Total Car Care was able to receive my truck within a day of my call. They did the diagnostic and assessment of my engine codes within a couple of hours and called with the update. I picked up the truck the same day with an estimate of the work to be done. I recommend them and will use them again.

The told me that my heads were bad and wanted to charge me &4500.00 to fix it. Fortunately I took it to a place in Woodburn that fixed it for $1200.00 and it wasn't the heads. The vehicle still runs to this day.

Honest shop that does good work. Not going to give you the run around and will do what they say. Have had 3 cars serviced there and will go back if/when needed.

Love these guys! Adam is the best. Always treats my wife and I like we're family. The services that this shop provides is always, ALWAYS, the very best. Would, and always do, recommend them. You can't go wrong with an honest auto repair shop!

Adam and the team at TCC are rockstars! I have used them since my first car at 16 and I still call them first today. I ve had some issues with my car lately and Adam had found time every single last minute call to accommodate me. I live in Beaverton and will have my car towed to canby because I trust no one else.Thank you Adam and the guys for being the mechanics they are. You are appreciated!

This is the best car place in town! They sadly know me by name from my car, but are always willing to help and answer any questions. I took my car in the other day having an idea what was wrong with it, the next day they called me with the diagnostic. I picked it up and they didn't charge me for diagnosing my car. It wasn't able to start and drive out of the lot so one of the technicians had me get a battery and installed it on the spot so I could get it home safely. They are the best and I will always come here for my car issues!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been bringing my '98 Camry in for over 7 years and received consistently excellent service, for both regular oil changes and repairs/maintenance. Repairs are done promptly - They've changed out at least 2 alternators, and each time, it was done in a day.This is why I keep coming back and getting my regular services with them. Canby is lucky to have such a great shop in town.

My '03 Expedition hasn't been serviced for several years, except for routine oil changes. My husband used to only take it to the Ford dealership where he swore was the best place since they gave him a military discount. Once he got his new truck, vehicle maintenance on this puppy became my responsibility, which was a terrible idea. I knew when I brought it in for brakes and rotars, that it would need a major tune up. It was misfiring on at least 2 cylinders and it took extreme effort to get the damn car rolling above 40 MPH.Dan and Adam were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest. He told me things that could be done, and then told me the things he felt needed to be done, what could wait until later, etc.. Knowing I was comparing prices with Ford, he happily detailed all the work included in the tune up so I could compare pricing. What I thought was a good deal at Ford turned out to be a total waste of money compared to what they did at Total Car Care. For $100 more than Ford, I probably got $400 or $500 more worth of work than they would've done. I dropped my car off at 8 am and had it back by 3:30 the same day. It now drives as well as It did the day I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. No more squealing brakes, no more shaking steering wheel when attempting to drive above school zone speeds and no more frustrating car repair shops in my future. I will certainly be bringing both of our vehicles back here. Very happy with the work and prices!

Took my car there and they told me it wasn't fixable and should take it to the junkyard! Thank goodness my brother said that they were wrong and I got a second opinion from Millar's where it was indeed fixed! Doubt that they even looked undearneath my hood or did any research! If they had they would of found out that my car has a safety mechanism that kept my engine from blowing like my brother had researched !Unfortunately they were highly recommended but I was greatly disappointed! Glad that I didn't believe them and take my car to the junkyard! Millar's quickly fixed it and has my trust and business now!

I have taken my Chevy Tahoe here multiple times and the service has always been great. They get back to you with an estimate before they proceed with services, and the guys up front have always been very good to work with. I would definitely recommend them...

The total car care team really cared about my experience and correcting the issues I was havung with my car. Not only did they get the work done faster than I was expecting but they did it at a reasonable price. Adam was especially nice in dealing with me. Thanks!

Place was great, went in the early morning to drop off the car and had it back by the afternoon, for the service I had done they were $800 cheaper then going to the dealership (VW), will definitely take my car back if anything else should come up

A friend BLESSED me with a 2005 Toyota Sienna, but it had 301k miles so TCCC did an inspection from bumper-2-bumper. Based on Adam's comments and the new mechanical information, i was able to make a couple of good decisions. Peddle.com gave me a nice a trade-in value given the repairs that were needed... That was good decision #1. Good decision #2 was trading it in for a BEAUTIFUL 2018 Ford Transit 250, extended warranty bumper-2-bumper!!! Thanks, Adam Fulltime #VanLife, here i come!

I told our new neighbors (who are new to town) to take their truck there when the clutch went out. Told him that's where I take all my vehicles because they are ALWAYS honest and fair with repairs or service needed and as expected, they got the truck done at a awesome price and sooner than expected God Bless the whole crew here!

They took my car in knowing what I asked them to do wasn't going to make the car run well and they did it anyway and told me I would be able to drive the car. Well they were kind of right... The car ran really badly for 5 blocks and as soon as I got it to my house it died. I specifically said I just need it to run so I can drive it to work...They charged me a lot and we had to yell at them to get a refund for half of my money. I will not ever be taking a car here again and I will tell others not to as well.If they were professional they wouldn't have taken the job, they should have told me what they were doing wouldn't make my car drivable.
