The first and only I will ever go the in Central Point I was treated very disrespectfully. I went in and got three items to purchase. There were six or seven people in line I decided to go the Subway and order a sandwich. Since it was in the same building I went through the opening to order sub sandwiches. I was less than ten feet from the opening when an extremely rude employee accosted me. He said I was shoplifting. I was shocked at this unfounded and completely false allegation.When I said I didn t know I was doing anything wrong which I was not doing anything wrong. He proclaimed that he dealt with people like me all day. By them there no longer a line so I put my debit card in to buy. That was when my sense of outrage made me push the items back and say forget. There were no children present so I used some expletives. Imagine my surprise when when I saw FOUR charges on my online bank statement. In words after calling me a thief they tried to steal from me. Fortunately Rogue Credit Union is on the ball. The fraudulent charges were reversed. That was an experience I will never forget.

I wish there was a loves around here.2.39 for a coffee refillIs ridiculous. As a loves member u get free refills. Professional drivers enjoy the caffeine and lil pick me up along the way. The cost adds up over time next time skit it and hit the Petro down the road.

Great stopping place to grab some gas, supplies and have a quick meal. Taco bell and another fast food place are inside the station. They have cute gifts and great snacks too! When you walk in the aroma of Cinnabon delights your senses! The inside is clean and the staff are eager to help you. Easy in and out if you are towing a vehicle too, like this sweet little number!

We stopped to fuel up, buy food, get a shower, and sleep...you know, what we've done a 100 times back and forth America during the summer months.NO SIGNS that parking is for 2 hours.We had been parked for 5 hrs, almost asleep for 3 hrs, when a woman woke us at 12:30 am and said we needed to leave. I walked in. She said 2 hr parking. I wasn't going to argue. So we left.Came back to get coffee. Said that there were no signs about 2 hrs, and the staff go into RUDE mode.HORRIBLE. Yelling that there were signs on the door (no signs) ... then signs on the fence...but they say "Customer parking only".Then, they start YELLING about towing because I mention that one van was there at the same time as us.I get it. Owner doesn't want people loitering. But what is super weird is that there were trucks everywhere but when I looked at reserved spots, 22 of 23 were EMPTY.Nothing about 2 hr parking. Staff could have said, "Sorry about that. We will try better." And left it at that.Other customers took our side.Never again!

I have woken to state police while taking a nap at this pilot station twice and once by the manager ,who was the rudist bully I ever met and continued to cuss at me as he was walking back inside ...this miss informed lowlife rebudled my law quoting about travelers being allowed 12 hours rest with that's only for truck drivers. So I asked him what about what the handbook says about driving and pulling over for 8 hours he just continued to cuss at me. Next time I went there I heard the same guy call a customer out and try to fight him. So if you're going to go to this place bring some brass knuckles and a lawyer. Because these lazy pos's think they're god.

DO NOT COME HERE! Especially if you are in any RV! They will bang on your door at 1am and tell you to leave or they will tow you! Mind you we had been there for the entire afternoon before hand. They said RVS are not allowed to park and their "new manager" JUST made this rule up. We have stayed the night in pilots all across the country this one is most definitely the worst one yet! The customer service of the night shift people are piss poor! Don't ever come here! I would gve them -5 stars if I could!

Lots of spots but fill up at night. Traffic to get fuel sometimes. Great food including taco bell. Any trucks fit . Showers and bathrooms are good. Well managed fir how busy it is.

Great for taking a break from the road. Clean showers. Friendly staff.. get all your needs in one stop. Fresh coffee. Fresh fruit. And lots of Snacks to Choose from. Car care items are also sold here

My Gf fueled my truck up here a week before Halloween and drive up to Eugene where my truck has been sitting at the shop broke down, the dealership called yesterday and asked if I was sure that they filled it with diesel. I am now waiting to hear back from the shop to confirm if it is gas in the tank, I strongly believe the attendant at this place put in the wrong fuel, which is very irritating and should not happen as it clearly states on the gas cap DIESEL FUEL ONLY not sure if the attendant just didn t pay attention to my gf when she said fill it with diesel, even had to go inside to be able to pay for the diesel and told the counter worker that it is diesel. Possibly they have contaminated there diesel tank with gas (as this would not be the first time this station has had this problem) will be following up with them as soon as the dealership confirms it is gas in the tank. This could end up costing me up to 15k$ if it has blown a motor due to the fuel stations negligence.

