I recently brought my Jeep in for an undercoating service. Initially, I was impressed when they estimated the job would take around 2 hours, but to my surprise, it was completed in just 45 minutes. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed that some of the spray had ended up on my paint job.Hoping for a quick resolution, I reached out to them through their website, providing my name, number, and email address. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I never received a callback or email from them, even after waiting for quite some time.This lack of communication and failure to address the issue promptly has left me dissatisfied with their services. As a result, I cannot recommend them to others seeking similar automotive services.

Great experience. Oregon Truck & Auto Authority is a class act. The front office lady is a doll and the little bag of swag was a nice touch. Everything from getting quotes for my running boards to making the appointment to the day of service was smooth and professional.

I needed confirmation the motor on my amp research power steps was the problem. Customer service was amazing from the first call!!Availability for a diagnosis was literally the next day. They had the parts in stock and were able to install the same day! I super appreciate the communication of the problem when everything was completed!!

Purchased Bakflip hard folding bed cover for installation on 2008 GMC Sierra dually, 8 foot bed. Dealer installation took one hour and seemed worth $95 to me. Cover looks good and does what we needed it to do.Business is well organized with clean and neat 4 bay shop. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would shop there again.

I bought a decked bed system for my truck through this company. They were very helpful verifying the correct size and options for my needs. Ordered it and had it installed a few days later. They even gave me a ride to do some shopping while I waited for the installation. Refreshing to have such great customer service these days.... Definitely recommend!

Beyond impressed with Oregon Truck and Auto Authority and their team! Justin took great effort to see that I was totally satisfied with the rebuilding of my locksmith van s interior after my previous van was tragically destroyed in the Almeda fire. Highly recommend....

In 2020 we had our new Jeep Wrangler Sport undercoated by these friendly folks. Made a huge difference in sound reduction. Last February we purchased a 2023 Jayco motorhome that had basically no undercoating. I contacted Justin Duncan at OT&A Authority and asked him if he would undercoat it. Justin said they have never done undercoating on a motorhome before but was willing to take a look. So, I made an appointment for him to look over the potential job. Just a couple of days later I took our motorhome to his Airway Drive location and Justin crawled under, looked around and then looked under the hood, the battery compartment and the interior cab area. We took a drive with Justin using a device to measure the sound levels and after we returned to his shop he said he would like to do some investigating with Jayco and Ford and follow up with me in a few days with a proposal and an estimate. A few days later I got an email and a phone call to discuss all the suggestions and a week later I dropped off the motorhome for a day and a half to have the undercoating applied to the appropriate spots, soundproofed the cab area with Kilmat and Closed Cell foam material, as well as improving the seal around the battery compartment.A month later Justin called to ask how satisfied we were. I said we were 95% pleased but felt some of the undercoating was too thin and maybe some areas could have received some that actually didn t. Without hesitation he made an appointment to schedule getting that done.Needless so say, Justin Duncan and his entire crew are interested in service after the sale and customer satisfaction. I bought a LXP Hard-Folding Tonneau Cover and I had them install it... they took about 30 mins (It would have probably taken me all day), and after install they showed me all the functions and features. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I had an appointment the day after I talked to them at their shop, work was above and beyond and they actually charged me LESS! They noticed my veteran plates and added a veteran discount without me even asking. Highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs.

This company gets "IT" when it comes to customer service and quality of work. They are top of the line all the way and constantly go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I can't say enough good things about Oregon Truck and Auto Authority and the people that work there. They treat you like family and your vehicle like it's their own.

What a pleasure working with So Oregon Truck Authority. Customer service was excellent, always nice andhelpful with what we needed. Jill is friendly, organized, prompt, & knowledgeable. Mark knows his work thoroughly, he delivered our truck in record time fitted with Linex spray- inbed liner (beautiful job), CurtCrosswing 20K hitch & awesome Tonneau cover.We were on a tight schedule to Montana, & Mark worked hard to accommodate us, and we appreciate his good work. We highly recommend their service!

They were very professional and the installation of the Genesis Dual Battery System in my Jeep was done in 2.5 hours. I was expecting to be sitting in their waiting area for as long as 6 hours. The install was clean and looks great and works exactly as intended.

First rate company. Went in to select my truck bed topper. They set a date for the next week. Installed it quickly and professionally and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for truck accessories.

Thank you for the perfect LineX experience. I love the product on my new truck! Very sparkly and looks perfect. They were very professional and did an amazing job. However, my biggest shout out is for the people there. From the first phone call to the help i got after I was checked out, everyone was super. They went out of their was with hitch solutions and I ended up buying a lock for my stinger that I have been thinking about for a long time. They have EVERYTHING!

The employees here were extremely friendly and fast. I submitted a request for a tonneau cover on Monday evening, received a response on Tuesday morning. They called me to confirm the tonneau cover that I wanted and had it there by Thursday and scheduled me for an install on Friday. They had it completed within 45 minutes and I was on my way. I ve also used them for my Line-X bedliner and will continue using them for all of my truck upgrades. If you re on the fence, give them a call and they ll take great care of you.

These guys are great. It started years ago with a premium line-x bedliner job. Then it progressed into doing my rocker panels with line-x then I added bushwhacked fender flairs and amp research power steps, now they recently coated my bed toolbox. I can t be happier with the quality of work and product! The new coating on my toolbox and the 10 year old coating on the bed look identical. Get the premium! It s worth the extra!

This is an excellent store for anyone interested in custom Overland vehicle projects and more! The shop is full of knowledgable staff of not only are great at problem-solving and brainstorming ideas on Overland projects, but exhibit obvious passion for what they are doing. They are dealers for some top notch Off-Road and Overland manufacturers like Factor 55, Decked, Tembo Tusk, and more. I am looking forward to many future projects with this excellent shop and will most certainly be recommending them to my friends in the Overland space!

I can't express enough how pleased I am with my experience having a Line-X liner installed in my truck. The process was quick and easy and everyone I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. They did what they promised quicker than they initially stated. That alone deserves high marks in my book!

When we dropped our truck off the guy working came out to our truck and answered every question we had. He was really nice and knowledgeable about the process and the product. Our truck looks amazing and we can t wait to take our other truck in the have Line-X put in the bed. Would definitely recommend based on their customer service and their work.

The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. I had the Line-X protective coating applied to the bottom rockers on my Ford F-150. It turned out better than I expected! They even did more detail work than I had even thought of. Justin was absolutely awesome! Best customer service I have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. I will definately recommend them to everyone! Thank you Justin!

We had a very positive experience! Justin took time to show us all the workings of the Decked truck drawer system, answered all our questions, never pushed or rushed us along. Justin gave us a quote for the labor, made sure that they were going to give us the exact service for our vehicle and stuck to the quote, no hidden extra costs! Drove in from Texas and needed a trailer hitch installed within 24 hours on my F-150. Called a Ford Dealer and they recommended Line-X.... Had both Bakflip truck bed cover and Bedrug bed liner installed. Work was fast and efficiently done and appropriately priced. Turned out great! Very happy with the results. Great local business that deserves our support.
