I've been a loyal customer of the Cave Junction Oregon NAPA Store from the Grand Opening, for the past many years the Staff there has be Friendly, Courteous and Outgoing but now the Staff is like a bunch of locker room jocks with an attitude to match well NAPA Happy Customers are Return Customers and I am no longer Happy.

I was in the other day grabbing parts and my twin 2 year Olds were having a meltdown over wanting some monster trucks. The man helping me Don I believe is his name lost his temper with them almost immediately and screamed at my boys to be quiet. Which surprise did not help. He swore the whole time told me to leave my kids at home next time and had me in tears by the time i got to the door.. .. thankfully the one woman working helped me to my car with my items. To top it all off he sold me the wrong parts and overcharged me my husband had to go back twice to get everything sorted.

Best (only) parts house in town. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked and if it isnt on the shelf, they can and will find it for you.

These guys are amazing! Corey was extremely helpful! I am not from the area, we were habing an adventure. I had my 2 daughters with me when my battery died, and had an unfortunate experience trying to jump it with someone else who tried to help. We were stuck in the heat for hours waiting for roadside assistance, but when I called Corey to check and see if they had a new battery, he held one for me until I could get there. He went above and beyond and even installed it for me, so we could be on our way back home. It was a very long and hot day, but these guys really stepped up and helped to make our day better in the end! I didn't catch his name, but another guy gave my oldest daughter a hat and absolutely made her day! Hands down would recommend this place to anyone in the area! Thank you again Corey. Renewed faith in Humanity!

They are the only auto parts store in town, so they are a necessity, unfortunately. If you need a car part, and don't feel like driving all the way to Grant's Pass or waiting for mail, you have to deal with their astronomical prices. I've been quoted anywhere from 2 to 5 times what parts cost elsewhere, especially online. A 100$ set of gaskets from NAPA in town might only cost 25$ on RockAuto or 35$ in GP. A set of spark plugs for 95$ that can be bought for 10$ online.The people working there are friendly and helpful at least as long as you are not rude, and they are knowledgeable as well as able to help you figure out what you need if you don't quite know.Overall, good place, but ludicrously expensive sometimes.

Been coming here for my auto needs for years and as a place to socialize my Havanese puppy on being a good, well mannered, pup. Well, let me tell you, Donnie goes overboard on getting my little guy riled up but they both love every second of it and I can't help but smile despite Donnie wrecking Esteban's (aka "Steve" as Donnie can't remember his Spanish name) lessons in being a gentleman dog!

They are definitely a parts place that has parts, so that's cool. Unfortunately, anything beyond the basics (oil, filters, rags, etc) usually has to be ordered, at least in my experience. I'm also not the biggest fan of the staff that works there. As someone who isn't the most knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles, I'm often talked down to. Still, going there is often easier than driving all the way to Grants Pass.

these guys are phenomenal. I moved here to Cave Junction about a year-and-a-half ago and needed all those things to fix the cars Autos motorcycle batteries and such and they've only been helpful they want to come out and show you how it's done and then refer you to somebody that knows how to fix it if you need help if they can't do it himself carrot their shining example of high-level service, thanks guys

I would like to thank Corey for his excellent professional customer service. Before I talked to Corey I had tried to get help regarding a part for my daughter's car and was put on indefinite hold by another NAPA store in Oregon. Another one promised the part the next day and now almost 5 days later still hasn't gotten her part. Corey patiently helped me and located the part she needed. Gave me the part numbers and the phone number for the store that had it and even the name of the contact person. He took the time to help me. When you are a Mother in Missouri and your daughter has car troubles in Oregon as she is traveling across the country it is a very helpless feeling. But Corey reassured me that my daughter can now get the parts she needs to get back on the road. I would highly recommend Corey to help anyone in the Oregon area.

These guys are usually pretty friendly and helpful. They seem to know, on average, more than the guys at the other parts stores. I go there a lot. They make mistakes now and then, but not nearly as bad as @utozone and 0'Reilly's.

I must say, for the high prices and not very much of a good selection when it comes to older models like 94 on down . They don't have in stock or they don't have the selection for but other than that nine times out of 10 they have itor they have the part in another store was also delivers in fast timely matter instead of three to 5 days you usually get it down to one day delivery...

Love, love, love these guys... If they don't have it, they will get it quick.. they never make me feel like it's a stupid question, I'm a woman. They even install new windshield wipers without a second glance, even in the rain!!!

Always have what you need, never had to wait more then a day for a part to come in. Very nice and hospitable employees who know what they're doing.

The only parts house in miles. Some staff do not have competence in this field. Wrong parts are a frequent occurrence at the site. And many parts are of low and/or sub standard quality. This is not a place to depend on! This is not a place to buy quality parts!Avoid if at all possible. Parts at this store are approximately twice as expensive as any grants pass parts house!

Seem like nice enough people there.My truck old, 87. So getting parts can be bit slow. But otherwise. It's a nappa. And only auto parts store in area.

Good friendly service nothing in tbe way of accessories so thats a bummer if your car is not american made or a newer model youll probablly have to wait for your parts wich are usually overpriced but most the people there have decent automotive knowledge there not just part slingers

Napa has what you need ever need a part,oil change,tools tune up kit head on over Cory n Donny will get you out fast with great customer service!

After being humiliated and embarrassed after a unexpected break down on my way to a surgery at the chevron up the road I brought my car to Napa. I couldn't of been more thankful for that decision. I was dumping fluid all over the lot and they were beyond helpful to my mother and I. I will be back again, even if it's just to say hello and remind the team how amazing they truly are! Such caring people, you can really tell they are passionate about the job! Thanks again Napa, your Cave Junction team in OR kicked butt yesterday!
