Michael has been incredibly helpful with a tricky car donation process, helping me with options most beneficial to me, making calls on my behalf, and staying pleasant the whole time! Such a nice guy and great help!

First transmission was incorrect, mechanic almost completely installed before he was able to tell, 2nd transmission was blown up and the 3rd needed parts. I called in 3xs requesting a small discount and NEVER was returned a call! Seemed very friendly on the phone, but guess I was just being told what I wanted to hear while I got stung along costing me hundreds of extra dollars in mechanic cost. Long wait times on hold.

It's always better to just go in person instead of calling the number provided on Google for the distribution center I'd you are looking for a very specific item. The system they use to cross reference isn't always updated. I had called looking for two tires for my car and the lady who helped me was very pleasant and was professional, I really appreciated her. I had payed for the tires over the phone and was very satisfied by the end of the call.However, when I got there the guy told me that the tires I had purchased had been put into the system over 90 days prior to my purchase and that they more than likely would not be on the lot anymore but also didn't even take the time to go and check for those specific ones. Instead, he tried to sell me two tires that had a significantly lower tread percentage (60%) than the ones I had ordered (85%). I told him that I wanted the quality that I payed for, to which he opebly showed annoyance that I was asking him to do his job About a half an hour or more later he finally came back up with two tires that were closer (80%) but regardless of how close it was, I still had to settle for less.If it wasn't for the woman on the phone that had helped me, or the two friends of mine that work on site that were both helpful to me while I waited (Cody and Robert), I probably would have given them 1 star.I will also add on tho that I had never had a nefarious experience with B&R before this... I have been there several times and was always treated like a customer, never as if I was a chore. I was highly disappointed in the customer service I had received from the one employee, so much so that I ended up writing this review....

I had ordered a complete rear end that was shipped from Las Vegas to Medford Oregon. It took a week to get this part. After getting the part and installing the new/used rear end I had installed it. Upon further install I had realized the rear end was slightly bent, and would not hold gear oil. I replaced the axle, the wheel bearing and the seal. Still leaking. I had called multiple times and finally reached the person who sold it to me. I told her what was going on, and that I needed a new one. She tried upsetting me on one that was more expensive and was not willing to help me out. DO NOT give this company your business! I wish we had the old owners of caveman towing. They were there to help the customer. Not try to just make a quick sale and screw people out of time and money.

Really nice guys that are helpful and informative. I got the wrong front driveline and with my receipt was able to get a full refund. I am very satisfied with the customer service. They have a good selection of vehicles to get parts off of and you can do it yourself or they can pull the part for you.

There customer service is great yes they are so busy but they will take time to see your get what. You need and ordered they will reorder if the parts were sent incorrectly by whom they placed the order with. Just have to be patient when they are CRAZY BUSY IT IS WELL WORTH. THE WAIT.

Would not exchange part. Only a day and a half past the past the 30 day return.- Edit -So originally two stars but have have to change it. I've gone back multiple times and I have gotten great service from this location. Originally I had a bad experience with some one I talked to over the phone about a wrong price on a part that I called about, got it for the price I was quoted originally but wound up not needing it and the above says the rest. I've gone back multiple times since and have had nothing but great experiences since. The guys at the counter are great. Good prices on parts. Definitely recommend this one

This place is amazing. Sure I had to ask a few questions to figure out how to get what I needed but then I was able to get what I needed and more. And when I came back into the office and told the guys about the hood of my car trying to take me out that day they sent me back out to get the part and didn't charge me. A u pull and pay is my play ground I love this place

I called with absolutely no idea what I was doing and Marcelo ended up finding me the exact car door I needed in the exact color! Not only was I happy with the price, but the speed and care with which my door was delivered was incredible. I needed it desperately by Friday and I had placed the order on that Monday. They told me they would try their best to get it from Oregon to California by then but that it would be a long shot. It came on Thursday and the people at the auto parts store that it was delivered to said it was the most well packed item they had ever seen. Highly recommend this company.

First experience here was good, though I did receive a wrong part. The correct part was ordered and I was told it would be in on Wednesday or Thursday. Tried calling all Friday morning and kept being put on hold. Finally drove an hour trusting it would just be there and they said it would not be in until Monday. Pretty frustrating.

