to leave the trailer for 40 minutes to drive to get a tire and they said no. Made us pull back onto highway 97 driving on the rim and risking ours and other lives just to get off their property. We even offered to pay to be safe. They obviously don t care about safety.

- Staff were unmotivated and offered minimal advice/assistance.- Room floor was dusty and not fully level.- Bathroom fan was not functional and taking showers resulted in the bathrooms becoming damp/wet with condensation.- Sink and toilet are in the same room, large groups may have difficulty sharing in the mornings/evenings.- Wi-Fi was advertised but had unusably bad service and disconnected often.- Surrounding area has very minimal amenities and seems very unsafe.+ Beds were clean and comfortable, did not see any bugs during our stay+ Hot water was available (becomes cold later)+ AC was functional and kept the room coolOverall, would definitely not recommend to other travelers for this price but passable in a pinch or for those desperate for something near Crater Lake.

If possible I want to give 0/5 rating to their customer service. I had bad experience with the front desk lady. She was so rude and didn't how to talk with the customer. I just ask her simple question very politely but she loose her patience and told me leave the office. I don't want to stay there so I cancel my reservation and just took the room opposite to that location even in half rate.

There are not a ton of places to stay remotely near Crater Lake. This place is okay but nothing special. It's clean, the people there are nice, and there's breakfast. But it is old school.

This place was super surprising in a great way. We had a 2 room 2 king bed "suite" I guess that was reasonably priced. This is a slightly dated place with just enough modern touches to make it a charmer once you settle in.Small rooms, but very comfy and the electric fireplace with wood mantle, while small, really made the whole place feel cozy.As with everyplace right now, don't expect breakfast, it's covid. You can however count on tea and coffee during office hours.Will be staying again.

Everything thing was amazing we drove up from California we were driving for over 10 hrs with our kids Christopher made sure we had everything we needed and had amazing customer service was also very helpful and family oriented the rooms was amazing and super clean we definitely will be making another trip there thank you guys for everything and thank you for an amazing experience definitely recommend

Two stars for the staff prompt service in catering our needs and her friendliness. The room we had isn t as clean and pleasing to us. Just to stay near the places of interest we are visiting. One of the side table lamp switch is broken, the other table lamp USB can t charge. The room looks run down. The bed sheets has some dust particles on. The microwave is dirty and unclean. Guess just go shower and sleep is fine. Don t expect the TV program to have any Netflix or HBO Max option for you to log in. The WiFi connection provided is as good as having none. Hope they can look into the feedbacks and make some good improvements in their facilities.

Great place!The woman (Amy) was very pleasant and helpful.I informed her that I'd be arriving a little after 12PM and she said she'd hold a room for us and to give her a call when you arrived, so, she could open the door.The room was already heated and very clean. It was a wonderful stay here.My battery lost its charge in the freezing night. I asked Amy if someone could jump me and a man named David came to help me. He was very patient, while I tried to start my car - it took about 15 minutes.This is the best place to stay, if you are heading to Crater Lake, or, just staying for the night! 5

Terrible hotel. It was originally listed as a 2.5 stars, we were staying at a 2.5 star hotel the night before and it was good. So we had the same expectation for this hotel, but the moment I opened the door to this room a bad smell rushed to my nose, so I opened the window to ease the atmosphere a little, but no luck! There is no coffee maker or phone in the room and the lobby is closed overnight so if you need help I assume you are on your own. The wifi did not work and since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere we also didn't have mobile data coverage and were essentially disconnected. Almost all towels were not clean, they either had hair or other stains on them. The beds were dirty too. I am sure the sheets were not replaced after the previous guests left. Last but not least, there was no hot water at night for me to take a shower! One of us took a shower in the evening with hot water, but at night the hot water was gone, so I wasn't able to take a shower. This is the worst hotel I stayed in!

We had this hotel booked within the day so we could try and make it to crater lake for one last trip but we ended getting a flat and having other delays.We ended up actually getting to the hotel at 2am the host kindly woke up helped us get our rooms ready and gave us an extra hour before we had to check out the kindness of the hostess had already made this a 5 star hotel but the rooms where also very nicely cleaned they supplied soap in case you forgot yours and had nicely folded towels overall I give this place 6 stars.

Great little inn in the middle of just about nowhere. If you are looking for luxury or lots of amenities, this is not your place. If you want a clean and comfortable place with a hot shower, this place is awesome! Sheets are nice, presentation is lovely, satellite TV included, and a little continental breakfast is included. So happy we stayed.

I'm giving this four out of five because of the owner. She just seems to be awesome and customer-oriented. The place itself is clean and nice and adequate, but not fancy. Don't come here if you want fancy. It's a nice place. Does the job. And the owner/management seems to care and is willing to help you when they can. I would stay here again!

The room and amenities were great! I liked the remote control A/C. The breakfast was nice, and the fountain drink machine was a great touch for overnight visitors looking for a sugary drink for the next day's drive. The wifi coverage didn't quite reach our room (11), but it was on the end so I understand.

made a reservation when I was about two hours away. about an hour later the pass was shut down for the evening due to a horrible vehicle accident involving death and investigations and I was turned around by state troopers. I immediately called and explained the situation. on the phone they said they understood the situation was out of my control and there would be no charge. however, over the next few days, several calls and an email they still stiffed me for the bill. they will not be getting my business in the future.

Do yourself a favor and drive an extra hour to Bend, OR! We chose this because of the good reviews and close proximity to Crater Lake. Boy, were we wrong! Not only were the people staying there very sketchy and made us feel uneasy, but in the middle of the night we had a mouse running loose in our room.We immediately called management and they were quick to come to our room. The mouse ran up and returned to the hole in which he came from and they insisted that this has never happened before. Obviously in the picture, you can see they had attempted to cover up the hole for the rodent but were unsuccessful.Ive worked in the hospitality industry before and know that Incidents like this are hard to control and can happen anywhere, but the way management handled this situation us left a sour taste in our mouths and we ended up fleeing to a different hotel in the middle of the night. The only response we got from management was You can leave and wasn t willing to accommodate anything or even move us to a different room!Long story short, management is unprofessional and lacks hospitality plus there are mice running wild throughout the rooms. Highly recommend driving north an extra hour and staying at the Comfort Inn Bend since they found proper accommodations for us at 12am.

We were on our way to see Crater Lake but because of a snow storm, visibility was at zero, and so we had to come back down. It was extremely cold and Eagle Crater Lake Inn was a welcomed sanctuary. The rooms are warm and cozy. There's not much around the area so it is great to have a place to stay that is friendly and offers a continental breakfast before heading on to your next destination. There are restaurants a walking distance away along with a gas station about 5 minutes farther from the restaurant. These place has hosted people from all over the world. It's not big or grand but it'll definitely meet your traveling needs with friendliness and comfort.
