Recently purchased a used Class A Motor-home with 11 year old tires on it. Diving it home from Eugene was a bit scary!Had an 8:00 am appointment today at C and C...Taylor and the crew started working on it right away. Very helpful and professional service. You can tell they are experienced at working on large vehicles.Driving home, I could immediately tell the difference, handles much better! Thanks for your excellent work!

These guys were so amazing! I had a flat and needed to get the new tire on. I called them at like 4pm and the guy told me to come on over and within 15 minutes of me getting there they had the new tire on, balanced and done. I was so happy and so appreciative. It cost me $27 and took less than 20 min. Les schwab was going to charge me $100 and said it would be an hour and a half.I would recommend these guys for any tire issues and they have a huuuge selection if you're looking to buy new tires and/or wheels.Thankyou to the guys at C&C tires.

Horrible customer service, rude staff. They changed the tires on my truck and my hubcap fell off the next day because they did not re-install it correctly. I am unfortunately traveling so I called and was essentially given the run around and they completely ignored me. I called four times to talk to the manager and I was told each time he would call me back within the day. I called four days in a row and gave up on the fifth day. Avoid this place unless you don't mind shoddy work and then being ignored when you return to ask them to address the problem.They also charged me $160 to mount and balance two tires. That is very high for the area.On a side note, the staff was unusually unfriendly. It felt odd being in here. I sense management is having serious problems because these types of issues usually trickle down from the top. I could be wrong but that was just my gut level feel.

I got tractor tires put on and one of my rims had rust that was popping the tube. They fixed it for me for free. They stand by there work and the dogs are great company!

The folks at C&C Tire are so pleasant and helpful I'll be returning when ever I need anything tire or wheel related. So nice to enter a business establishment that you feel welcome in.

For starters, I know my car very well. I have owned the car for over 10 years and have done extensive work to it. So I can be picky, but I also know when I have been wronged, and when I should be refunded.I used this shop a couple months ago due to an online tire sale that gave a discount if I used them for a mount a balance. My wife took the car in and it had a vibration when it came out. I took the car for a ride and sure enough the front end was slightly shaking. Definitely more then before it went to them. So I took it back in and had them double check the weights. They did and there was nothing wrong. Strange... I checked my wheel bearings and the drivers side was an issue.When I went to install the new wheel bearing, I noticed one of my lug nuts wasn't the right size on the passenger side. Whoever had put the wheels back on had put a standard lug nut on my metric stud. It was impacted on from the start and driven on with no regard for proper torque spec. They would have had to switch to a metric socket to install the other 4 lugs. Every lug on that wheel had magnetically charged shavings inside. That tells me they were all zipped on with an impact wrench not paying any attention to cross-threading. Now I had to go get another wheel bearing for the other side.When drove to them a third time and brought the hub looking for at least a refund for the mount and balance that caused the need for new studs at least(decided to replace the entire hub because it is a sealed unit and the same amount of effort) a refund for the mount. I was just stared at like their brains turned to mush. "Ummmmm... I can replace the studs, but I can't refund you. The owner has to do that and he isn't here." I could have had the car towed to another shop and brought them the bill... but I did the work myself saving both of us a ton of time and money.All I wanted was a refund of $30-50 for the mount. Instead, I got to replace a front hub and drive across Medford 4 times for 5 new studs in an old front hub that someone who is sharp as a marble has installed. Thanks for the paper weight. I have 4 different vehicles, none of them will ever see this shop again. Glad it only took one time.I recommend that everyone runs far away from this shop. There is zero accountability here.

My car broke down and i unforunately had to leave my car parked right next to c & c tires (originally i had pulled into their lot but pushed it to the street before leaving it). Before leaving i tried finding someone that worked there to tell them what was going on but was unable to. So i left a note on my car stated i would be back as soon as i can (considering im a single mom of 3 and this was my only car and i live almost 10 miles away) and also left my phone number incase there was an issue with it being there... It took me a 2 or 3 days to get my dad out there to determine the engine was seized. I then had to figure out who i needed to contact and what places wanted it for scraps. But was also faced with the weekend (so my car was there a few more days). After my car being there for about a week, no calls from anybody, i get a letter in the mail from mpd about my "abandoned vehicle". At this point im not sure if my cars still there or has been towed. Called mpd. (Still waiting for a call back). No response. Finally a few days later im told by my dad its still there. That after noon it was gone... That was my first and only car. I had it for 11 years and i felt like they could have called me first before calling the police. Now im looking at citations and towing fees on top of looking for a new car :'(

We had to have new tires for our rig and C&C Tires were able to locate the tires, change them and send us in our way. With a very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Great place to get tractor tires for a very reasonably price... Taylor is a hell of a good manager and a great deal maker...Thanks for a great experience...Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tires...

Drove over 3 hrs to Medford from chico,ca to pay off our truck and the truck needed tires, stopped here at C&C Tires and Taylor was awesome!
