Robert was helpful, HONEST!!!He looked up our address over Google maps and let us know he wouldn't be able to help us due to our driveway. He didn't want to charge us for nothing. He suggested another towing company, but then managed to diagnosis our vehicles problem over the phone! Our car was fixed and saved us hundreds of dollars worth of towing costs, and mechanic repairs. Highly recommend him to anyone!! What a blessing to still have honest people out there!

Guy was an absolute pleasure! He helped me understanding the insurance after getting into my first accident (which is today, ironically) and just went out of his way to take me to another dealership in Medford.

I called them for help when I broke down on the I5 heading south back to CA. I didn t use their services directly. They talked me through finding a auto shop closer to where I was with a different towing company. So nice. They even called me back later to make sure I was safe and got things sorted out. They went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded in a state I was just passing through. Thank you so much. I was traveling alone and they made sure that I was getting helped even though they recommended a different company. Need more people like this in the world. I cannot thank you enough.

I used this service when my car broke down driving through Oregon. They were awesome. Great attitude and quick service. They got me to a safe place and got my car to Portland Oregon for repair. I would definitely use again, although I hope not to need it,

A Five star Comany . Affordable Towing in Canyonville Oregon. Awesome company and Owner Robert treats his customers with respect and very professionally.He always goes the extra mile to help everyone he can. He took the time to come to my home, pick up my car key so I wouldn t have to walk 45 minutes to take the key to where my car was. Then picked up my vehicle and towed it to a shop, he was so kind to call and let me know that it had been dropped off. I appreciate that kind of thoughtful service. So outstanding, I give a 10+ . Robert did and outstanding and quick repair job on our travel trailer slider that wouldn't retract. We put him in touch with our regular RV repairman 250 miles away who told him what bolt was needed and how to do the repair. From first contact with Robert to being back on the road was less than an hour. Good Sam paid for the service call, total charge to us was a $2 bolt. GREAT job!!!

We were on our way to visit colleges in Oregon, Washington and BC and of course, the car broke down. Robert, as owner/operator of Affordable Towing of Canyonville, made a bad experience very good! Robert is very easy to get along, and knowing that i had kids with me, offered to get them water just in case. Such an excellent example of great customer service. In addition, Robert has had experience as a master mechanic so he provided background on what could potentially be wrong with my vehicle. Furthermore, Robert went above and beyond by dropping off my family at the hotel before dropping off the vehicle at the dealership for repair. A big shout out Robert and thanks again for assisting us!

Robert was Great, Quick, Knowledgeable and professional with the Best prices I have heard of!! He towed my car due to a lost key and needing to go to the closest dealer which was 142 miles away!!The rate was amazing. Robert was super helpful, friendly, caring and made my difficult situation so much easier... Great conversation and called to see how the dealer went and if I was on the road back home yet!! I would definitely recommend using this company for anyone who needs assistance with towing their motorcycle, car or truck.. I'm really glad I found Affordable Towing when I did. We highly recommend Robert at Affordable Towing. My husband, two girls and I were stuck up in the mountains along 12 miles or so of some very steep dirt road outside of Tiller, Oregon. When we called, Robert was polite and efficient, figured out where we were, and told us he'd do his best to get there. He estimated 2 hours, and he was right on time. He had to use his chainsaw to cut through 3 fallen trees, and the roads were not in great condition. We were so happy to see him. He was very concerned about safety - a true professional. He got us back to a good shop in Canyonville that not only fixed our immediate problem, but identified another one we hadn't realized we had, which was a potential safety issue. They weren't just ripping us off. We ended up going to the Toyota dealership in Eugene, which verified the diagnosis. We're back home safely in eastern Oregon now, thanks to Robert's great towing and the Canyonville Garage! Thanks again Robert!

