The service was outstanding, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Not only were they dog-friendly, but they also made our little dog feel like a valued guest by providing a food bowl, towel, bedding, and a Frisbee to play with. We are grateful that we went during the off-season, as I am not sure we would have been able to afford it otherwise.Noteworthy details: Cookies were a nice touch. Took advantage of the complimentary DVD collection and loved the bag of microwave popcorn that came with our movie!

First time staying here. The staff are very considerate and friendly. They are most concerned for your enjoying your stay and it shows! Our room was very nice and well appointed. Quiet and clean are great in my book! Breakfast was included and was well worth it! Eggs, waffle station, sausage, fresh fruit and steel cut oats (my favorite) to name a few! Close to town and Haystack Rock/beach. Parking can be an issue but wasn't for us. Can't wait to return and have another great experience!Rooms: Rooms are clean and well appointed. We stayed in the main group that is centered around the entrance/court yard which was beautiful to take up to!Nearby activities: Hay Stack Rock and Beach, main town with shops and restaurants.Walkability: I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to walk mostly. The area is slightly chilly and can get your heart rate up

It was such a pleasant surprise to arrive at the hotel and find it to be even better than the pictures. At check-in, the attendant was friendly and thoroughly informed us about everything we needed to know. He also supplied us with a generous amount of delicious cookies! I think we missed the popcorn they offer guests, but we saw people leaving the lobby with it.The double queen room was perfect; It was completely updated, spacious, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and well designed. They even left us a treat of saltwater taffy. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. I could have used a softer pillow, but it was no big deal.We had a back door that led to the covered deck/porch overlooking a garden area with a Koi pond. There were lawn chairs to relax in and bird feeders to watch. A special treat was the bunnies in the lawn.Spring is arriving at the Oregon Coast as Daffodils and flowering shrubs are starting to bloom. The grounds here are well maintained, and I can imagine they are even more beautiful later in the year. The room had a gas fireplace that ignited with a flip of a switch. We loved the kitchenette area with Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, and sink of which included kitchen towels and dish cloth. The coffee pods, creamer, and sugars, along with mugs, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, and utensils, were neatly stored in cupboards. It all felt really clean. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. The shower had dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. A hair dryer was provided. The inn provided a complimentary breakfast with many options to choose from served in a nice dining area with a fireplace and a beautiful chandelier. Attendants were on site, where they kept everything stocked. Breakfast was served from 7 am to 10 am.There is no pool or hot tub on site. They do offer a fitness room and yoga. The property is pet friendly as well. Some reviews mentioned highway noise being an issue. We didn't encounter that in our room. We could hear it when we were near the building where breakfast was served. There was some noise from the tenants above us when their bath/shower water was draining. But we couldn't hear them walking around, etc. They provided a long list of recommended restaurants. Out of curiosity, we checked Uber eats and Postmates to see if there were any food delivery options, but there were none at that time for Canon Beach. We noticed a market right across the street that has sinage for pizza, but we didn't check it out. It's just a short drive into the main area of town.Check-out time was 12 pm. Just an overall great experience.

This was a great find for us. We had no plans for the night and found this place. Will definitely be coming back and enjoy the cookies and the taffy candies that I am still working on. Very pleasant place and bri going the dogs next time.Rooms: Very big rooms compared to a normal hotel room. Very clean and the balconies are a great touch.

My husband and I stayed this last weekend here for our Anniversary. What a wonderful place! Customer service here is A+! The rooms were cozy and clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the amenities were top notch. We were welcomed in the lobby with smiles and cookies, then when we got to our room there was a bag of goodies with a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary! They had a great selection at breakfast. They also offered chairs and blankets for the beach, dvds for your room and a pass to the local gym and yoga studio. The room had a fireplace and was peaceful all night. When we checked out we were offered more cookies for the ride home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back! Thank you to everyone at the Inn for making our Anniversary trip a special one.

Although the hotel is in the perfect location, the staff are tremendous and the grounds are very well taken care of, there is one major issue that makes this hotel average for what they charge per night. There is no air conditioning. Although we knew this before booking, we were there in early October and it was 84 degrees outside and our room was so hot. We had a second floor room that was west facing and opening the windows at night and using the small little fan they provided did nothing to cool that room down (in October when the sun sets early too). All I am saying is if you're about to spend close to 400$ a night and you plan on going there in the summer, be prepared because I promise you some of the rooms will be so warm and uncomfortable you will regret it. If that doesn't bother you, then book the hotel because other than that, it was perfect.

