The shop is just okay..The owner Brian had quoted us one price over the phone when we first contacted him, and unfortunately throughout the course of the auto repair he did for us, the price kept going up and up. The repair was fine, but I don't feel Brian is particularly honest..I Would not recommend him or the shop, unless you're in a bind..PS: The response from AA Electric to our post was a year and a half after my review.. They obviously don't take any responsibility for their poor business dealings.And as far as their customers being important to them, that's untrue also. They are only concerned with making quick money, and not actually helping the customer and their families.Surprised they've gotten away with it this long.. eesh!

These guys have taken care of my company needs time and time again. They stand behind their work, and are always speedy with their turnaround times. Rates are outstanding, and customer service is second to none. I will use them for as long as they're around.

Was able to pick up a solenoid rebuild kit for my starter from these guys when nothing was available at any of the local part stores. Saved me from being out of a vehicle for the 4 days it would have taken to get the parts shipped to me. They even sold it to me for less than it would have cost me to order it! You guys are awesome! Was back on the road in no time!

Excellent place to go. Fixed my starter so I could get back to work the next day. You get a much better rebuild than the reman stuff you get in the parts store. I have been an ASE Certified mechanic for over 25 years and have installed all brands. Tip.. Its much better to deal with someone local who cares about what they put out the door.

I've been using AA Electric for 35 years. Mike and Brian are excellent people to deal with. They can rebuild your device or get a new one in a day or two. Super service!

I know the owner and he is a great guy, He owns a Model T and a 1930 Model A and always had time to talk to me about mine when i went in for a alternator fix... The guys that work there also outstanding and will stop to talk about your issue and will even come out and spend time evaluating your electric problems on your car.. i give them an AA plus on a good shop.. There's a reason they have been around so long- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Friendly, very knowledgeable, very quick turnaround, they stand behind their work and prices better than the cheapest rebuilts at local chain parts stores!
