I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.Tech came out and did a quick plumbing repair and got us up and running.Maid a list of the other issues to turn into the insurance company, said it would take a couple of weeks. That was 6 weeks ago.will not return phone calls.

I wish I could give a better review but I can't. Took the time off work to have my sprinter looked at for a install. Simple, easy job..I go there and the tech says he will put together a quote and follow up in a few days. A week went by, nothing no call, nothing. I call them and they say oh we will get you a quote, our tech has been out. Did I get a call or quote...nope!Horrible follow up and unfortunately no response to date. Beware!!!

Called this place asking for help with my diesel heater in Sprinter Van-note I am not a customer. The nicest woman spent time with me and helped me diagnose my problem. I'd use their shop anytime. Thank you!

So, we have had Mike, aka RV Dr. work on 2 different RV's of ours. Our first experience came this past June when he fixed a bad job a previous RV mechanic did on wiring a Transfer Switch that caused it to blow up. Mike quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. We were so impressed that when we got our new 5th Wheel in SD, we drove out to Medford to have Mike and his crew install a 800 Watt Solar System, 3000 Watt Inverted, and 3 Lithium Batteries and all the wiring that goes with it. It was a big job. We did schedule it with Mike a month and a half in advance. We are very pleased with his Professionalism, skills and quality of his work. I would Highly recommend Mike and his crew to anyone that wants quality work done on their RV.

Called with a few questions on a repair of an existing camper and a bunch more just on general questions about multiple makes and models of campers as we re about to upgrade .Mike took the time to answer every single question plus more that I could throw at him !!These were questions that he knew he wasn t making a single dime on but still took the time to answer them all and give great advice !!!Any work I ll ever have done while I m in this area will most certainly be done by this company !!Very stand up guy and the secretary was an absolute sweetheart also !!!

Very friendly and helpful service. Recommended other companies for work they do not do, such as power window repair and windshield work. Will return when more service is needed on our 2002 Class B RV.

We where packed and ready to leave for a family camping trip, when we lost gas toour stove and all power to our refrigerator in our travel trailer. After calling every RV repair company I could find, the RV doctor was the only one willing to help us out. Mike was able to fit us into his busy schedule and had our problem figured out and fixed in under 45 minutes. We will definitely be calling Mike for any repairs we may need in the future.

I've heard great things about them however my experience was not good. I have an issue where my ac doesn't come on in the auto function of the thermostat, which was replaced by Mike to see if it would work. It didn't so the next step was ordering the part and rewiring the ac to the thermostat. This process started in May/June. It's now March and I haven't ever heard back from him. Normally I would call and see what is going on but this is the second time he just went MIA. I understand how busy people can get and am a super understanding person but you can only deal with so much before you just give up and search somewhere else.

Service was timely for replacing our inline surge protector and some other wires that had fried because of it. The one that went bad was not cheap. This one was even more expensive (the option we chose to combine a surge protector and voltage booster in one unit). We just hope we can fit our 50A cord back into the housing when we pack up tomorrow. The only reason I dropped stars was the no explanation of why the new plug that came on the unit had to be changed for a larger one, and if my husband hadn't asked for the warranty card information, we wouldn't have been able to register an over $800 unit with the manufacturer for the 3 year warranty. Technician just said to call his boss if any problems. Don't know where we will be next month, let alone in 3 years. But do appreciate being able to get service in a timely manner. We are full-time travelers and it wouldn't have been possible to wait for a month somewhere else.

These guys stand by their work. The initial reaper required some additional work. They came out to my place, finished the job, and allowed us to travel this summer. I will work with them again. 10/10. They have integrity and I would fully recommend working with this small local business.

Luke with RV Doctor squeezed me in and came out to help find and fix a water leak in my Motorhome. VERY professional and found the problem quickly! Can t thank him, and RV Doctor, for being there when I needed them! Will definitely call on again in the future! I highly recommend them!

Called a 8:15 am with inoperable refrigerator. Dr. said tech would be out in 1-1 1/2 hours. Showed up in about 1 hr ready to fix refrigerator and proceded to do so. Amazing knowledgeable technicians and very Efficient. Will always be thankfur for the R V Dr

Would have been 5 stars but not getting a return call at all is now down to 3 stars but I have had the RV doc. Twice come out to where I was and was happy.. but no return call is why I'm seeing a new business today for my repairs.