This is solely based on the guy who works evening or over night maybe? Lighter brown thinning hair about 5'4" late 20s early 30s, I am a nice understanding person usually but you need some serious customer service skills because yours suck and not in the good way, first he knocked after I just purchased the shower and said" oh someone said it needed maintenance " I said no thank you and then I went back out once I realized I forgot something in mY car as I'm going back in he says really rudely and loudly " now if you're going to shower get in and do it already" is there arule that says we are not allowed to go out of the room once we go in to shower? If I'm paying $18 usd I repeat Eighteen dolllars for a shower and I have an hour and I'm out of there within that time frame then who gives a flyn f how many times I go out of the shower room. That is none of your business. I've been coming here since before you were born pal and back in my day we got our back side whipped for talking to our elders like that. Please get into another proffession because you do not have anything personable about you. Good day rant over smile

Good truckstop with a small food court. Subway, cinnamon, and taco bell are the food choices. Truck parking is easy and the lot was clean.

Swallow small Pilots with a lot of variety of things food stand youth service showers restrooms inside you can get a Cinnabon or Subway on a tackle Bell good parking I do recommend this place to come and get yourself a Long Day's rest so I do recommend this place

Your typical Loves Travel Stop. Restrooms are clean and gas is always competitive. I always choose Loves when possible.

If they had an ounce of respect for their employees or customers they would staff the gas pumps appropriately. One guy doing it all himself at the busiest time of the day it s unacceptable. Not everyone is able to or get out of their vehicles to pump their own gas..you have a LOT of pumps. Just because Oregon now allows self pump doesn t make this ok.

Great rest stop. Refuel car and body. Nice staff clean environment. Gf and I did roadtrip. $15 to share a shower.

This gas station has a lot to offer. First of all it's a truck stopThey have showers for 15.00 dollars for 15 . Min, laundryroom 50. Cent dry one dollar to wash . They sell tools nick nacks and t shirts even hats . They have Cinna bonCinnamon rolls there's a subway sandwich shop open 24 hours and a Taco Bell . The gas prices are not too bad . They have beer specials and so much more.The employees are very nice and helpful. So yes I recommend this one when you are in Central Point Or. Stop by and check it out.

The price at the gas station is the same, but not the same for different customers. I don't recommend

As a former employee at Pilot in Central Point, Oregon, I can tell you with certainty that for the most part it's a good place to work. I worked there from October of 2022 to April of 2023. The staff is great to work with and very friendly. All of the managers are great people with the exception of one. And she's the reason I walked off the job 4 hours into my shift. She doesn't know how to talk to people. I waited until I was sure there were enough people to cover the front pumps and my area at the back of the property before I walked out. If it wasn't for her, they would have 5 stars.

Always good service, always bustling and reliable. They seem to never run out of what I'm needing/wanting . Friendly people and it's quick, I'm there, get what I need, and gone in no time at all.

They have a good selection in the store, and good food options, but they seem to put the people with the worst customer service skills in the cinnabon area. The last 2 times we got a cinnabon the rolls were over cooked and hard on the bottom.

Lately I wrote only bad comments about pilots, but this one made me believe that there is still great flying j. Took a shower clean everything is refilled, and best part is a tow truck guy, when I saw him, I knew I can t park overnight, he came explain everything mostly where I can t park but then he show me where I can park. He even drove me and show a curve where I will fit perfect with me sprinter van. Thank you and god bless u

I had a medical issue wich required me to need a shower , I work late so I was exhausted when I arrived at the Medford pilot, trying to get up the nerve to walk inside cover in poop from the medical issue I parked in front so I didn t have to walk across the parking lot I fell asleep for a short moment only to be awoken by a employee an older lady with short dark hair pounding on the hood of my truck , telling me I had to move out of the parking space I was in I told her I was waiting on someone I had just got off work and needed to wait there she then said to me look what are you homeless or something i again said no I just got off work I was waiting for someone to help me inside she then told me I had to park my truck else where that I couldn t park in the parking space and that homeless people should leave there ! I was absolutely mortified and horrified as I was having a medical issue needed a shower and was waiting on someone to help me , I will never recommend this place to anyone I think if that s the policy to treat people this way no one should go there I literally have ptsd over this incident. In retrospect she was judging me and rude and had no business being in the job she had

Don't come to this truck. Stop traffic backed out all the way to the road. The truckers come here to take their 30 minute break in the fuel lanes workers. Do nothing about it
