Cascade Auto & Light Truck is owned by Mike Trinity who is a very knowledgeable, friendly and competent mechanic and if you knew of the other automotive repair businesses in the Illinois Valley, Cascade would be the only one you can place your trust in from my experience. His shop is always busy and so that may mean waiting a day or two before Mike can start working on your vehicle, but patience is a virtue, especially where trustworthy mechanics are concerned.(By the way, if you EVER need a great welder you can trust, go see Ken across the way from Mike's Cascade Auto. Ken is a wonderful man and has the skills to back his work 100%)

While towing our trailer cross country we had a check engine light come on... No place even in Grants pass could get us in, but they let us come by and at least get a quick diagnostic. They didn't even charge us! Really good people!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

This guy does a great job, and charges much less than the other reputable shops in town. I won't say names, but the guy at Cascade was the top mechanic for another highly esteemed shop before starting his own business. One of my favorite things about him is that he's not ashamed to admit when he's not familiar with a particular issue. Therefore, he won't waste your time or money pursuing something he's not comfortable with.
