The Sea Sprite - Sand Dollar Suite 2 - was perfect for the short overnight stay my boyfriend and I took to the coast. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable, ready for us much earlier than expected, had a great convenient parking spot dedicated to the room, and fantastic easy access to the grass lawn and beach just steps away. The view from the living room window was stunning. The lawn bunnies were an unexpected bonus. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here - thank you to Lori and team!

Update 4/17/24:We continue to visit Cannon Beach once or twice a year now, and SeaSprite is the only place my family or I will stay. I am sure the other places are lovely, but you just can't beat the access to the beach, the incredible views, the fun little rabbits, and the cute bungalows. And the staff!!!We are always greeted warmly, and we love to talk to the team and just catch up on the things that are happening in the area.Linens are clean. Beds are comfy, and we like having kitchenette areas in the rooms if we don't feel like dining out.At this point I think we have stayed in most of the rooms in the main house and love them all. But I will always vote for the upper rooms, because the patio views are tough to beat!Original post:Simple bungalows, but super close to the beach! Our first time to Oregon, and I am so glad we picked to stay here instead of anywhere else! Amazing views right out the windows! And the beach is mere steps away! Great chairs to sit and watch the ocean, and the coolest bunny rabbits that just hop around.

This was my happy place. I fell in love 2 seconds after arriving. Cozy, clean, everything we wanted.Ours was Lighthouse #4, directly facing the ocean. Haystack Rock was to our right.Lots of bunnies, seagulls right by us!A word of caution, the town Cannon Beach pretty much shuts down at 7 p.m. ! You better eat early, buy groceries or run over to Seaside,( great place also), they have fast food and stuff there. 6 miles up the road.Rooms: Lovely cottages. Everything you could need is there. Most have gorgeous gas fireplaces.Nearby activities: Close to Astoria, lots to do there. The Goonies Museum is there along with Flavel House.

The Sea Sprite was a perfect place to spend my Saturday night! Just a few steps out your door and you re on the beach! The room was clean, bed was comfortable and it had a little kitchen with all the utensils ready for cooking! There s also a bunch of friendly bunnies that hangout on the property running around the little patch of grass out front. Overall it was a great stay and I definitely recommend anyone to stay there!w

Delightful.These cosy apartments were a delightful place to stay. Located as close to the beach as you would safely like to be they offer the sights and sounds of the coast right outside your window.Comfy and well maintained, I would highly recommend to anyone.The kitchen was well stocked, the oven worked well, and there were plenty of utensils, washing up products, and helpful instructions, including an information folder about the town.The bathroom was excellent too. Wonderful soaps and shower products.

I ve traveled all over the world and this is one of the best places I ve stayed at. It s not a luxury experience, but it has the best view, most convenient location, and nicest staff. The wifi was also incredible - two of us worked from home and took calls at the same time with absolutely no issue. We stayed in one of the suites that has its own porch, kitchen, and direct view of Haystack Rock. We wanted to stay longer! All the amenities were included (soap, paper towels, salt/pepper, sponge, etc) which made cooking a breeze. Would love to come in the summer and grill outside in better weather! 11/10 would recommend

Came here with my mother for a graduation trip. They have games and movies in the front office to borrow and the staff is just wonderful. The bed in our room was a little stiff but that's all up to personal taste as my mom loved it! I ended up sleeping on the couch which was actually pretty comfy and not a bad alternative. We had a great view of the beach and haystack rock. And there are the cutest wild bunnies that run around in the yard! I would stay here again.

We stayed in the Sand Dollar suite 2 It was magnificent! The view is breathtaking, the ocean and EVEN Haystack Rock. I was worried that with this room I would not be able to see the rock but you sure can!! We moved the table from the window area to the side and pushed the futon up close to the window so we could put our feet up on the window seal We sat there for hours just looking out the window! BEAUTIFUL! The staff is nice and friendly. The room was perfect, has character for sure! This will definitely be an annual trip for us.. If not bi-annual lol =)

This place is great, and holds a special place in my heart. It's where my partner and I first told each other we loved each other, and 2 years later, where he proposed to me. The staff is very nice, it has comfortable beds, a great view of haystack rock. It also has a nice picnic area if you don't feel like getting sandy, but want to enjoy the view. I love it.

I love the beach, but this was Oregon coast. It was very cold and the haystack rock looks better in pictures (as all things do with a little filtering). I liked that the beach is a long stretch as opposed to other beaches in Oregon Ive been too. I don't think I would return. There are rows of shops and hotels nearby, and there are alot of tourists. But, only speaking of the beach, not the best I've seen in Oregon. I prefer Yachats to this.

The room was spacious with a full kitchen and king sized bed. We were upgraded to a room with a fireplace at no extra charge and they accommodated a late check-in with no issues. My only complaint was that the internet speeds were pretty terrible but if you're staying here you're probably not all that interested in sitting on your computer all day.

After spending a 4 day weekend here, my Wife and I have fallen in love with these amazing accommodations. The view is unmatched, rooms are warm and comfortable, and enjoying the local cuisine takeout,...was squared away!

Like my family's cabin if my family had a cabin. Clean, modern enough.Everything you need to enjoy a home on the beach except a cutting board. The ocean's right out my front door.

Wonderful place to stay. Great for our family of 5. Rooms and cottage was very clean, staff very nice. Short walk right to the beach. And the local bunnies were really cute.

A few of the rooms have exceptional views of Haystack Rock and down the beach. All units are right on the beach. Management is very responsive to requests or problems. Nice to have kitchen facilities too. Not luxury living, but very comfortable.

Nice cozy accommodation. Very welcoming hosts. It is next by the haystack rock so access is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Internet and Netflix were available as well. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay. Was only able to stay for one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms are reasonably priced and location was great. My fiance and I stay at the Sand Dollar Suite #2 and have no complaints.

Kathy (sp?) and the staff here are amazing!! It's so hard nowadays to find genuine caring people who will go out of their way to assure you are taken care of. The staff here went above and beyond.The rooms are extremely clean, with a full kitchen, front ocean views, along with being a very private and quiet experience during our stay here. We're regulars coming around 4-5 times a year to Cannon Beach from Seattle and will only stay at Sea Sprite at Haystack Rock if they have rooms available.Thanks again Sea Sprite staff!

Best view on the beach. My new favorite town on the coast. The manager was easy going and inviting. Comfortable/firm bed. Great one-day getaway.

Lady in the office is very nice and helpful. Close to haystack rock. Very clean, quaint.The television isn't great, but this place is about the ocean, and in that respect, it's awesome.

Cozy place with great views of Haystack Rock! Complimentary Sleepy Monk coffee in the guest suites!! Quiet and comfortable with a gas fireplace, which we used in the evenings.