The Inn at Cannon Beach is a little slice of paradise!! perfectly tucked away and somewhat secluded. The rooms offer great privacy with your own private patio. A short walk to the beach perfect for a family friendly getaway or a romantic adventure. The wild bunnies are adorable. The grounds are very well kept. Complete with a dog washing station for your furry friends. And don't forget to catch the amazing complimentary Breakfast Spread. Perfect for the morning after a long day of playing at the beach!

We had a lovely 3 night stay, it had been 18 years since back to Cannon Beach. We came with our brother and sil from Boston. Which made it more enjoyable. The food in Cannon beach is extremely expensive and way over priced for what you get, small portions..Except for Waren House pub which is a two minute walk from the Inn at Cannon beach.Make sure to check that out.It was our best meal.Haystack is a 10 minute walk, the second day we walked 6miles the opposite direction which was lovely.Highly recommend this place,it's super quiet, you get cookies, see tons of bunnies.Just lovely

We loved staying here over Memorial Day weekend. The grounds are fantastic, the rooms are cozy and the staff are wonderful. Something I haven t seen anyone mention are the bunnies! There are wild bunnies EVERYWHERE! We loved seeing them munching on grass and little flowers in the evening and mornings. The breakfast they serve in the morning is easily, far and away, the absolute BEST hotel breakfast I ve ever seen or had. Next time we stay in Cannon Beach, we will definitely stay here again, and next time we ll bring our dog too because they re also dog friendly. I ve stayed in some upscale places, but the Inn at Cannon Beach has to be one of the best hotels I ve stayed at, easily beating high end hotels in Washington DC, LA, San Francisco, and Seattle. Stay here. You won t be disappointed!!

The service of this hotel is very good, the staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic, it is 5 minutes walk from the beach, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the big stone. We booked a room for 5 people, and we were only given a standard room with only two beds, which was very disappointing. The room rate was a bit expensive we paid $450 a night.Rooms: The service of this hotel is very good, the staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic, it is 5 minutes walk from the beach, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the big stone. Great experience for the whole family! I have a 16 and 9 yr old and they loved it. Staff were all very friendly and professional. Perfect location, and all the complimentary offers were a much added bonus. We will definitely be coming back to this very spot!Nearby activities: The beach is the perfect walking distance from here, about 5 min. There s also markets and restaurants within walking distance. The main strip for tourists is just a drive up the road.Noteworthy details: The breakfast and all the other little complimentary things this place has to offer is a huge plus. My husband and I and our kids (ages 16 and 9) absolutely loved it!

We stayed here this weekend and had the absolute best time. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into cultivating a wonderful oceanside experience; every time we thought "oh, it would be useful/nice to have (whatever thing)", it was either already in the room or available at the front desk. From beach towels and buckets to a detachable shower head for rinsing off sandy feet with ease and a flashlight in-room to facilitate nighttime beach trips, this is the best place to setup a base camp to explore all the beautiful Oregon coast has to offer. And the service! Everyone was so kind and helpful and they even followed through on our (slightly absurd) special requests to make the trip a little easier on our 5yo. Yummy cookies available at the front desk all day long, a well-above average breakfast buffet in the mornings, guest passes to 2 local fitness centers and a dvd library available for family movie nights. We'll absolutely be back to stay here again and again. Looking forward to our next trip!

Our stay at the Inn at Cannon Beach was excellent! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The location of the inn is close enough to the beach and Haystack Rock that allows for a nice easy stroll in the morning or evening but far enough from downtown for a more peaceful and quiet vacation spot. This is a great spot for couples. The little touches of fresh baked cookie and saltwater staff provided whenever you want is such a sweet way to make you guests feel welcome. They also provide board games and a collection of dvds for their guest to use as well as chairs and blankets to take down to the beach . The staff for the most part is very nice, friendly and accommodating. We did have one awkward and uncomfortable encounter with one of the managers. We had borrowed some chairs and blankets for the beach the night before, and were scolded for keeping them in our room overnight when the previous day his staff had told us it wouldn t be problem to drop them back in the morning if it got too late ( we dropped them off at 8am) After being notified, we apologied but we re continued to be lectured in quite a rude tone, like we were little children. I understand there was some miscommunication on the return policy and we were at fault, but the way it was addressed could have been handled in a much better way. It was an honest mistake and it didn t harm anyone. It rubbed us the wrong way and honestly made us try to avoid interactions with staff from that point on.Overall, our stay was very pleasant and would recommend this as a great spot to vacation at. Just make sure you return anything you borrow the day or night of, even if it s really late.

