Great guys, crazy prices but hey they got it or can get it. I hope they get paid a living wage from the price and this vital part of our system does not disappear and go the way of so many chain stores.

Called ahead to check they were open till 5:30p today, they said yes so we drove 20 mins over the mt. and doors locked.

our car broke-down passing through Oregon and found this place on google in the small town of canyonville just right by I-5 the staff was really helpful Kyle help us get the right tools we need I was worried we not make it to our destination but NAPA AUTO SHOP help us we appreciate your service

These guys definitely make up for the slight price dif compared to roseburg stores with outstanfing customer service. There is definitely a small town local shop vibe. Twice ive been short on funds and they have worked something out for me. All the hits that work here are friendly funny and very knowledgeable. This is definitely a rare type of shop these days. I'd almost expect 2 old guys to be playing checkers out front

2 stars for the quick ordering of my part. Missing stars because the man who works here is very short, seemingly not as knowledgable as he should be. We were high paying customers and the service was lacking. I didnt have high expectations for a small tweaker town though

No masks where worn by employees, No safety for others, plus they had no idea on the part i was looking for, didn't think a bearing was so hard to find. Small town, small brains.Won't be going to a Napa again. Really wishing I never went in there.

only reason I gave him a four-star instead of a 5 is cuz they're a little expensive otherwise they're extremely helpful and knowledgeable sometimes more so than your own mechanic

Super helpful guys. Good place to go if your in a pinch and need to get parts fairly quickly.

Napa always has what you want or need but rather high priced. If they don t have what you want or need they can get it to you that afternoon or the next day which is always nice but again you ll pay the price for that service. But again they usually have a great warranty on the products they sell

None of the employees where wearing masks!!! neither where any of the patrons , nobody told them to leave or put on a mask.Not a safe environment. Napa is going down hill. Last time I use a Napa store.

Only have been to this napa a couple times these last couple of weeks but the employees are nice and made sure i got the right things and it was a quick visit.

First time in there had a nice young man that was very helpful and friendly, the second time in there the older gentleman was ok. Expensive tools.
