We used to go to Les Schwab over on Commerce, but moved to Central Point. We were glad to see the new Central Point location being built.So far we've had this location put new tires on for one of our vehicles and patch a tire for a recently purchased vehicle. It's quite a bummer to pop a tire coming off the Central Point freeway, but I was able to do a walk-in early morning the next day. Excellent customer service, flexibility to fit me in, and back on the road just after finishing some coffee.I would definitely recommend this location and the services they offer. I'll be back when we need to replace the stock tires on our new vehicle. Oh, and thank you team for putting my spare back in the compartment after patching everything!

I just got my RV wheel bearings repacked today. I was quoted $400 but was charged $437. Jackson RV quoted me $380. I asked if they give military discount as I had my bearings repacked on my other trailer at the Les Schwab in North Bend and they gave me a military discount on the bearing seals. Store manager said no - only tires for the military discount. I really wanted to like this store as it's local and the employees were friendly. Looks like I'll be going to Jackson RV next time - this place is too expensive for me.

My husband and I will NO longer be doing business At this location, we keep getting harassing Condescending phone calls to switch our account over from a medford branch To the central point store We were told we have to be there today or tomorrow by the end of the month called another branch and they said it's no big deal Just sign it whenever you have an appointment again or you pop in I don't know what it is with the girl behind the counter but she needs to BACK OFF You have just lost two customers!!!!! Did it ever occur to you that people have bigger things going on in their lives than coming in To sign a paper to switch accounts over to thisstore its not a priority someone needs to take a class in customer service

They made time for me even near to closing tine. The very best customer service- ever. That's why my family has been coming to Les Schwab for 50 years.

Driving through on a road trip. They quickly checked both the car and RV tire pressure. Wesley provided excellent prompt courteous service. Les Schwab is a NW tradition, it s the only place to go for tires.

Went to this location and got my tires filled with air. Tire pressure light went back on within 5 minutes of driving again. Stopped by the store again suspecting a flat tire, was told I d have to wait for over an hour for my car to be seen, which was all right with me. Fast forward and hour they tell me that my 2 rear tires are separating and need to be replaced. They gave me two different quotes to replace ALL of my tires, both of which I knew I couldn t pay. I stated I did not have the money at the moment to replace them and I asked if they could put my spare tire on my car or even show me where my tires were separating to which both questions were ignored as the worker went back inside. Today, I went to the Les Schwab in Klamath Falls and was told that NONE of my tires showed ANY signs of separation. In fact they still have 3-4 years of life on them. So if anyone is considering this Les Schwab for their tire needs, I suggest going elsewhere.

Love this place! Super convenient. I always use the FREE Trip Check and I am never pushed to buy anything. They are quick with service and easy access in and out of parking lot. LOTS OF PARKING. Bonus not only they have their own snacks and drinks but a convenient coffee shop across to grab something and sit outside on the grassy area to enjoy. Thank you to ALL the employees here!!

I was told my front end was going out. They did a diagnosis and said I'd need front brakes soon but the front end was fine. NO CHARGE and a referral for rear end mechanic. I'm getting those brakes tomorrow!! Thank you Les Schwab Central Point!!!

This one star isn't typical for me . I can say on the positive side Brandon the Manager @ the Central Point location was extremely professional, understanding and patient. He did everything in his power to right the wrongs. He is a wonderful human being.

Did an extremely great job, my wife's car had really worn tires and her alignment was off. the car would bounce at 55. The guy took three test drives to make sure he had it perfect. In the end it was worth every penny. Plan on going there next time.

I had a great experience at this Les Schwab. I went in for a flat repair on tires that I had bought a different Les Schwab location in 2019. They noticed that the tires I purchased did not match the tires on the car--my receipt was for their best "Reputation" tire and the other location put their value tires on instead. Even though I'd gotten 3 years of use out of the value tires, they explained they were going to make it right and I left with 4 brand new Reputation tires. This was something I never would have noticed myself and they did not have to point it out to me or fix it but they went above and beyond. Definitely going to recommend this location to everyone.

The team at Les Schwab were amazing! We were driving through and had an issue with our Ford F-250. Tanner immediately came out to take a look, was able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road. Very thankful for their great service!

