The guys here were awesome! All other shops were out of 110cc dirt bikes, called after hours and was still able to get ahold of them. It's like it was meant to be - a couple 110cc bikes and a 125cc ready for us to take home. They made sure tires were pumped up and gas tanks were full before leaving. Paperwork and payment process was fast/easy. Boys had a blast riding them around. Thank you again!

Jeremy has outstanding skills when ordering something from out of state. He was helpful, knowledgeable, very honest and the prices were reasonable. Our first order arrived before Christmas and went flawlessly. We were so pleased, we ordered a dirt bike and that also arrived before Christmas! He has very good communication throughout the whole process of a purchase and we could tell he cares about his customers and his business. He asks all the right questions to help you get exactly what you want and need and won t upsell you on anything you don t need. He responds to all questions quickly and is both personable and professional. We are also small business owners and we know about taking pride in our work and paying attention to details. We would definitely recommend buying from this shop. We bought some off road vehicles from a shop in our area before finding these guys and I just didn t like that shop and didn t want to return there. So glad we found Country ATV & cycle!

Went yesterday morning at 10am. Picked 125 quad. Didn't start new. Come back an hour later, and it runs. 1145am I leave with the unit.Come back an hour later, and it runs. Drive an hour home. 20 min it stops running. 1:30pm I call and we trouble shoot. Tells me to take off the carb and drain it. 1:45 Take it back and ask for my money back. My son drove 30 ft and broke the front plastic piece held on by 4 bolts and covers the brush guard. 230pm I'm back and it won't start or run now. They offered to fix again. I just want my money back. I offered to pay $200-$300 for the damaged front piece I am responsible for. They charged me $600 to return their product. $1300.00 New. I paid and said a few words on how to run a business. Younger guy was polite even though I believe he was in the wrong. Older guy was confrontational as I was leaving he want to yell after I paid for there day. Any other dealer would have taken back. It's part of business. Bought 2 Helmits for $100. Left there place at 3pm with 2 helmets for $700.00. Wish they were nicer helmets. Place ran by boys not good Men.

It's been awhile since I went there for services, but my experience there was great , the owner is honest and knows what he's doing and he went above and beyond and was very helpful even on small jobs , the guy had me back on the road within a hour , I'm very greatful , I'm a year round rider and even though it was a small job he still helped me tremendously

Always answered my questions and phone calls and prepared 2 go karts for me to pick up in a very timely fashion just before Christmas. Knowledgeable staff and karts were just as advertised. Kids have been zooming around ripping up the track ever since. THANK YOU!

I bought a brand new 2022 yonfu 150cc scooter from here for $1,500 which they were amazing and let me do 2 separate payments while they held onto it until it was paid off. They are nice people who try to work with you whatever your situation may be.

I recently bought a SR 125 from Jeremy at country ATV. And I had him work on my Apollo 125. He was upfront and honest, amazing communication and not only that their mechanic work is outstanding. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a great experience in an industry that doesn t seem to care that much about customer service they went above and beyond.

I am beyond impressed with my experience here from start to finish. I bought a shiny used JL50QT7 from Marketplace that ran but had been sitting and was not running reliably. I called them up and asked if they could do a carb cleaning. They took my request gladly and had it done in a week even though they had lots to work on. On top of that, they made sure my bike was safe by checking things I didn't even think of! I worried it would be pricey but they also have the fairest service rates I've been able to find here. So if you're struggling with other mechanics in the valley giving you a big attitude sigh and a big quote over the phone when you want to bring in your Chinese moped, head over here, they treated me and my bike both like gold!

What a great experience. They got my daughter the perfect safe quad for the next level of riding. Got the color she wanted also! They put extra effort out to get it assembled and ready for spring break. Had a more than competitive price and availability when no one else had any.Thank you!

Awesome guys! We took a few hour drive to get there and mistook what time they were closing. Well, they stayed past closing to help us with our purchase. Their Grandpa had just been taken to the hospital too as we pulled up. Thank you so much for all your help you guys. Such great customer service! Will be returning in the future.

I'm afraid I didn't have a very good experience there. I called looking to get an ATV worked on. he immediately let me know that he was two to three weeks out on work, and then when I started explaining the situation to him he just kind of rudely stated " I got people here you have to call back later". I mean maybe he's so good he's that busy I don't know but it seems to me like any business person would have said let me take your number and I will call you back I guess I'll never know whether he's good or not

Very friendly people have shopped with them years ago. Just went and bought a brand new ssr 125 from them in the box. Very easy assembly, runs perfect. Very happy with my purchase and those folks!!

I would just like to say that every time I come to country atv and cycle located on black well road it's always a positive experience! I just love the friendly vibe to go along with the side variety of automotive stock on display. I highly recommend this place for great prices and expertise on scooters and automotive work in general!! Thanks a million Jeremy and Tom!!

I bought a 150 cc Scooter. that was the best little investment I have ever made. It looks like a old school Vespa. I have lady tell me how cute it is, and it gets 80 + MPG goes 70 mph and has a six month warranty. the owners enplane every thing about the new recreational vehicles they sell and stand behind every thing they sell. God Bless there business and there customers.

Wouldn't recommend taking your scooters or motorcycles to them ever. They tried to pull me off cameras to fight me. I'm a cash paying customer. They're junkyard rats and will rip you off any chance they get. Call the cops on me for trying to pick up my scooter. Chest bump me and tried to fight me cuz I don't want them to work on my scooter. Worst mechanics ever...

I looked everywhere for a carburetor for a 49cc engine (locally) and could not find one until I called country ATV and cycle and to my surprise they had one for me and at a great price thanks country ATV and cycle