Overall pleasant 2 night stay. Hotel is dog friendly- we enjoyed the welcome baskets for them and appreciated the outside dog wash. Grounds are well kept and staff are friendly. Beach is a short walk away. The breakfast was really subpar- no variety day-to-day, no fruit, and no protein options aside from hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and cheese sticks. Would have liked more hot breakfast options. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. There is nothing for entertainment here so come prepared. Overall pleasant, just would have like more amenities for the price point than just free cookies.

We stayed here for the first time and it was great! The room was very clean, spacious, and had a lot of useable features like a kitchenette and dining table. The staff was a huge highlight of the place, they were really friendly and helpful. The property itself is great because there s a nice little courtyard with chairs to use and a pond in the center of it.

I thought this inn was quaint, cute, and secluded which made it feel extremely safe (especially for families). The staff are extremely friendly, one amazing perk is they allow you to ship postcards from their lobby for free! The inn is no more than a ten minute walk from the beach, though it sits far enough South that there are limited food options in walking distance.Ample parking space (uncovered), complimentary breakfast til 10, fresh baked cookies in the lobby, and a beautiful central courtyard. Docking one star only because for the price and location I would have hoped for larger rooms/bathrooms.

Okay I just want to say WOW! Even though they are a small inn near the beach I am amazed. My partner and I came for our anniversary. They are know for having regulars and I completely understand why now. Book here and you won t be disappointed. If you want to relax this is the place. Amazing food in the area and only a 10 minute drive to the nearest walk around and shop location. They really took care of us and the fresh baked cookies they hand out at the front desk made out check in process so sweet. We forgot a few things and they handled it so well made sure it was secure for us to come back and pick up. Very sweet staff and they explained and answered all my questions before I even asked them. Well done!!! Just to add a little more info we came when it was storming out and they still managed to make this experience worth the money!

First time to the Oregon coast and first stay with the Inn At Cannon Beach. We had such a nice stay for our anniversary. The staff couldn't have been better, left us a nice hand written note along with some treats. The room was super clean, shows better than the pictures. Location was great, little more quiet which we appreciated. Will definitely be coming back and telling our friends and family about this place.

Stay here ! Don t bother to look any further if you want value for money. On arrival the reception area was organized, fresh and the staff welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and the decor current. Great bathroom with large lovely shower. Wonderful bed with crispy fresh linen. It s not on the beach, but literally a 1 minute walk away. There is a pub next door if you don t want to drive a few minutes to the downtown area where there are multiple restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and we ll definitely be back. We were sorry to have to leave.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Inn At Cannon Beach! Some of our favorite things include the close proximity to the beach (5 minute walk) and all of the sweet extras that really make a difference (fresh cookies and coffee always in the lobby, complimentary sand buckets for the kids, beach chairs to borrow, the Saturday barbecue). The bunnies hopping all around to greet us really set the tone for a magical stay. The breakfast was great, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, and every single person on staff who we encountered was friendly and accommodating. This is a great family and pet friendly spot in Cannon Beach and we will definitely return!

Loved this hotel. Can t beat the balcony and garden. My children enjoyed not being confined to a hotel room and they loved the rabbits! The room was spacious with a gas fireplace we enjoyed after being rained on. It was really close to the beach and to a grocery store, few minutes by walk, as well. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. One suggestion would be to switch to electric landscaping. Landscapers came and for a long and disruptive time used gas blowers and trimmers in courtyard in front of all rooms and balconies, and there was not much difference before and after. We were unable to rest or use outdoor amenities during that time.

Really enjoyed our stay here. During the summer there are root beer floats on Tuesdays and cookout on Saturday. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beach is one block away. There are a number of nice common areas (fire pits, chairs, etc.). The staff is so welcoming. The property is on the southern part of Cannon Beach so you may have to drive to town or to get closer to Haystack Rock. Hope to be back.