I appreciate the service. You have to make it clear what you want them to do or not to do. I was there to replace a tire and get them balanced. told me they couldn't balance my tires cause I was missing 2 studs so it was a liability. I already had a appointment and they said they could do it then. However when I got home and looked they had taken my tires off and rotated them. I told 3 different guys I didn't want the tires rotated. They rotated them anyway and put mismatched tires on the front end. I made sure when I went in for the appointment to mention this and make sure they knew exactly what I wanted.

The experience I had at this new location was fantastic! I had gotten a screw in my tire, and mentioned to one of their technicians, Zach, that I was in a hurry for work and he immediately took my keys, and got it done in less than 20 minutes. He explained what he found, and what he did to fix it. This is why I choose Les Schwab!

Just want to say a big thank you to this Les Schwab and to Taylor in particular.I brought in a vintage VW Baja Bug for new tires on the back and not only did they do all the research for the perfect tires but also got them delivered and installed in record time, all with a smile and a great attitude.

Figured I put a set of tires on my tundra 4x4. Within 10 mins they had my truck in the shop and got right to work. Emanuel helped me and was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Guy does it all! Sold me a set of tires and then went and installed them him self!!Impressive!!

Staff is so hopefully and kind, Bruce in central point took the time to explain things price check and ensure I had updates throughout my whole process highly recommended this is the only tire store I trust.

I have been going to Les Schwab for Yeats for all my tire needs and have never been unsatisfied. They are extremely professional and courteous. They always show you all the options without the hard sell and guarantee their work and their have an amazing warranty on most of their products. This new location is no exception in Central Point.

The job got done but I sat for 5 hours...5 hours. 8am to 1 pm. Not okay. I watched 9 different people get their cars serviced and leave before mine got on the lift. You can't take the entire day of one of your customers to do ur job. If I had work this would be a problem.

Richard was awesome. The staff took such good care of us. Another shop hacked the installation of my brake calipers and they fixed the problem. We were stuck there over night and they drove us to the hotel. Very polite and welcoming crew.

I new my f-350 was in need of new shocks all around. John was able to show me different option to chose from. Once I had made my selection, they were able to get them in within a couple of days. John was able to get me in the same day they showed up and got the job done quick and fast. Most of all, when the truck was done John called to not just to say it was down but, gave me feed back on the conditions of the old shock. Thank you again the amazing work and outstanding customer service.

OMG absolutely the BEST experience ever, I will never go anywhere else for my tire needs. First, I ve never went to Les Schwab before, so my tires weren t purchased there. So, woke up to a flat, Les Schwab drove to my home, put air in the tire so I could drive it to the closest location. Get there, someone is at my car before I can turn it off, so courteous, he pulls my car in and within minutes finds the nail in my tire, says he can repair that. 10 minutes later he walks in with my keys and says my tire is repaired, checked all the air pressure in my tires, and checked my breaks. I m good to go. So I ask, Where do I pay and he said There is no charge, we do repairs for FREE! WHAT??!?!? All that for free if you go anywhere else for your tires you are absolutely missing out on the best level experience you can have. When it s time to replace my tires I m going to Les Schwab.

Waited over 11/2 hr for a tire rotation then they told me they wouldn't do the rotation. I know my tires were pretty bad but they could have told me in the first 10 min. I watched them look at my car when I first got there. Me and my Family will never be going there again... My time is worth something too.....

I love Les Schwab Central Point! 10 years ago i got my shocks and struts replaced at a different Les Schwab. Apparently, they had a lifetime warranty for parts and labor. Les Schwab Central Point just replaced them for free! Brandon and the whole staff were super nice and professional. Can't ask for a better experience.

Don t recommend; overall negative experience and they change mind and policies quick. Will even insist vehicle is awd when car never has that option.

Got my breaks done now it makes a loud grinding noise I took it back 3 times to be tied uts a cv joint. After taking it to a dealer cone to find out the break pad was put in wrong. Never agin. It's already fixed tim. You had 4 chances.

Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. They had my car for two days and completely ignored it and me. I had to have it towed elsewhere to get help. If I could give negative stars, I would. If they'd just answered the phone or returned my call, I wouldn't have wasted two days and Motel costs!!! >:-(