First they ordered the wrong window. I then called and asked to speak to a manager. He promised the right window would come on Monday because I had a appointment to have the window installed on Tuesday that I had already paid for. Monday came and no window. I called the manger five times that day and he never returned my calls. He ones accidentally answered my call but wouldn t speak to me. It s now Wednesday and I sat on hold for forty minutes to see if my window was in yet. This has been a horrible experience and one lie after another. If management has to lie to you that s a sad business. Don t recommend to anyone.Service: Part finding & extracting

Had to get parts to fix the ac in my car. It was way too hot out to leave my pup outside, and the owners were kind enough to let me bring him in with me and give him water. lot was very clean and easily maneuverable. Employees were very knowledgeable

Ordered a part for my car, and was later informed that they didn t have it and would return my money. They never returned my money and ceased all communication. I have texted, called and emailed my salesman Eli many times with no response. Not sure why they can t give my money back. I guess they are that desperate to keep my $40. I now have to go through the process of having it returned through my bank. I wouldn t trust them with my money if I were you.

I ordered a new (used) bumper for my car 2 weeks ago. They told me it would be here in a few days. Fast forward 2 weeks and it never showed up, never got a call. Called them and the guy said oh the part was broken so we never sent it ..... (the part was supposed to be shipped from another state). Went into a local b&r and the guy was very helpful and told me I can get the same part brand new shipped by the next day. Cancelled the old order and ordered the new one. Called to see where the part was today and they told me it was broken and they should ve called me hours ago to let me know . Long story short they need some work on communication. Supposed to get my part by Friday now but we will see

They sold the part we ordered and paid for out from under us and now they don't have what we needed in stock, they didn't even call to tell us, then couldn't even refund us promptly. Waste of time and money doing business with these people. Extremely disappointing experience.

B&R has given me every reason not to go to them, yes they re cheap but the current workers aren t doing their jobs. About a month ago had to get a part and they said they had it, when I arrived the FIRST time, they said that for a little extra one of their guys would pull the part out for me that day and they d give me a call. Awesome, I paid and at 4:30 I called and asked if they d gotten my part out, they said no one had gone out to get it and I was going to have to get it myself if I wanted it before the coming Monday. Ok, got my extra back and got my tools, went to get the part, twice -once accompanied by an older gentleman who was probably the most helpful person in the building- and they didn t even have the vehicle for the parts. Now I ordered a part from their Washington store and was told it would be there last night and I could pick it up this morning, but now Im told I can t get it until Monday (3 days from now). The service is awful because they tell their customers what they want to hear to bring business in instead of telling the truth.

UPDATE: 7/7/20 I spoke with a representative who apologized and said they would process the refund within 4-5 business days. I will update again at that time.I ordered a Lincoln zephyr motor and was shipped a mercury milan motor without them contacting me about it until I went to pick it up. After 45 min on the phone, they agreed to a partial refund if I would accept the milan motor. Using that motor (higher miles too) means I have to swap the entire front timing cover and accessories costing me time and money. I was in a bind so I accepted the motor and waited for the partial refund. It's been well over a week with no refund. I've contacted them for the third time and am waiting for a call back about the refund. If I don't hear back from them, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. If I do hear back and get a refund, I'll update this review. Until then , they REALLY need to work on their customer service.

You can pull items yourself at this location. Locations nearby are owned by B&R but pull for you. Stock changes semi-frequently so it wouldn't hurt to give them a call. Pretty clean lot overall, though not very large as they come. Staff is friendly, prices are good

I order all my used parts from here I never have any trouble. I'm not just giving B&R 5 stars but I'm giving Smitty 5 stars for taking care of all are needs here at the body shop. Keep up the good work guys

Drove for about two hours to pick up a part (prearranged over the phone). When I got there the skinny little front counter guy told me to come back the next day. When I insisted the part had already been pulled, he became angry and basically had a tantrum. After another employee came and looked up my part, he pulled it of the shelf and promptly brought it out. (Thank you, I wasn't coming back the next day) �\_( )_/� No wants to deal with assnine customer service people.

All the men at B&R have been so professional and really taken the time to help whether it be about buying a part or simply answering questions I had. I enjoy their positive attitudes and eagerness to help their customers! Definitely recommended! Thank you.
