The headlights in my boyfriend s Toyota pickup just stoped working one night, the brights worked but not the low beams. It was January of this year and I was 8 hours from home on a Sunday and I had to get back to my job the next day. I went to the O Reilly auto parts store and the nicest young guy there helped me He even installed the new bulbs and tested them to be sure that was the problem. I couldn t thank him enough! I believe his name was Adam ( dark hair about 30 y/o) .

I don't normally go here however there are those times ya gotta do what ya gotta do I was told my part was going to be in the next morning at 7:30 a.m. I drove an hour and a half to get there to be told that it was not going to arrive tomorrow. I was so irritated my mood flew past reasoning, over outrage, through clinically insane to so calm I made the employees nervous. I believe O'Reilly's owes me gas money for the bad info by an employee leading to an expensive practice run. I'm trying to start a business and I can't afford to eat the cost of stupid mistakes made by a very large company. I want something for wasting my extremely valuable time. Two stars, only because they had what I needed.

Hands Down O'rileys is and has been my favorite parts store above all the others. Not hating on the other guys but just keeping it real! Pretty much no matter what O'rileys or where the O'rileys is located. You get the same service, same atmosphere, same feel and help when your stuck and just can't figure out what is malfunctioning. However, I must admit I am partial to my Central Point O'rileys! They go above and beyond.#teamO'rileys

Every single time I have walked into that store in Central Point next to DQ I am met with a very clean, tidy and smelling like a auto parts store should. The employees I have dealt with, although I do not know their names have always been kind, thoughtful and believe it or not knowledgeable. No the yes I m going to say this, your buying wiper blades, clerk asks, is it automatic or manual transmission? HAHAHAHA! Sorry had too. Being a former ASC master tech and former shop owner they know what questions to ask and what goes with the part to try and upsell. Nice. They don t know I m very well read in the automotive industry, not yet. Why only 4 stars you ask? I had 1 problem the first time I entered that store, and the problem is still there, for me anyway, the merchandise shelves too close to together at the front of the store. It annoys me.

Only one person was working at the time I was there and one person was ahead of me. While the person waited to decide which item to buy the sales lady quick took care of my parts need and returned and complete the previous sale. Neither of us customers were left waiting or ignored.

I wish I got the name of the gentleman who helped me yesterday I just wanted to say you saved me over $400 with just buying a $30 can of a/c recharge. All of you have been tremendous. Knowledgeable and very friendly, helped me find the right filter for my cold air intake, despite me not knowing product details. Politely refused to sell me the part until we verified it was the right part. I have been using these guys for the last year and will go back for my trucks needs

Sometimes my engine light comes on when the gas tank lid hasn't been tightened enough...so when I'm in Central Point, they will run a dignostic- even print our a paper for free. They are always helpful and friendly.

I don't use this O'Reilly's I use the O'Reilly on Crater Lake Highway or the one on center drive. Have not had a bad experience in store but shopping online with in store pickup is another story. Yes I admit I got off work late but when my order was placed at 8:45 pm the first email sent says 1 hour before you can pick up your order. So I waited for the next email to head up there(I was staying .8 miles away), I had allready suspected they where gonna put me and my order on hold till the next day. What I don't understand is how can I visit the brick and Mortar store with the same needs list of items and be in and out in 30 mins but it takes your employees a WHOLE HOUR to get an order ready? I see the benefit in case your outta stock of something but your franchise webmasters do a good job of doing all that for you.

I worked here for two plus years. Great place with a great team. I left to follow a different career path, but I still love and miss the place. I probably would have stayed there forever if the pay had been better.

Ezra at Central Point O'Reilly's was very helpful in helping me fix my gas cap on my chevy spark. He was a quick thinker and took the extra time to come outside and help me with my car. Great customer service!

One of smallest O'Reilly stores in the county so there are limited on things compared to south Medford like auto body paint, accessories like lights performance etc. Recently moved CP so I have been there like 8 times in a few weeks so I have gotten to know the staff which is aged around 25 and under it looks like but they are always ready to help and don't keep u waiting. So why not 5 stars u ask well one employee seems to think he's a gangster and walks in wearing his hoodie and just mean mugs me instead of saying hello when wearing his work shirt so that was interesting. Happend the other day again just not very friendly but he's just a kid so whatever.

Friendly service things are easy to find they help you get what you need but they are hell of expensive not recommended if you don't have a lot of money raise your to find it online way cheaper

Not exactly impressed ordered 2 in cabin filters for my 95 bmw 318ti and when I went into the store they ordered the complete wrong filters then tried to tell me that the new ones they gave me will work Ya no plus three other people were dealing with part issues get it together guys

They lie vought and item on the board by the counter said $10.95 time to pay 15.95 asked why told me was hung wrong looked sku matched dicription mached was no wemhere else for it to gang had items on both sides there discrition match and the prices were not 15.95 Jessy James Oreily