ROBERT SHOULD BE YOUR #1 CHOICE FOR A TOW: I was on a motorcycle ride and my bike suddenly wouldn't start when I was at the Crater Lake NP Visitor Center in Oregon. There is no cell service there. I used the park ranger's phone and called for Progressive tow assistance. Little did I know, the 3rd party company Progressive uses is useless. They told me someone was on the way and when they never showed, I called back and they feigned ignorance. I started looking for someone else. I was running out of time. Then the park ranger's phone rings. It's Robert looking for me. He had got a notice from the 3rd party tow provider that I was in need of a wrecker but when he volunteered to go, they never got back with him. You see, Robert had dealt with these yahoos before and knew that chances are that I was still stuck wherever I was. He called just to check and make sure I had got a tow REGARDLESS of whether he would get the business or not. That's because he cares about people. Fast-forward, Robert gets to me in a couple of hours and gets me hooked up fast. Good deal. We have a great chat and he is a good, down-to-earth guy. When we get to our destination, he suggests we look at the bike real quick. We actually figure out the problem and he takes me to a local auto parts store and we get the part 5 minutes before they close. Mind you, he's off the clock now on his own time and his own dime. He stays with me until my bike is up and running. Now instead of having to tow my bike home, I'm back in business and I can continue my vacation. Robert really cares about you and it's not about the $$ with him. He stuck with me through a stressful time and helped me where other wrecker drivers would have just dumped me and gone on. I called around to find the best price to tow my truck. I told him where it was located and where it needed to go, and was given a set price. Robert was fantastic! He went above and beyond. He not only provided fast, friendly and affordable service, but he also took the time to take a quick look at my car, and gave me advice on what my next course of action should be. His advice literally saved me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful that I stumbled upon his towing service. I highly recommend using this tow company. He made an unpleasant situation a whole lot less unpleasant.

Outstanding service. I was traveling home after visiting my parents several hours away and stopped at the truck stop in canyonville. My key fob battery went out and to my luck no one had the right size to replace it...making it impossible for me to start my car. After calling here to see what options I had through him and realizing there wasn t a lot he could help with besides worst case towing my car, he not only gave me advice on places nearby that might have the battery I needed but also told me about the seven feathers shuttle that could possibly pick me up so I didn t have to walk. I was already very impressed with my service but then to top it, he went as far as contacting me a while after our conversation to check in and see if we had any luck and to call back if needed. Given it was a very stressful moment in my life, I am happy to say that phone call gave some positivity to the night. I didn t pay a dime for the services I received which made me feel like the guy was definitely a genuine man, willing to help anyone in need. For that, I am thankful and will never forget his help along with this company. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

When my car broke down on the way to to see the Eclipse Robert was a godsend! Sitting on the side of the road between small towns we were so distressed, knowing everything was closing and it would be impossible get it repaired in time to get to our destination. Robert absolutely saved our trip. He was prompt, knowledgeable and got us on the road! He even called later to check that we made it safely! Highly recommended!Thank you Robert

I ran into a deer in the middle of no-where and totaled my car on a late Sunday night in October 2020. I called around until I found Robert at Affordable Towing. He was Great! Very communicative on the phone, and helped me navigate how to call the insurance. He came and picked my car and me up after his normal hours and drove me about 100 miles to my home. He even brought extra warm clothing for me just in case! He was by far the cheapest in cost, and the most excellent in service. Would recommend 10/10.Service: Car towing

NEVER AGAIN!!! The driver, Robert, came to pick up my TRUCK and because he wanted it loaded on front first he needed to pull it out from where it was. He then wanted to use my vehicle to pull it out of the driveway! When that didn't work he then decided to use his truck to pull it out. It was at this time we all noticed that the back right tire was not turning. He decided to continue to drag it down my gravel driveway to the end, ruining my tires, before decided to jack it up and see if he could see why it wasn't moving. My son followed him into town with my vehicle where my son and his friend saw him almost get into an accident with my truck still on his. Very poor service!!!Service: Car towing

BEST TOW TRUCK DRIVER EVER!!!We were stuck WAY out in the Rogue River wilderness and the first tow company took 1 1/2 hours to only decline and drive home. We called Robert and asked him to come help us. He got us and our truck out and into town safely. He also took us to an honest mechanic who helped us out first thing the next day.Thank You!

This guy was a life saver! Not only did he come 15 minutes after we called, after being on hold for Ford roadside and AAA for 4 hours not being able to find a tow he came and saved the day. Not only that but he called geico for me (after not wanting to deal with more car people that day) and got them to pay for the service! Honestly top notch guy. The gentleman was very nice on the phone, and showed up in about 20min maybe less. He was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
